About: As a pet lover from birth, I've had pets all my life! I am currently owned by a cat and two dogs who are my absolute world. I understand that pets are family and would love to help you make sure they are some of the happiest members of YOUR family! I have pet-sat many times over the years, and would love to help care for your 4-legged fur-baby. I am happy to assist you with other pets in your household as well. I have experience with dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, rats, guinea pigs, mice, bunnies, snakes, turtles, insects, lizards and salamanders. I believe that safety and protection are top priority; and that care, love, activities, snuggles and walks are critical for the health and happiness of your pet. I'm available during the weekdays to get your pet some enrichment, including walking if that's what they need. Play time and snuggles are always included! I promise to care for every pet as if they are my own. I take owners instructions to heart and make sure every pet feels loved and supported while they're owner is away.

“Jackson was fantastic. We have two large German Shepherds, that can be dog aggressive on walks, and he handled them with ease. He was easy to communicate with; we will definitely be hiring him again. Thank you, thank you!”

About: I’ve owned pets of my own for over four years, and I’ve been caring for other people’s furry family members since I was 16. I’m a mom of one so I have a 10 year old helper as well. I take care of all basic needs such as washing, walking, play dates, and short term care. I can also administer oral medication. I am known with local service members to take great care of their fur babies while they are away for training. I have additional water bowls, food containers, and a crate if you ever forget yours. *For walking, I am available 0530-730am, 1130am- 1230pm, and after 430pm Monday- Friday.* I make sure to care just as equally for any pets as I do my own child. We all deserve to feel loved, even our fur babies. I can’t replace you when you’re away, but I can make sure your pet leaves my care feeling loved tremendously. I work full time, but I’m available for feeding, walking, and other needs 530am-730am, 1130am-1230pm, and after 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. If I am providing boarding, I will feed and walk in the morning, during lunch, and of course when I get home from work. I have full availability on the weekends for all tasks. I do not currently have a fence, however, we will go on walks multiple times a day and playtime inside the home. There is also a fenced dog park in my neighborhood that is just a 3 minute walk from my house. I remain extremely attentive around other animals during walks, and I have no problems with bigger dogs who may pull or tug. For any boarding inquiries, no other dogs are in the home so yours will have my undivided attention. I have additional water trays, food bowls, and a crate in case you ever forget something of yours.

“Heather is the very best of the best. She is communicative, beyond kind, and extremely reliable. Our lab so looks forward to her visits and we are forever grateful to have found Heather, who genuinely loves our pup the way we do!”

“Nkolika was amazing working with a service dog that was in the hospital with his owner. The dog was very afraid and out of his comfort zone but Nkolika connected with him which made a huge impact on both the patient and the care team. Nkolika was easy to work with, flexible with our schedule and a joy to communicate in an unusual situation. She is the best and we would call her again anytime we need help.”

About: I’ve been helping take care of pets for at least ten years, and I love being able to help take care of your beloved pets! I’m willing to stay the night as part of helping take care of pets, and actually prefer to stay the night—however many nights—in order to provide better company for the pets. I am working full-time in Parker, with the exception of Tuesdays, but other than that, I prefer to stay with the pets whenever possible, including staying the night with them. (My work hours vary each day I do work.) I do whatever is needed/requested of me when caring for pets—feeding them, providing them with company, walks if needed, and/or anything else that may be needed or requested.

About: I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, rabbits, ferrets, and even exotic pets either of my own or for neighbors and friends for as long as I can remember. I love long walks and going to the park, playing with their favorite toys, or obliging any demand your furry (or otherwise) friend may ask of me. I have a special knack for dogs and cats that do not like men or strangers in general as well as I have much experience with senior animals. I have sat for dogs over age 14 and cats over age 20. In my personal life, my last dog lived to the ripe old age of 18 and it was an honor to take care of all her needs as she increased in age. I work from home and have a lot of flexibility with my schedule. I am always done with work by 2:30pm and can take an hour lunch at any point in the day. I can only take care of your pets at your home because we have two cats of our own with one who takes a while to get used to anyone new (furry or otherwise).

About: An animal lover all my life. I have several of my own. I dog fostered for a year and helped place 9 dogs in great homes. It was one of the greatest experiences. I'm a part time home health aid and I get to choose the days and times I work which makes roover a perfect second job, if you can call spending time with animals a job. I love all animals of every kind and weather it's your house or mine, I will care for yours as if they were mine own.

I’m here to help you with your fur baby. Remember to always take time for you and your life. I’m more than welcomed to pick up where you need help:) we do puzzle boards, practicing commands, and receiving treats, and most off alottt of walking!

