“Chelsea is everything you can want in a dog sitter. While traveling we needed a dog sitter for us to have a “city day.” Chelsea responded promptly and politely. She was friendly and had great communication with lots of photos throughout our dogs stay. She set up a home base for him to relax near her during the stay. About: I have taken care of pets for 12+ years, I will look after your pup as if it’s my own, I can provide long hikes, socialization, and basic training. My dog loves play mates and I have a very open schedule with lots of availability and flexibility. Pet care is a priority in my daily routine, involving feeding, walks, playtime, and cuddles. I allocate time each day to ensure their well-being and happiness. I recently just graduated with my MSW and have a completely open schedule As a pet sitter, whether in my own home or at a client's, I prioritize the well-being and comfort of the pets under my care. This includes providing regular meals, ensuring access to clean water, administering medications if necessary, engaging in playtime and exercise, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Additionally, I offer companionship and affection to keep the pets happy and content while their owners are away.

Best of all is her majestic dog Cedar, who immediately made friends with our pup. Taking Cricket to Kate’s place felt like the best type of summer camp in gorgeous Vermont woods. About: I knew from an early age I wanted to work with animals. I started horseback riding lessons when I was ten and went on to working off my lessons by caring for the lesson horses. This led me to manage a boarding barn and earn my riding instructor license. When I moved to VT I worked at an animal shelter for dogs and cats. This inspired me to go back to college for a degree in Veterinary Technology. I worked as a Certified Vet Tech for 12 yrs. Now I would like to focus on working from home and helping pets be comfortable and safe when their people are away. I'm currently working part-time so I have plenty of time for walks and visits. I'm available on the weekends for boarding and a couple of days during the week. I have a fenced in yard and two dogs to keep your family member company. We have lots of land and trails to walk on. I have a large crate available if needed.

About: Having been a pet owner for all my life, I am familiar with all sizes and temperaments of dog and cat breeds. I look forward to meeting your fur-baby. I’m recently retired so I’ll have plenty of time to spend with your pets. My house is available if you need boarding or I can come to you. I take my dog out on leash for walks as I live in a rural setting with lots of great trails and back roads for safe exercise and opportunities to explore.
