“This was our first time using Rover. We are so pleased with everything. The Stamms are so nice and took great care of Charlie. They sent us updates and pictures during his stay. He was very happy and relaxed when we picked him up! Usually we get the cold shoulder and ignored when we bored him… but not this time! We will definitely be booking with the Stamms in the future. It’s so refreshing and reassuring knowing our pet is safe and taken care of when we are out of town.”

She was also very flexible with pickup and drop off times, and worked with me to arrange the times which was very helpful. Karen is very knowledgeable about dogs and will put effort into making sure that your dog enjoys his vacay. I highly recommend Dog Gone Fun Camp for your dog's vacation.”
“Katie and her husband Joe were such great hosts! They were kind enough to watch our 10 year old husky, Mr. Frank. I recieved plenty of updates and cute pictures! Additionally, they are both salt of the earth people and understand how important our fur babies are. They welcomed him into their home, just as if he always belonged. Looking forward to working with them in the future!”

Best sitter so far!🤍”

“Super fun! Not only did Montana, but I also had fun with this amazing sitter. The updates made my day! When I got Montana home, she was pooped. She plopped right down full of content. A great experience all the way around! Will certainly use again. “This was my first time using Rover & so I really had no idea what to expect. Haley set up a time to meet me & my dogs before we left for vacation which worked out so well. My dogs were familiar with her when she came the first time, and by the end of the week they clearly loved her! My dogs had a couple issues during the week, and Haley was a trooper and not phased one bit. I would definitely recommend her for your pets!”

“Amy is a wonderful pet sitter! She was able to win over our very skittish cat in a short period of time. Amy’s communication is excellent. Highly recommend her services!!!”

About: I have owned and helped take care of my family’s animals since I was around 6 years old. I am a dog mom to a 4 year old golden retriever and she is my world. I would love to do anything that I can to help you and take care of your pet while you are away or just need an extra hand. I can go on walks with them, play with them, feed them, and keep them safe! I can also help bathe them and keep them groomed by brushing them. I am a photographer so I have relatively open availability. If you’re interested in hiring me, please let me know and we can talk about your pet and your expectations for me as a sitter. Looking forward to talking with you and meeting with your pets!! My dog is my entire world so I know exactly how anyone who trusts their pet with anyone else feels. There is so much love and support coming from my side of taking care of them. I talk to them like they are people and give them reassurance when it rains or when they miss you. For stop ins, it’s super easy for me to sit with them for up to an hour, giving them affection and company. For my own dog, we go on walks a lot and do tricks and puzzles to ensure brain exercise during the day. I do not have a fenced in yard yet, but we do walk with a leash around the town as well as use a beeping and vibrating collar to keep pets in our yard.

“Missy was so wonderful with my puppy Corbin! I had zero concerns leaving him in her hands. She was very communicative, followed directions, was respectful of my home, and was detailed in her updates. The photos she included in her updates were the highlight of my day! I could tell she really enjoyed her time with him and he was having fun and felt safe with her. Thank you so much, Missy!!!”

“Kalyssa was great! Very sweet and communicative! Our two cats were in good hands. I appreciated that she sent photos every day and didn’t hesitate to reach out with questions. We will definitely be booking her again in the future!”

“Alyssa was amazing!!! She watched my cat while we were away on vacation. She sent lots of pictures/videos and kept us in the loop with how our sweet boy was doing. I will definitely be booking her again in the future!”

“Katelyn was fantastic with our dogs! She graciously accepted our request on very short notice, and came over to meet them before checking in on them later. She gave updates with pictures and made us feel reassured that our dogs were in great hands!”

“First timer with Rover. Karen kept me informed with each visit. My cat was taken care of by her. I'll use Rover the next time I need help with caring for my cat.”

“We had a great experience with our drop-in visits! Communication was excellent, our dog was well cared for, and we really appreciated the updates and photos. It gave us peace of mind knowing our pup was in good hands. We’d absolutely book again.”

“Tiffany was nothing short of a dream, she truly cares about what she does. We had a very busy weekend with our wedding and she totally took charged and watched over our boys. We are very grateful for all her help. She was very attentive to both boys needs and want.”

