About: I’m a lifelong pet and dog lover with a 7 year-old female spayed lab, Ellie, of my own. I’ve cared for family, friends, and neighbor’s dogs for more than 25 years. My Ellie is very calm, friendly, highly socialised, and great with other dogs and children of all ages. I work from home and operate a licensed family daycare with success for more than 25 years. I have weekends off where I have plenty of time to take walks with my own dog and others. I am available for over night dog stays at that time also. My work area is separate, but I have a large fenced in yard with grass. My own dog plays with the children outside, but mostly stays upstairs when we are in. My Ellie often prefers the couch over her dog bed, and I’m fine with that. 😊 I have a completely fenced in backyard where the dogs get plenty of fresh air and exercise, but are never outside alone. My dog Ellie loves playing with other dogs and has a portable ‘doggy pool’ when it’s hot and plenty of shade. If your dog enjoys the comfort of their crate or special bed, feel free to bring them along.
7. Hailey K.
“Hailey did an amazing job making me feel extremely comfortable leaving my dog under her care! I am a first time dog owner and with her experience I had no doubt in my mind that he was in great hands. She would send me pictures while he was there to show he was having a great time and responded promptly with any questions or concerns! Would definitely consider hiring Hailey again in the future!”
8. Ellen W.
“I’ve been boarding small dogs in my home for over 15 years. When I’m away I need a good referral for my loyal and treasured customers who depend on me to care for their precious puppies. I’m proud and confident to say that Ellen is my number one choice. Ellen is loving, extremely responsible and reliable. Everyone I send to her reports back to me how happy they were leaving their dog in her care. Please don’t hesitate to give Ellen a call you will be glad you did.”

15. Anne C.
About: Hi! I’ve been surrounded by pets since I was born and I love all animals: dogs of all sizes and cats! Friends and family often ask me to watch their pets while they’re out of town and know they can rely on me to care for their pets as if they’re my own. I’m currently working fully remote and have a very flexible, asynchronous schedule, which is ideal for dog-walking and sitting. Either I or someone else will be home with your dog all day. I like to breaks throughout the day and walk my own dog. I have a fully fenced-in backyard and live in a safe, quiet, low-traffic neighborhood. I live close to the beach and a golf course and love going for scenic walks. I never let a dog off their leash while on a walk. While at home, I love to be in the backyard and gardening, and will keep your pet with me. They will never be alone in the yard. At night, your dog is welcome to share my couch or bed as we wind down with a movie or good book. Your dog will feel comfortable and at home! My dog has not had any issues with other dogs, but please let me know if your dog shouldn’t be with another dog or cats. Thank you!

17. Stephen W.
“I wouldn't hesitate to put any of my pets in Stephen's care. I have known him for 40+ years. I have seen him with his own animals, and he always provides the best for them in terms of food, consistent exercise, veterinary care and love.”
18. Marie M.
“From the moment Marie stepped out of her car, I knew that she was going to be wonderful! Soft spoken and kind, I was nervous about Charlie being an older dog and just having moved here, it took him a long time to adjust. Marie has 2 dogs of her own and I couldn't believe how wonderfully they got along! Charlie had so much fun that he literally came home a different dog! Happy, exhausted but with such wonderfully healthy energy that we can't wait to send him back! She obviously loves dogs and treated Charlie like one of her own.”

About: Caring for pets has been second nature to me since the tender age of 2. Raised on a farm until I was 15, I've always been surrounded by animals, accompanying them to vet visits and tending to their needs with care. Now, as a proud owner of a Golden Retriever, I have a deep understanding of dog behavior and their individual needs. I'm confident in my ability to care for your pet, ensuring they receive nothing but the best service. I know how tricky it can be to fit everything into a busy schedule. That's why I offer flexible scheduling to suit you and your pet's needs. Just let me know when you need me, and I'll be more than happy to accommodate. When your pets stay with me, they'll enjoy walks three times a day on trails or as per your request, ensuring they get plenty of exercise according to their needs. They'll have ample space to roam freely and play, just like my own puppy does. Don't worry about any dominance issues; my dog is the friendly type and gets along with everyone. When caring for your pets at your place, we'll follow your instructions to the letter, making sure everything is just right for them.
