“Sara was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I took a trip down to NYC for his birthday for 4 days and let me just say I am so glad I booked with Sara. I had never used Rover before so the idea of having someone I didn’t know in my house and around my cats (who are my children) scared me at first. Sara came a few days before our booking to meet everyone and have me show her where everything was and any little details. I gave her a key to my door and from there on everything was taken care of. She came twice a day to feed them, played with them, even stayed and hung out with them for bit gave them extra attention until THEY got sick of HER (which was so nice to know they were being loved). She sent multiple pictures of each of them eating and playing twice a day and at the end she put my key under the mat. I can’t get over how easy this experience was and I’m excited to have someone to watch over my kids in the future!❤️”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for family and friends since I was young. My favorite part is being getting to be outside to take them on walks! I’m also willing to take them out on jogs if they require faster paced activity! I’m currently a student from out of state, so I’m missing taking my pups for walks back home! Edit: I’m back home for the summer (Marcy, NY) and am available Monday - Friday from 6am - 3pm for walks and drop ins. I’ll update my availability again when I head back to school (Morgantown, WV)! I will give your pups full and constant attention while they’re under my supervision, ensuring that they get sufficient exercise and mental stimulation! I’m more than willing to send photos throughout my time with them for updates as well!

About: I've taken care of dogs for a long time. It started when I was young, probably around the age of 10, but of course I couldn't drive, so my mom had to help out. I have always had a love for animals, and I always will. I am enrolled at Utica University completing my master's. I also coach U12 girls soccer. That may sound like I have a pretty busy schedule, but since I live at home, it is not bad at all. I am also a substitute teacher, which allows me to choose when I work based on how my schedule looks for that given week. Pet safety is of the utmost importance to me. Families are relying on me to care for their beloved animals while away for a day or a few days. Playing outside or relaxing inside are all things I love to do, based on the dog's needs. Walks are always fun, too!

About: I have taken care of various animals since I was a young girl. I was born and raised on a dairy farm in upstate NY where I have helped train and raised many different kinds of animals including horses, cows, dogs, pigs, bunnies, cats, goats, and more. Neighbors friends family have all relied on me to feed bathe and walk their most precious animals without any problems. I am a stay at home mom & and care for animals as my full time job. I spend most of my time at home other than going to the store or my kids games for school. I am able to give your fur baby the best care possible to ensure they are appropriately cared for and loved as they should be through out their stay at my home. My first priority is keeping your fury friend safe and then they will be also be happy. I want your pet to feel at home when they are at my house. Depending on the service you request and the need for your specific animal this will vary. Each animal will have it's own individualized plan agreed upon with the animals owner.

About: I've owned pets for almost my entire adult life. I love every pet and have experience with basic training of my own dog, taking care of cats and kittens. I work a 10 month full time and would love to help care for your pets in my time off. I'm available most weekends and some weekday evenings/mornings as well as nearly daily in the summer. I’ve been caring for pets since I was 5 years old, starting with my first cat, Rosie, and over time I’ve gained hands-on experience with both kittens and senior cats. I’ve raised four kittens (three rescues) myself, so I’m very familiar with the patience, attention, and consistency needed for young pets. Additionally, I have experience caring for both puppies and senior dogs, through the care of my own pups and friends’. I have lots of experience caring for senior pets, including administering medications, managing special diets, and assisting with more advanced care such as subcutaneous (IV) fluids. Because of this, I’m very attentive to changes in behavior or health and can provide a higher level of care for pets with medical needs. I’m based in Utica and am happy to travel as needed for drop-in visits, walks, or longer stays. This schedule allows me to provide consistent, reliable care while being attentive to pets’ needs. I provide care either in my pet-friendly, secure residence (keycard access) or in the client’s home, depending on their needs. I am flexible and attentive to any special requests, and I have experience caring for pets with medical needs, including administering medications and managing special diets. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities.

About: I have been taking care of animals since childhood and would often pet sit for family members, some of which were entire farms for a week at a time. Neighbors and family members have relied on me for daily care of their dogs and cats with care tasks including feeding, walking and sometimes bathing. I am currently in nursing school and I have a very flexible schedule during the week (except Mondays, Tuesdays) and on weekends. I currently have an almost 5 years old Australian cattle dog (very friendly w/ other dogs) and also live on a hobby farm. You will see my reviews are from Canada, where I lived for 6 years, but moved back home in the last couple of years and wanted to start my account up again :) I have a large property for walks and playtime without having to drive to a trail. I am also able to crate your dog if that is needed. I am available for frequent potty breaks (every 0-2 hours).

About: I've always loved animals but didn't have the space to care for one of my own, until recently, so my interactions have mostly been through other's animals. In high school I was an animal science major and volunteered at doggy daycares. Then in college I studied basic canine care and training where I got experience in training different dogs. Now I have my own puppies, 2 2 year olds and a 1 year old, so more experience everyday! Currently in between employments and looking for something to keep me occupied that would benefit others as well. So available anytime that would be convenient for you! About: I have always had dogs in my care. Currently, I have two well behaved dogs. One rescued and another with health concerns. I am familiar with medication administration. I am very active and often take my dogs on hikes and walks around the community. My fenced in yard allows dogs to socialize, roam, and enjoy a safe space when not on the trails. Aside from a dog owner, I am a teacher and have availability to take care of pets in my home. I would be available afternoons, evenings, and weekends every week. I live a very active lifestyle and have the property and means to take care of your pet for short and long term visits. In addition exercise, I offer a clean and nurturing environment for your dogs to play with mine. Additionally, I do stop in visits to walk, let out, and feed dogs outside of boarding. About: I currently have baby-Neo, who’s a German Shepherd and Great Dane mix. However, I have worked with Rottweilers, labs, and boxers previously. My experience includes special feeding/diets, walks, playing, baths etc. I plan to offer walks and/or home visits. My schedule is pretty flexible, and I’m happy to assist.