About: I've been around animals my whole life from owning them to caring for others animals. Patient, good with senior animals, loves all animals, and flexible with plenty of available hours. I am typically available during college breaks such as summer and holidays. most often available for over night watches but can also do drop in visits and walks!! I house sit and walk your pets from your home so that they are in a safe and familiar environment. I'm detail oriented and will follow any specific guidelines or requests you have for your pets thoroughly.

“I was in town for a funeral and needed a place to board my cat. Payton was available and was able to watch him for about 8 hours. She kept him in a comfortable space away from her pets and even sent me a photo to assure me that he was adjusting to the surroundings. I would highly recommend Payton to anyone wishing to board their pet in the Northern Kentucky area.”

“Catherine provided excellent care to our animal family while we were away on vacation. We appreciated the texts and pictures, and any updates. When we returned, all of our pets were safe, happy, and well taken care of. We would highly recommend Catherine for your pet care!”
About: I’ve grown up around dogs. My family used to breed AKC Collie’s, owning 2 collies in total. Once I moved to college, I couldn’t have a collie where I lived so I got a Sheltie. He’s been with me ever since, though his “time” is approaching. (Passed away 4/6/2021) I’ve dog sat for several friends. I teach therefore summers off means a lot of availability for me to care for your dog! I’m no professional but I’m good with training and very patient with dogs. My sheltie was house broken in 6 months and knew all the basic commands. I have so much fun with dogs and have children to play with them too! Dogs must be good with other dogs and with children. I look forward to meeting your dog or dogs! I care a lot about animals! I do offer services year round, however, June through August are my peak times. I teach, therefore September through May are harder for me to care for other’s pets during the week. It can be done, but it is more difficult, as the pets will be cooped up from 7-3:30. I am always available on weekends! I offer discounts for repeat clients. Discount applied after booking. I am a teacher, therefore I primarily take on clients during the summer and on weekends. During the week is not out of question, just know they will be alone (must bring crate due to no supervision) from about 7 until 3/3:30 during the months school is in session. June through mid August, I am home except occasional errands and will be available for frequent potty breaks! I have a fenced in yard for your dog(s) to run around! I do have gentle giant (Great Dane) who loves to play. He can be intimidating, but he’s so sweet and just wants to play. Disclaimer- he drools a lot. I can keep your pet clean, though! I also have a Boston Terrier named Ellie. She is a very special story and although I picked her up as a 6 month old pup in 2012, we have been apart for 10 years and she’s back where she belongs. <3 If I come to your home for services, I am very professional and will be sure to follow your steps completely. I might sometimes need to bring my children with me, depending on the day.

“So great! My puppy Steve loves going to Kimberly's house he has lots of playtime with the other dogs that are there, Kimberly keeps in contact with me sending pictures of my pup playing, she takes them on walks! “Sadie and Lola had the BEST day playing with their new friends! I’ve had a lot of experience with Rover and could easily see that my girls felt welcomed and cared for throughout their stay! Jamie was quick and efficient in responding to all my questions. I received updates and pictures throughout the day and could see my girls were in the best of hands! Sadie and Lola will be back soon! I highly recommend Jamie!”

About: I have always had dogs and cats in my life and many other animals . I currently have 5 dogs, 3 cats and a bunny. I take pet sitting very seriously. I will take the best care of your pets when I am spending time with them. It brings joy to help others get the best care for their pets while they are away. I would prefer to take care of your pets in your home because that is where I think they feel most comfortable. However, I do watch dogs in my home and after a successful meet and greet with your dog(s) and mine we can set up a booking at my house.
“We traveled from Michigan to explore the area and visit the Creation Museum. During our visit, Tyler provided outstanding care for our nervous dog. He ensured she enjoyed multiple walks each day, which she loves. Understanding her age, Tyler was flexible and allowed her to take her much-needed naps. Thanks to Tyler, we could fully enjoy ourselves knowing our dog was in great hands!”

“Leeann was amazing with a last minute booking and being so flexible on drop off and pick up times. Thank you for finding a calm room for her to stay where she was comfortable too!”

“Karen is always great with Ivy. Ivy is well taken care of and loves going to daycare there because of Karen's loving nature. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a sitter.”

