They were just respectful and slow with our shy guy, and it was great that they had a fenced backyard he could easily go out in without having to be handled by others. And it was great to get frequent pictures and updates while we we out of town.”

“Sylvana taking care of Saffron was never about me. It was always about Saffron. From the moment I dropped off Saffron Silvana bent down to greet Saffron. Wanted to know all about Saffron. Each day and night I received pictures and videos of Saffron looking as happy as could be. The only thing I could be upset about when Saffron was kindly dropped off to my house by Silvana was that Saffron looked depressed to be home. I think she was so happy she didn’t want to come home. It was always about Saffron and never about me. I couldn’t have been happier with the care Saffron got from Silvana. Saffron and I thank Silvana for all the love she received during her stay. I highly recommend Silvana and trust her implicitly with Saffon.”
