“I’m crying laughing they braided my dogs hair 😂😂 My dog has never been so comfortable staying somewhere. He’s an old guy so hearing that he’s playing and is energetic is so sweet! Would highly recommend!”

“Trinity was amazing! I can tell she really cared about our puppy. She worked with us very well when we had to do a last minute booking. She had great communication with us and remembered to give our puppy her medicine even though I forgot! Trinity also worked on teaching our puppy basic commands and potty training. We know our puppy, miss pickles, will definitely miss Trinity! We will be booking again in the future when needed 🫶”

About: My first job was walking dogs back in middle school! I also stayed a couple nights at a family friend’s house in order to pet sit while they’re on vacation. I also have a pit of my own named eli, and a bunny named coco :)) I just recently started college, and it’s been a little hard finding a job, so my availability is pretty open, I only have a couple classes throughout the days :)) My dog roams around the house. He’s very friendly and loves to make doggy friends. Since he is a little bigger, small dogs might be intimidated, but he’s very gentle, and if needed, there’s a room we lock our dog in when there’s company :)
“Brooke was responsive and attentive throughout my pup’s weekend stay, providing constant reassurance and peace of mind. Her family environment was perfect for my dog and will be for yours, as well! Absolutely recommend.”

“Barbara is absolutely exceptional. She took care of my pups like her own. Crush even got a play date with a couple of her dogs. She was very accommodating when my flight got in really late for me to come pickup Crush. And she sent lots of pictures while I was away. She’s the best. Hands down.”

“Our dogs had a great time with Jessica. They were very well cared for. She made sure they had plenty of walks and exercise, and took time to play ball with them each day. She was very patient and respectful of our guys separation anxiety and our little ones need for attention. We definitely recommend Jessica!”

“Timmy felt like a star staying with Maria and her family! He looked so happy (and photogenic) in the numerous photos and videos she sent throughout his stay. They were very accommodating when we had to change our pickup time due to flight delays, and it was nice to be able to have one less thing to stress about knowing Timmy was in good hands. Timmy would definitely stay with Maria again in the future!”

“Wendi did a great job with my dog. This was my first time using a service and everything went very smoothly. Wendi sent pictures every day and a couple videos as well as text updates. It was obvious my dog was having a great time. I was even concerned he wouldn't want to come home. To top it all off she, after checking with me to see if it was OK, gave my dog a bath before I picked him up. I would absolutely recommend Wendi.”
“Rachel was great! The dogs hardly wanted to leave when I came to pick them up. I received so many pictures and updates throughout their stay. I definitely recommend Rachel!!”

“If you live in the Conroe area and you dont use Chanisy, you are really missing out. She is amazing! Our dog came home so happy and well cared for. The pictures she sent while we were away made us feel better and gave us peace knowing our dog was being treated like a king.”

About: Because I’m easily distracted by dogs it’s easy for me to care for them! While this is my first time on Rover I don’t have glowing reviews…yet ! But rest assured I am able to use the experience that having my own doggy has given me. I have taken care of Chewy an 11year old Shih Tzu since he was re homed in 2015. He keeps me on my toes with multiple walks a day treats and he has me fetch his toys for him lol I also am a very proud grandma of 5 grand doggy’s - at times over the past 5 years my adult children trusted me take care of their family dogs while out of town. If you’re looking for a place where your doggy will be cared for and doted on, this is it! I’m currently a school bus driver and off for the summer so it’s easy to schedule at this time. And when school starts I’m still available because I make it a priority to come home to take care of my own dog in between routes where we get our walks in. I have a doggy door that connects to patio leads to a fully fenced in back yard which makes it very easy to have my pet and other dogs go outside for some fresh air and handle their business.

“I couldn't be happier with the care Luna received! From the moment we connected, she was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. She kept me updated with constant feedback throughout Luna's stay, sent plenty of photos, and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. It was obvious Luna was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. The communication was excellent, and I truly appreciated knowing how she was doing every step of the way. I would absolutely trust her to watch Luna again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, attentive, and loving to care for their pet. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my sweet girl! ❤️🐾”

Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
