About: Hi, I’m Olivia :) I’ve had animals my entire life—including dogs, cats, and birds—and even grew up on a farm, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. I truly love all animals, and I understand that every pet has their own unique personality, routine, and needs. At home I have two kitties of my own that I love dearly, Gus and Sammie. Because I love to travel myself, I know how important it is to have someone caring, dependable, and trustworthy looking after your pets. I have a hybrid remote job, which gives me flexibility throughout the week with advance notice. I typically work 8am to 5 pm on weekdays and have open availability on weekends. I’m happy to help with evening visits, overnight stays, and pet care right after work! Boarding at my home may not be the best option right now, as I would want to make sure my own cats are properly acclimated first and avoid creating unnecessary stress for your pets. I’d be more than happy to provide care in your home, where your pets can stay comfortable in their own familiar environment. If you’d like to meet beforehand, I completely understand and would be happy to arrange a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone feels comfortable.

About: I had German Shepherds, Welsh Corgis, a Jindo, and a mixed-breed dog back in Korea, and all of them were well trained. When I meet a new dog, I try to become their friend by making gentle eye contact, lowering myself to their eye level, and offering my hand while patiently waiting until they feel I am safe. I have also dealt with aggressive dogs several times, and in the end, they too became my friends. Since I work from home with flexible time during the week, I have not had my own pet yet because I felt it would be unfair to leave them alone for long hours. However, on weekends I usually dedicate time to myself through photography, driving, and hiking, and I would truly enjoy having the company of your dog or cat during those times. Taking care of a pet would naturally fit into my routine as part of those weekend activities, giving me both companionship and joy while also ensuring the pet has quality time and attention. In my home, I would care for pets as if they were my own friends—providing attention, playtime, and walks, even on rainy days, to make sure they stay active and happy. In a client’s home, I would first ask about any rules or restrictions, such as areas of the house that are off-limits, preferred snacks, daily routines, and any medical concerns. I believe following the owner’s guidance is very important to ensure the pet feels comfortable and safe in their familiar environment.
“We felt very comfortable with Tracy at our meet and greet. Our cat, who hides from most people came right up to Tracy immediately. Tracy kept in touch with us regularly and sent pictures while we were away. I've never felt more comfortable and she seemed to know how we felt and did everything right and even left our house looking perfect, took care of plants inside and out and birdfeeders and even offered more help that we hadn't mentioned. Tracy went above and beyond and we will definitely use her again if we ever leave for more than a day. Leaving pets is very difficult but Tracy truly understands and gives your pets everything they need with no complaints and she enjoys being the type of help that's extremely difficult to find. About: I have provided house, pet, and babysitting needs to clients and family friends for the past two years. I have additional availability and looking for more opportunities! My previous Boston Terrier, Angel (and she was an Angel❤️) unfortunately passed away from cancer in 2025 so I also have some senior/disabled pet care experience. I graduated with an Animal sciences degree at one of the only AZA (American Zoological Association) accredited Colleges/Schools in the United States. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
