About: My husband Uriah and I have been big animal lovers our entire lives. We absolutely have a weak spot for dogs and have over 15 years combined experience caring for them. We have no pets of our own so we really love to fill our free time helping others with their pet pals, while allowing our hearts to heal and our love for animals grow even more. I do love me some kittys too!! All fur babes are welcome 🤗 ♥️ My job as a flower gardener is seasonal. I am an early riser and have a very steady daily schedule in my off-time. My husband is my partner with Rover, we are always happy to welcome all the animals in our home. My family and I are very active, love to be outsoors and would be honored to take your pups on daily walks or even a simple hike! Though, overnights are our favorite! 🐶 If you would like for me to hang out with your dog and play catch for an hour, I can do that. If you need help administering oral medications, I have experience doing so with previous dogs and cats. Or maybe you just want me to cuddle your kitty, I am SO happy to do that too!! I have had fish, snakes, a bearded dragon and a senior bird in the past. I am here to give my kindness and care to all creatures of the earth!

About: I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician, a licensed positive reinforcement Canine Obedience Instructor, and am Pet CPR and First Aid certified! I have cared for pets for most of my life, with all stages of lives and medical needs. I have experience with caring for young through senior age, diabetics, surgical recovery pets, pets with behavioral needs, and everyday average happy kiddos! I can make nearly any pet care situation work. I have flexible hours, rates, and am always open for discussion! I have experience with large animal, small mammal, aquatics, birds, and dogs/cats. I have made pet care my entire life. I continue to strive to be the best I can be for my own pets, and am happy to extend that love out to other peoples' pets as well. I have an open schedule so that I can be available when people need. I am currently in the process of fencing my yard. At this time, we take on-leash walks in the neighborhood. The yard is monitored and we have a security system that alerts us to movement outside, so that we don't have accidental run-ins with moose. Pets are not left outside unattended. Kitties are restricted to indoor only, and can have their own private room if needed. My personal pets are crate trained, so that if I have a non-social pet in the home, I am able to give them the space they need. If I am in a client's home, I do not bring visitors, I do not bring my own pets, and I make accommodations for each situations specific needs. All pets are cared for to the standard that I would expect my own to be cared for. I am dependable, honest, and will always do my best to do exactly what is asked of me.

About: I have 20 experience taking care of pets, from small rodents and reptiles to large breed dogs. I have an occupational endorsement for veterinary technicians assisting from MSCU, and I foster cats and dogs for local Rescues. I have cats, fish and several reptiles in my home. About: I've worked in Animal Welfare for 10 years with dogs, cats, and exotics - with a specialty in Behavior and Enrichment - as well as being a pet owner for the majority of my life. I am Fear Free Certified in Shelter Medicine, and Dr. Sophia Yin's Low Stress Handling Certified. I have received accreditation as a Catch Certified Dog Trainer (CCDT) and as a Fear Free Certified Professional (FFCP) I take a Fear Free approach to handling and care for pets - providing lots of choice, and enrichment to provide not only physical stimulation but also mental engagement for animals to provide an appropriate environment to allow animals to engage in normal, natural behaviors. I am comfortable providing medication to pets should that be pills, fluids, or injections. For owners with established behaviors with their pets, I am happy to work with them while pet sitting them upon request - and will provide you "report cards" of their progress. I am currently working part time, and do not travel outside of Alaska often. My focus is one the pets in my home, and the pets of my client. There will be no more than 3 to 4 hours crated, however I focus more on the pet and client in front of me and their needs - and have the flexibility to adjust my lifestyle to fit the needs of my clients. I have a fenced acre, with six foot fencing - no animals are left unattended in the yard at any time. I have security cameras long our fencing, and around our house to ensure I have the ability to monitor any incoming people. The neighbors homes are not close to us, and my driveway is a longer driveway covered with foliage so the animals are not visible from the roadway.
