I am new to the area and am eager to explore with a furry friend that I cannot financially support currently, so I will love and care for it like my own. I just moved to Southern Pines, and am looking for any kind of word I can. My experience having dogs in my house all my life has made me responsible and capable of taking care of any kind of dog. We have a very safe apartment complex that we take long walks around many times a day to keep your pup happy and comfortable. If your dog is also a competent swimmer we have a nearby lake with public swimming spots to enjoy.

I currently have two dogs: a 10 year old rescued mutt and a 2 year old red heeler that I adopted as a puppy. About: I am patient and caring. Animals have souls, they have feelings and they are a part of our families. I genuinely understand how important our fur babies are to us. I work full-time 8am-5pm Monday - Friday in Pinehurst. I am happy to take care of your pet before and after my shifts. I get an hour for lunch so if your pet is in Pinehurst I am able to offer a walk or drop-in at lunch time as well. I cannot currently host pets at my home due to caring for my own senior kitty who is very uncomfortable around dogs. I am happy to take care of your pet in their environment and familiar surroundings.

About: I have loved and cared for dogs and cats for most of my life. I was lucky enough to travel with my family, showing Standard and Giant Schnauzers expanding my knowledge and love for breeds of all sizes and personalities. Throughout my adulthood I have enjoyed caring for my friend’s pets while they were away. I just recently moved to Fayetteville and I miss having pets now and would like to be able to get some sloppy kisses, hugs and purrrrfect companionship and would love the opportunity to care for part of your family while you are away. I’m currently on Summer break and have full weeks of time off from June 1 through August 15th, 2026. The rest of the months I am free from Friday evenings through Sunday evening for home sitting. About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life, especially when it comes to cats. I grew up in a household that always had multiple cats. I just recently moved from my parents house where we had four, including a rescue I brought back from an overseas deployment. I also have experience caring for senior pets, including my childhood pet, a 14 year old Siamese in her final years, where I provided comfort, medication support, and close monitoring. I’ve fostered multiple litters of kittens, including bottle feeding, scheduled care, and neonatal support (including stimulation for bathroom and feeding routines), so I’m very comfortable with young or high needs animals. I also have hands on experience caring for dogs, including a family chocolate lab that I regularly walked, took on beach trips, transported safely in my vehicle, and maintained consistent feeding and exercise routines for. I’m comfortable managing leash behavior, high energy dogs, and ensuring pets get both physical activity and attention. What sets me apart is my genuine compassion and attentiveness. I treat every pet like my own and take the time to understand their personality, needs, and comfort level. Treating any animal I encounter humanely is my calling. It is humans responsibility to care for them. I’m a substitute teacher, so I’m able to plan my days around the pets I’m caring for. I’m available for morning, midday, and evening visits, and I make sure to stay consistent with each pet’s routine so they feel comfortable and cared for. I have no pets or children at home. I have a huge backyard that isn’t completely fenced, but property behind it. No smoking or people coming in/out for any reasons.

About: I have a crew of two who love to have company. We welcome your pets in our playful yet gentle atmosphere with a guarantee that your pet will get the attention, care and exercise they require. I do have a fenced in yard for plenty of potty breaks and play, in addition to that I live in a neighborhood that has a park. So your pup will get plenty of playtime! I am a retired vet with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs. If you prefer sitting in your home I can be there also! 🐶 I grew up with dogs so I am familiar with their needs. I also have 2roomies who also help take care of our furry guest My two are mostly friendly, they love to have new friends.
