This is our first time using Rover and we didn't know what to expect. As nervous pet owners, Carlee lessened our concerns by doing a wonderful job taking care of our Oreo while we were away from home. From our initial message to Carlee, you can tell that she is a friendly, responsive, and caring person; and she didn't disappoint after that initial assessment. She read our cat's behavior patterns well and provided regular updates on each visits by sending pictures and detailed comments via Rover.
