About: Hi! My name is Marion. I have always loved dogs, and have one lovely pup of my own, Summit. She is the tan dog in the photos. She is 7 years old, and very dog friendly. She loves to play, but knows boundaries and is happy to cuddle on the couch as well. I have a very large, high-fenced yard that is great for the dogs, and I also walk my dogs 2x daily and take them to the dog park or open space 1-2x per week. I am a runner, so I could gladly run with your dog if you would like. Dogs of all sizes are welcome in my home! I grew up with Great Danes and am very comfortable around big dogs, and my house is very open so there is a lot of room. I look forward to meeting you and your doggos! I am experience with senior and medical pets as well and am comfortable caring for your medically needing fur babies. Behavioral issues or nervous dogs don’t scare me, I have fostered 50+ dogs over the years and am happy to be accommodating. I work from home 90% of the time and am only gone from the home for 2-4 hours at a time to visit my clients. I have a furbo in my home to check in on dogs when I am not at home, and can make my schedule work for someone needing 24/7 observation as long as I have notice. I have multiple spaces in my home if our dogs need to be separated as well.

“last-minute request and truly saved my night by looking after my puppy. She kept me updated with how my puppy was doing and even let me know about the house temperature, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Olive to anyone!”

“Stephanie watched our dog for a few days and he LOVES her. Not only did she walk him she also spent some time with our cat and did more than I expected. We will definitely be using her again.”

“Gayle is the best. My dogs love her! She is very reliable and I highly recommend her.”

“Olivia was incredibly helpful during a time when I could possibly walk my dog enough! She took him for a full hour in the middle of the day and played and walked him. She was very communicative and I felt very comfortable having her both in my home and with my puppers. Highly recommend and will absolutely be a repeat customer!”

About: As a lifelong animal lover, I’ve spent years surrounded by my own furry companions—dogs, cats, and even a rabbit (yes, I can confirm they’re all about the carrots). After my beloved pets crossed the rainbow bridge, I took a brief hiatus in my 40s to explore the world without four-legged sidekicks. But don’t worry, I still find plenty of time to hang out with and walk/watch/board animals for family and friends. I regularly visit my sister (who thankfully shares my love for pets) and her adorable pups, and as you’ll see in my photos, they clearly think I’m the fun uncle. My heart has always leaned towards larger breeds—I’ve had a Golden Retriever and a German Shepherd who were the best of friends. But I’ve come to appreciate the charm of smaller dogs just as much, and I can’t resist their adorable antics! I’m here to ensure your pets receive all the love and attention they deserve while you’re away. Trust me, they’ll be in good hands—just don’t be surprised if they start following me around like I’m their new best friend! As a self-employed web designer and photographer, I work from home with a flexible schedule that often calls for a break from my screen—perfect for some outdoor adventures with your furry friends! A proud Colorado native, I currently reside in central Longmont and know all the best spots for a tail-wagging good time. Whether it’s a stroll through a nearby park or a romp in a dog-friendly area, I’m ready to make every outing special. Plus, I have my own animal-friendly transportation options for those adventures that require a little extra travel. Your pets will be treated like family, and I can’t wait to explore Longmont with them! While I primarily offer walking services, I’m open to hosting well-behaved and trained pets on a case-by-case basis. My modern, comfortable apartment features a lovely patio where dogs love to lounge in the sun, all while enjoying a view of downtown Longmont and Roosevelt Park. I take home care seriously and have a wealth of experience watching clients' homes, having stayed in numerous Airbnbs during my travels—always receiving top ratings for my respect and care. You can trust that your pets and your home will be in great hands with me!

About: Our family loves dogs! We have 1 black lab (rescue) and have had two other dogs and have cared for others’ dogs for several years. We have a fenced in yard, are active, and generally someone is home during the day. We’re excited to watch your dogs! During the week we are generally working from home and are able to give your dog a lot of attention. We run around on weekends but will be sure to be home at least every 3-4 hours for the dogs. We have a fenced in yard. Inside we allow the dogs to roam freely (ours loves the couches). We are also fine sticking to any rules you have about no pets on the furniture, and we are happy to put them in a crate or let them free roam. We work from home and are active so we can get your dog(s) exercise throughout the day. We also have a fenced in back yard. We have a fenced in yard and a friendly dog who loves playing with other dogs. Somebody will be home most of the time and we are happy to crate your dog when we leave if you prefer.

“Thank you so much for watching Ares and Kali while my husband and I were out of town. I loved all the picture updates and notes. We will be rebooking again!”

“Melanie is the best! We have a very mellow Dane who doesn't get excited easily, but after only 2 visits from Melanie he was super excited to see her. She's an expert with large breed dogs and we're blessed to have her caring for him. I highly recommend her to care for your pets.”

About: I’ve been taking care of pets with Fetch Petcare Twin Peaks for 3 years now. I am certified in pet CPR and first aid through PetTech. I want to do this full time, 7 days a week. Doing this work is my happy place therefore I will be available for your pets any day of the week. I have worked in a variety of homes and know how to keep pets safe and cared for while I am there. I also keep the place clean as well.