“We were on our way to the Ark Encounter and needed a place for our two dogs to stay. Mariah and Anthony were kind enough to take them in for the day. Our dogs felt right at home. They have a nice fenced in back yard and was very safe for them to play in. Their two German Shepherds were very nice and friendly and got a long great with our two dogs. Mariah and Anthony were very friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we were in the area.”

“First time booking with Kate, and it was pretty last minute. She was very nice, easy to communicate with, and took great care of Newton. Everything went smoothly, and I felt very comfortable leaving him with her. Would definitely recommend!”

About: I've always have dog in my life, and my passion for dogs will last forever. My friend told me that I don't treat my dogs as dogs but babies. Remember, a genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being are at the heart of any successful pet care experience! I'm currently full time house wife with 2 dogs, no kids. My daily routines are my dogs, so I have a lot of time to watch yours too! We walk 4 times a day, and enjoy homemade dog treat and food. I don't have yard so I walk dogs instead (3-4 times a day), and I always clean them right after walking so they are allowed on furniture. Remember, a walk a day keep vet away. I do have crates if needed.

About: We’ve had animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up on a farm in southern KY I am used to caring for a variety of animals including dogs, cats, birds, miniature pigs, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, etc! Our animals have always been apart of our family and go where we go! Our animals are allowed on the furniture, sleep in our bed, and love to visit our parents house! I am a stay at home mom so adding a pet into our daily routine is actually pretty easy! We’re used to care for our own dog! We just have them join whatever we’re doing which makes it easier. I have two Littles who love to play outside and take them walks so I usually just have our pups tag along! Our pups routine is usually out to pee in the morning, a walk after her breakfast, lots of outdoor play or sunbathe time while me and my two kiddos play our back, another walk once the kids take their naps, more play time with the kids, another walk after dinner, then a pee break before we get into bed for the night! I’m home all day as a stay at home mom and my husband is fully remote so our pup is used to having somewhere there for whatever she needs or when we do go out and about if we’re able to we take her! Our dog frequents our parents house for even more cuddles and play! Animals are always part of the family on our end.
“What a delight! Senator had a wonderful time with Mindy and canine babies. Mindy was so kind and ready to spend time with him. He was exhausted afterward, but….that’s a compliment. Hope to visit again soon.”

About: We only take dogs up to 30lbs due to my daughter being afraid of most bigger dogs despite us having one of our own. We will give consideration to dogs over that weight if we feel it’s a good fit. We have recently begun boarding in our home again and have adopted a new goldendoodle Lincoln on 3/22/24. He will be about 60lbs once full grown He’s sweet and full of energy and loves to play with all dogs. I have had my own dogs for about 11 years and have also taken care of friends pets although usually in their own homes. About: When Covid started, I accidentally started my business by helping a couple people who adopted dogs outside of their care knowledge. Helping them with their working class dogs (pitbull, collie, and a GSP) and establish a better owner/pet relationship made me realize that this is the right move for my future. Since then I have started my own business as well as helping others with their new family member(s). No creature is too small or large for me. My smallest dog client is 3 pounds and the largest is 215. Aside from that I have expanded my practices with lizards, snakes, cats, and birds. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime! I am home most of the day. I do part-time work in hospice as well as part-time classes; (I have a door bachelors degree already working towards a BSN). If you have a special needs animal, I am more than happy to comply with their schedule, I just need to know in advance as much as possible. I have a fenced in yard in the back (will have a fully fenced in yard by the end of August in the front). My dogs have a semi strict schedule of activities to keep them mentally/physically stimulated. I follow suit with everybody’s dog. Everybody eats in their own crate, is provided with soft bedding to sleep on in their own crate, but exercise thoroughly throughout the day.
“Thank you so much Meghan for taking our little 4 legged ones at such short notice. Megan was awesome, warm and friendly. I recommend her to anyone who would be needing the care that she provides.”

“I have three dogs with different needs because of age and temperament. I was most worried about my small, shy dog, but he took a treat from Karen on the first meeting!”

