“Courtney was amazing with our two cats. Very reliable. She clearly loves animals and sent us lots of sweet updates. She also came over to meet us before our trip which was so helpful in getting us prepared to go away on a longer trip.”

“Sarah is simply the best. I've never been away from my cat for more than a few days at a time, but knowing Sarah would take such good care of her (feeding, playing, cuddling), and be so communicative with me gave me such peace of mind while I was away for 11 days. I cannot recommend her more highly!”

About: I grew up with 3 dogs of my own, which gave me hands-on experience understanding different breeds, temperaments, and care needs from a young age. Since moving to NYC, I’ve become the go-to dog sitter for friends, neighbors, and their networks throughout the city. I’m comfortable navigating busy streets, dog parks, and apartment living with dogs of all sizes. From tiny Yorkies to large German Shepherds, I’ve cared for dogs across the spectrum - managing everything from medication schedules to behavioral quirks. Living in the city has taught me how to keep dogs safe and happy in an urban environment while ensuring they get the exercise and attention they need. I maintain a flexible schedule that allows me to provide consistent, reliable pet care throughout the week. I’m available for morning walks, midday check-ins, and evening visits, and I always communicate with pet parents about timing and any schedule changes. I understand that pets thrive on routine, so I work to maintain their regular feeding and exercise schedules as closely as possible. Pet safety is my top priority in every interaction. I keep all pets on leash during walks unless in designated off-leash areas, ensure secure gates and doors, and maintain constant supervision. I’m experienced in reading pet body language to prevent conflicts and stress. My own home is pet-proofed with secure fencing, and I always follow each pet parent’s specific care instructions to maintain the comfort and security pets are used to.
“Our Cat Alan loved staying with Taylor. In fact, he had a full on crying fit when I picked him up and he had to leave. Taylor was very responsive and sent many great photos and videos. She did a great job taking care of our little boy.”

“Nicole took great care of our cat while we were away! She was very flexible, easy to communicate with and made sure to give us updates along the way. We would definitely recommend!”

“Alexis was a great sitter for our cats. She communicated well beforehand and the cats seem to take a liking to her pretty quickly. She made sure to follow the instructions we left her and left the litter box clean. Overall we're very happy with her work and would definitely ask her to catsit again.”

“Katherine is truly exceptional. She cared for our senior pets — a 14-year-old dog and a 10-year-old cat — with such empathy, patience, and attentiveness. From the moment we met her, her calm demeanor and genuine care for animals put us completely at ease. She arrived on time, followed our pets’ routines to a T, and went above and beyond to ensure they felt comfortable while we were away. When our dog wasn’t feeling well one evening, she even canceled her own dinner plans to stay and monitor him — a gesture that spoke volumes about her sense of responsibility and compassion. Katherine was very attentive to both our pets, and it was clear that their well-being was her top priority. She kept our home spotless and maintained clear, thoughtful communication throughout our trip - a tremendous help in reassuring us. Her care for living beings goes far beyond “just a job.” We feel so grateful to have found her and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and deeply responsible pet sitter.”

“Carlee did a great job taking care of my cats and went the extra mile. She gave great updates and was even able to give pictures and updates on my two shy kitties who usually hide from all sitters.”
“Sophie managed her dog Blue & cat Zdugar Ray very well. I left her lots of notes. k she was diligent about all of them- even playing with him with the boring stick toy he lives. I rarely need sitters, it had an emergency doctor's appointment in NYC.”
“Amanda was amazing with my kitties and Fish, she even brought in the mail. It was a huge comfort to me to know she had everything taken care of, even the things I didn't think of.”

“Dakota is a lovely and attentive caregiver. My older lady cat needs a daily visit and Dakota was thoughtful and great in her communication. Odie was much more happy and relaxed when I returned. Will definitely work with Dakota again!”

About: Hello! I've been an animal lover my entire life. My dog, Zeke and I had a companion kind of relationship, built on mutual respect and happiness; it's something I wouldn't have traded for the world. He sadly passed away in October after 12 years together, so it would be an understatement to say I'm more than happy to pour extra love to your pup. ___________________________________________________________________________ This is a new offering as of August 2024. I have discovered that adventures are my ideal experiences and would like to advertise as such! Mountain hikes, kayak paddles (>15 pounds), and bike cart rides for the senior pups are my favorites, but I am open to other ideas/training requests! Paddleboarding, swimming lessons...the possibilities are endless. One hour minimum is preferred; gas and travel time to the adventure site are included. I have many mountains, lakes and trails on my list, so I do not see it as fair to charge you for that time! You will only be charged for adventure time. Depending on your pup(s) comfortability in the car, we may travel up to 45 minutes. You and I will decide together on location details, and this app will track where your pup(s) and I are at all times. Wilderness First Aid trained, canine safety versed, ample water provided, and pups will always be kept safely on the leash. Your pup will return home satisfied and tired! ____________________________________________________________________________ For a NORMAL NEIGHBORHOOD WALK, please book a drop-in visit and message to remind me that you would like a walk. Availability for walks and drop-ins will change after Labor Day. Unavailable most weekdays 12-3:30 I am a caretaker by nature, and have been a teacher for the past 4years, a live in nanny before that and most recently a grade school teacher. I'm going back to school to get my licensure. Honestly, care taking and fresh air gives me clarity of mind, and the chance to peel away from the screen helps process all the new information! I am trying to practice running again too, if your canine would like to train with me. Familiar with many local trails and parks. All weather is good weather! Experience with dogs with seizures and giving various medications. Feline friend as well. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry friends ! I currently do not have a car, as I am waiting on a large repair. The closer you are to Philmont, the better! I work during the week. I offer boarding very rarely. When I am in your home, I try to leave it better than I found it. I have spent a fair amount of time farming and gardening, so plants will be well cared for if asked.