About: Getting paid for pet-sitting is a side effect of doing something I love. I've 20 years of experience with dogs and cats (and have been doing commissioned pet portraits for half as long). I've a spacious house and yard for plenty of room to play, and I expect pets to avail themselves of the furniture and snacks. While I am in graduate school, most of my classes are online, and I work from home. I live nearby a beautiful park within walking distance, and enjoy taking the pets out frequently. First thing - squat down and say hello. Next, check the water and food. A quick tour of the house to see if there are any accidents or shenanigans going on, then out for a walk. Treats (policy permitting) are awarded upon return.

“Abbi is great! She has been suoer helpful walking our dog and our friends dog. Communication is quick and clear, scheduling is easy, and she is super careful with her attention to detail! You’re pet will be in great hands with Abbi.”

“Reis did a great job with Larry. He was always on time and was very good at communicating about the walk. I felt that Larry was very safe in his care. I highly recommend the walker.”

About: I've been helping take care of the animals of neighbors and friends since I was about 9. Since starting my pet sitting journey, I have had the opportunity to care for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, and other small household critters. I am a college student, but I am on summer break at the moment, so I can pretty much come take care of animals anytime between my usual wake up time (7 am) until my bed time (10 pm). Home Visits: Each home visit would last at minimum 1/2 an hour but not exceeding 1.5 hours. When doing a home visit, I would be happy to feed/water your animal, take it to the appropriate outdoor spot to use the restroom, and snuggle with/play with it as it appropriate for its disposition and intelligence. In the case of an indoor cat, I would also be willing to empty a litter box, upon request. Walks: For dog walks, I am happy to take your dog on a walk lasting up to 1 hour and 30 minutes. I will clean up any solid waste they make on the walk using a tiny plastic bag and dispose of it by placing it in a trash can. I would pick your dog up from your house and then deliver them back when we were finished.

About: **I have pet care insurance in addition to the Rover guarantee. I grew up in a house with many beloved pets including dogs, cats, fish and hamsters. The stables I spent most my childhood at had 40 horses that I helped with in every capacity. They also had dogs, goats, cats and mini donkeys ;) My sweet childhood dog would be patiently waiting at the gate for me to return each day from the horse barn! If I had to choose, dogs and horses are the ones that completely have my heart, but I love them all! After I got married, one of the first things my husband and I wanted to do was to get a dog. Our apartment only allowed dogs if we were fostering so we did just that. We ended up adopting our first foster dog and immediately rented a home with a large backyard for our new 120lb dog! We have had three amazing dogs over the years, and so I have experience with all ages. We currently have a goofy 1 yr old lab puppy that we fell in love with from the humane society. From college years and on, I have helped friends and neighbors with check-ins and pet sitting. I will take the utmost care of your pet and respect your house and property. I love sending photos and updates since I know I would want that as a pet parent. I know some dogs love to snuggle and others need their space- I can provide whichever they prefer. It’s hard to find someone to trust with your pets and home but you can count on me as your safe and very responsible pet sitter! *Housesitting* I stay overnight and then leave for part of the day. On weekdays I typically exercise the pup(s) I’m watching, feed them breakfast and give snuggles. Then I leave for an hour or two in the late morning. I would be back if a dog needs lunch, etc. Then I usually am gone 3-4 hours in the afternoon. I won’t be gone longer than 5hrs max at one time. If you need something different or 24/7 care is required, we can discuss if I can accommodate a different schedule and perhaps a different rate. At this time I typically don’t take house sitting jobs over 5 days, but I might be able to if it is very close to me. *Walks* I love getting your pup out for you! It's so important! If you book for 60 minutes, the walk time is about 30mins, then we can stroll, play games, have snuggles etc. I love this option and so do the dogs! We can customize this as well! Some pups just want a 30 min sniff/stroll! *Drop ins* Good for Potty break/ meal times. Can be great for a senior dog or one you would rather not have walked. I love giving snuggles and attention and or playing games for enrichment. For House sitting, I would love to watch your pet in your home, where your pet is in their most comfortable environment. I can also get mail, collect packages, take out trash, etc. I promise I will do all I can to keep your pet and house safe. I have been a homeowner for 19 years and know everything I would want checked if I was gone. For my safety, I will need to be informed of all cameras (indoors and out) before the stay or the job will be immediately terminated with no refund.

Chicory B.
“Chicory is a detail oriented and caring pet owner/sitter, even in cases of difficult pets. While she has cared for a large range of animals, her commitment to providing top quality care stands out in the cases of eccentric birds, chiefly her family’s cockatiel Mooshoo and a conure named Humphrey: Years into the ownership of Mooshoo, her behavior turned hostile and territorial, and Mooshoo started laying eggs regularly. Egg guarding became an issue complicating the maintenance of the cage, and Mooshoo stopped eating in order to sit on eggs. Despite these challenges, Chicory was able to keep Mooshoo’s cage clean, and she workshopped several solutions to regularly feeding Mooshoo until the family decided to return the bird to a bird breeder. Humphrey the conure is deeply cantankerous and prone to screeching loudly in the middle of the night as well as biting stray fingers in its vicinity. Chicory has taken on pet sitting jobs for Humphrey several times, and responds to Humphrey’s needs each time, even getting to a point of closeness where she can pet him without his beak interfering.”

Brooke H.

“I've known Brooke for many years and she has always shown herself to be a very responsible caregiver for the pets in her life. The best thing I can say is that she has raised 3 dogs --1 a rescue, 2 from puppies--in a very loving and responsible manner and she will do the same for your pets!”
