Laura is extremely reliable and also very flexible in adjusting arrival and departure times. Leaves the place as clean or cleaner than when she arrives. Can follow complicated feeding and medication instructions. Also happy to help with other minor things such as watering plants, washes and changes sheets, etc. And, of course, the pups love her too!
Laura did a great job taking care of our two pups as well as keeping the house up while we were gone. She was very responsive to us the few times we needed to reach out and she followed directions very well with regards to care and feeding of the dogs. We will definitely use Laura again!
I have two dogs that we rescued from a shelter and was not willing to board them . We had Eric and Karen stay at our home and sit with them for a weekend . Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
