About: No rule will be bent, no abnormal behavior will go unreported, and no tummy will be left unrubbed! I've done it all! Boarding, overnights, drop in visits, walks, appointment escort, etc... I just love animals. I've never met an animal I didn't get along with and never feel better than when one returns that love. I know it can be challenging and, frankly, scary to trust someone else with your pets- they're family after all! That's why I consider the role of pet sitter as the most important part of my day. You want pictures? You got 'em! You need updates? Expect a detailed text! You want someone to reassure your babies to not worry and their mom(s)/dad(s) will be home soon? I will be as clear with them as if they were a human child! I get it, you worry they will feel scared when you aren't home. That's why I am here. Food, walks, and playtime are all well and good, but I believe it is just as important to make them feel as comfortable as I can with as much reassurance as I can give. I am a weekly volunteer at Kitty Harbor in Griswold so when it comes to cats, I am experienced in all sorts of mishaps- litter accidents, dirty butt, scratch boo boos, and more. I am also experienced in administering medication. Of course, if you're kitty has a way that works for them, then that's how we'll get it done! As for the pups, I am always excited to get a chance to go for a walk or even a full on hike! Exercise is always more fun when a four legged friend is involved. If you're training a young puppy, or even an old fellow, just let me know exactly when I should be disallowing and you can feel comfortable they won't be learning any bad behavior from me. One last note: boundaries are so important. Every animal is different and every animal has their own limits. If your kitty doesn't like to be pet, then no pets they shall have. If your dog doesn't like to be watched while they eat, then my eyes shall be shut. I hate being stressed, why would I put that on anyone else? I work a 9-5 in Norwich so I am available early mornings and evenings for visits. If you're in Norwich, I can be available mid day for a lunch time drop in as well. I have reliable transportation and a desire to start and/or end my day with furry friends. As for weekends, I am always booked afternoon into the evening on Sunday for my time with the kitties at the Kitty Harbor, but other than that I can have plenty of room on the weekends to add your babies in to my routine. Routine and boundaries. Whatever they are used to, that's what they'll get from me! I hate being stressed, why would I want to do anything to make an animal unnecessarily stressed?
About: I’ve taken care of large and small dogs for the past couple of years. I started with family and friends animals and have recently started watching other peoples animals and I really enjoy it. I’ve walked, bathed, feed and swam with pets. I work part time at a movie theater and have a flexible schedule and can request days off if need be or work in the morning rather than night and vise versa if you need morning care. I Can crate dogs if needed, I won’t feed your pet anything unless okayed by owner first. I live to take pictures of animals so I can provide updates if needed. I enjoy walking and running with animals so if they need a walk outside or a ball thrown around a fenced yard I would be happy to do so.

About: I have a french bulldog pug mix named Bugzey.He is very aloof wifh other dogs but loves people and especially car rides through Ashaway!I have a Jack Russell terrier named Nyko that LOVES TO PLAY WITH TOYS!His favorite game is chase and catch with his pink beef flavored ball!He tend to hoard all of his toys!I also have a miniature pinscher named NEMO who is the leader of our pack.On walks he leads by 5 feet to ensure every aspect of the ambient terrain is safe.That is the canine pack that your dog will have a joyful time with.I love dogs and I have to stay home as my pug gets completely frazzled if I try to leave!Bugzey obviously has separation anxiety.I will do my absolute best to care for your dog as if it were one of mine.Your dog will never be unattended and my Nyko who is a JRT (Jack Russell Terrier)will surely show your dog everything he knows about staying actively amused and entertained for the entire day to make every second count! I am a stay at home dog parent. MY PRIORITY IS MY DOGS! I have lots of land all beautifully landscaped and live on a quiet country road surrounded by farmland and peaceful tranquility. Exercise is paramount to a healthy dog which is why we walk over a mile a day!We even use a stroller for our seniors that aren't as happy to walk for an hour.Exercise is included while your dog stays on our premises! I have a very large fenced in yard but still provide 24/7 supervision as I fervently believe that fur babies need protection. We love being outdoors and being active.