“My dog listened well to Tiffany and had a great time! Tiffany was on time, has great communication skills, and is responsible. I booked another walk with her immediately.”

“Laurie is amazing. She really cares about the dogs that she is caring for. Even though it was raining, Laurie suited up and took them for a walk. She also went out of her way to bring in a package of mine that had been delivered, so that it wouldn't be taken by porch-pirates. I am so happy to have found her.”

“We have used Amber for months for weekly dog walks, but recently Amber watched our two girls while we were out of town. It is a relief to know that your fur babies are well cared for while you are away. I am a veterinarian, and in the past I have had numerous veterinary technicians and other vets watch my pups. Knowing this I can honestly say that Amber is so in tune with my dogs that I would prefer her as my dog sitter going forward. Thanks Amber for loving my babies so much.”

About: I’ve been around pets my whole life and can’t imagine a home without them! Right now, I have three cats and a puppy, so I know how to juggle different pet personalities and needs. I’m comfortable with all life stages, from playful puppies and kittens to senior pets who need a little extra TLC. Whether your pet needs medication, multiple visits a day, or just some extra love while you’re away, I’m happy to help. I also have experience with shy or difficult animals and always take the time to make them feel safe and comfortable. As a pet owner, I’m happy to accommodate feeding schedules, playtime, and making sure animals get the attention they need. I’m flexible and available for multiple visits a day, including morning and evening check-ins, and I’m happy to adjust to your pet’s routine. Whether they need a quick potty break, extra playtime, or special care like medication, I’ll make sure they’re well cared for while you’re away! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. In your home, I follow your pet’s routine closely to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I ensure doors and gates are secure, food and water are fresh, and I provide plenty of playtime and affection based on their needs. If your pet requires medication or has special care instructions, I follow them carefully. I also respect your home by keeping everything tidy and just as you left it. My goal is to create a safe, loving environment so both you and your pet feel at ease while you’re away!

Lauren P.
“I highly recommend Lauren to take care of your pet! She's an experienced dog and cat owner; adopting both as a kitten and puppy. She is comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and is not afraid to get her face washed with kisses (even from my Newfoundland that's about the same size as her!). Her previous work background at a nature center working with children as well as reptiles, bugs, and other creepy crawly things, means she's not afraid of getting her hands dirty; so a little poop or pee won't freak her out. :) She's athletic and loves to walk or jog, so you can rest easy knowing your pup will get the exercise he or she needs.”

Selina H.
“We were so impressed by Selina's calm and gentle nature, her love of animals is intense and quite genuine! Our dog (Dory) that Selina had fostered must have absorbed the gentle loving care that has remained within her. Selina explained to us that no one had expressed interest in Dory, and we knew She was troubled by such. When we saw Dory's pic the first time, it was love at first sight. We met Dory fro the first time at Selina's home. There were multiple pets, and it was crystal clear that she loved every single one of them. We cannot recommend Selina enough. If your pet needs loving and nurturing, you have the found the one you are seeking! Your pet will be in exceptional hands, and every need will be satisfied. She is an Angel sent to nurture pets. Nicole O.
“Nicole is one of my cat Theo's trusted aunties. While for him the most important thing is that she is forthcoming with the tube treats, I trust her deeply with his (and my chinchillas'!) care and wellbeing. Her communication is excellent and I always receive plenty of photos when she petsits for me. I've also been able to call her in for a couple of presumed emergencies at my residence, stepping in quickly to assuage my fears and providing comfort to my baby boy (the chinchillas are regularly unfazed by their baby brother's shenanigans but appreciate Nicole's company all the same). Nicole is the perfect choice for your pet's needs!”
Horseshoe Park dog parents share their Rover experiences
Lola absolutely LOVES her walks with Leanne. She recognizes her car as soon as she pulls up and gets very excited. Leanne is great at communicating, is friendly and personable with the whole family kids and animals included, and is reliable and trustworthy. We are glad to have her as a part of our weekly routine!

Jordan was fantastic! I would highly recommend her as with her background in dog grooming and training she was able to handle my sweet but large dog who can be difficult to walk. She sensed when my dog needed extra attention and spent extra time with him to soothe his anxiety. She was honest, punctual and provided great reports that allayed my fears about being away from my pup for the first time, which enabled me to relax on my vacation. My dog took to her right away! I made the right choice in picking Jordan : )

Maddie watched our dog while we were away, and overall, it was a positive experience. I appreciated her communication; she provided regular updates, which reassured me while I was gone. When we returned home, he was happy and healthy. 😊 I would recommend her services, and will use her again.