About: Animals have been so much the center of my life that I made it my career! I am a professional dog trainer with an education through Jean Donaldson's Academy for Dog Trainer's. Let me bring that experience to carrying for your best friend's when you need a set of extra hands. I have loved and cared for pets my entire life! Growing up we had cats, dogs, birds and lizards. Currently I have two Great Pyrenees and one cat of great personaity. They have been my guides in the wonderful world of clicker training. Ghost, my rescue dog, has given me a lot of experience with anxious, sensitive dogs that need a little more time and care. Where as Nanuk has shown me how to handle dogs with a ton of drive and intelligence. And how to harness that despite physical limitations. And my cat... well, he comes running whenever I get the treat bag and clicker and has his own variation on all the dogs tricks. ;) I look forward to meeting your pets and seeing what I can learn from them! I am currently working part time and happy to work with you on scheduling. My husband is also retired which allows me a lot of flexibility for being away from home I do not care for client pets in my home. When is someone else's home I will do my best to continue your pet's usual routine while you are away.

I’m available for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop-in visits throughout the week and weekends. Your pet will never feel rushed or overlooked — I make it a priority to give each animal personalized attention, exercise, playtime, and affection. I’m also happy to accommodate feeding schedules, medication routines, and special care instructions to help your pet feel comfortable and at home. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment where animals can feel secure and loved while you’re away. I have a fenced yard for supervised outdoor play. I treat every pet like family and always follow each owner’s instructions closely, including feeding routines, exercise needs, medications, and preferred sleeping arrangements.

About: I’ve cared for various dog and cat breeds/personalities throughout my life, I love them all! I have some experience administering medications to dogs and cats. I am patient and consistent when it comes to following rules or a routine. I will treat your babies like they’re my own! My daily routine includes caring for my 3 kitties by playing with, cleaning up after, and feeding/watering them; I’d love to do the same for your pets! I’m familiar with special diets and administering various forms of medication, as my cats and other pets I sit, are on medicated diets and take additional medications. I currently have open availability, save a few social obligations over then next two months, but I’m flexible and communicative so we can always discuss timelines! I treat other’s spaces with care and consideration, I like to be respectful above anything else. I love all animals and treat the pets I sit with the same care I do my own.

Karen is very knowledgeable about dogs and will put effort into making sure that your dog enjoys his vacay. I highly recommend Dog Gone Fun Camp for your dog's vacation.”

Additionally, they are both salt of the earth people and understand how important our fur babies are. They welcomed him into their home, just as if he always belonged. Looking forward to working with them in the future!”

“Super fun! Not only did Montana, but I also had fun with this amazing sitter. The updates made my day! When I got Montana home, she was pooped. She plopped right down full of content. A great experience all the way around! Will certainly use again. While all was fun and games, she is also very good at understanding behaviors and have a thoughtful report to help me better understand my furbaby.”

“Michelle was great! She was very accommodating with our drop off and pick up times which was very appreciated. We planned a meet and greet prior to the stay and it was very evident our dog was comfortable there. We'd definitely like to use Michelle again!”

“Jamie was amazing! Willow was worn out by the time she got back home and she’s a lab so I know she got to run to her hearts content. I got many updates and pictures/videos, it’s safe to say I felt as though she was in the best hands as possible. Definitely would recommend Jamie and I would love to use her again!!”

“Wow!!! Kymberlee and her family did an awesome job loving on our sweet dog. Kymberlee was great at communicating and sending updates. We have four kids so our dog loves being their shadow and playing with them and our dog just picked right up with her kids so it was just like he was at home. Highly recommend!”

“Like so many dog parents lost in the nerve wracking process of leaving your dog with someone new, we landed on Tonia. We scoured the listings and we made the RIGHT choice. She was very welcoming. We had a great meet and greet so Gus could meet her dogs and explore her space. Her house is very dog friendly and the yard is spacious and shaded. She was great at communicating and sending pics as well. Drop off and pick up was a snap. If you’re on the fence, jump on over and meet her. I would recommend to a friend and family and I would definitely use her again.”

“Amanda and Donnie seem like nice people and their dogs are well-cared for, which leads me to be pretty confident they treat your dogs with the same care. Stuart apparently had a great time and enjoyed playing with their dogs.”
