About: I’ve had dogs all my life! I always helped walk, feed, train, and take care of them my entire life. My boyfriend and I got our own fur baby about a year ago and we love her to death. I am a super empathetic person towards animals, I love every animal just as much as others. I love taking funny photos of my own doggo, and getting a good laugh. It brings me joy to see dogs thrive in their homes or with someone people can trust with their fur babies. I am a 20 year old college student going to Marian University for Nursing. I am currently working at the Emergency Department at the West Bend Froedtert Hospital. I work there as an Emergency/ Trauma Technican. On my days where I typically don’t work and when I am done with classes i’m looking for more ways I can earn money doing something I love! I have a big backyard that has lots of woods and isn’t near any big roads or many houses. Plenty of areas for doggos to feel comfortable and plenty of room for play/potty time!
About: I have grown up around dogs my whole life and I've had my first (adult life) dog for three and a half year. Wila Rose is an Australian Cattle Dog mix. About a year and a half ago we added another rescue, Buckley Quinn. He is a smart but goofy boy. They both go backpacking with us and we do a lot of hiking on our local public land areas. We enjoy playing around in our yard with our limited dog agility set and learning new tricks. We occasionally go swimming but love jumping and exploring new water areas and hiking trails. Wila and Buckley are a huge part of my life. We enjoy hiking, being outdoor, and traveling as much as possible. We do quite a but of training included but not limited to: agility, scent training, shed training, and just some fun party tricks. I am new to Rover so please feel free to reach out with any questions. I have an acre of land (not fenced in). We love to go on walks and sniffaris at our local parks. Buckley loved to play with other dogs and Wila is more of a people dog. They even loves to go backpacking and hiking which often include 10+ miles a day.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a child, from the 7 that I grew up with to all of my friends’ and family’s dogs as well! I have dealt with dogs of all sizes and attitudes, and truly love them all. I’m currently working part time, so I have lots of time to care for & give attention to your pups! I have 4 dogs at home that I have to feed and let out, but it’s easy to balance out with other tasks/jobs. I care for dogs based on individual preferences. I am comfortable with crating dogs, leaving them out, spending time with them, etc. It all depends on your dogs needs and your personal preferences!

About: Im passionate about animals and their care. Ive been a pet owner most of my life and have experience with all size and types of animals. I will care for your pet the same way id care my own. While their with me ill show them the cuddles and love they deserve, a comfy spot on the couch or bed and a large fenced yard. I can offer daily walks and long sessions of ball throwing also. I work but iam home often and can work around your pets schedule. While im not home your pet is free to roam or stay in a crate you provide them. I have a comfortable, quiet home where your pet is welcome on the furniture. I have a large fenced yard that allows plenty of exploring and games of fetch.

About: I used to be a certified veterinary technician in Wisconsin and moved to California in July 2019. I have a lot of experience working with dogs and I used to dog sit for some friends over night when I was in college. I grew up with several animals and am an absolute animal lover. Nothing is better than snuggling up and loving animals. I worked as a kennel assistant for a year before becoming a vet tech. I've handled multiple dogs at a time before and love playing with them all. I love all types of dogs and getting them active. I am available at all times of day. I can do over night stays to take care of your fur baby. I will take all the pictures you’d like to keep you updated about your pets stay. With my experience in a vet clinic I've learned to handle all ages, sizes, and different health issues of pets. I am currently a full time student but all of my classes are online so I’m home full time. So your pet won’t be home alone for long during the week. When your pets stay with me they’ll be able to play with my two huskies also. They are great with all pups and know when to give them a break and when to keep playing. I can't wait to make your fur baby feel at home! I’m currently unemployed so your pets will have plenty of attention and play time with me. They’ll have a great balance of play and relaxation. About: As far as experience goes there isn’t a time in my life I remember that I wasn’t caring for an animal. From reptiles, to rodents, to cats and dogs, I’ve had them all. From a young age I was taught responsibility and discipline when it came to caring for tiny creatures. Additionally for over two years I volunteered weekly at a local animal shelter. During this time I gained knowledge as to how animals interacted with one another, how to properly administer medication, warning signs to look out for, what to do in emergencies, and deeply studied animal behavior. To add on to that I am currently employed at a doggie daycare. During my time here not only have I gotten to widen my horizons when it came to taking care of animals but I have learned hands on how to bandage a wound, what to do in animal confrontations as well as how to handle the unexpected such as sickness or seizures. Additionally over the last 3 years I have volunteered at different animal welfare programs across the globe. These include Portugal, Puerto Rico, Tanzania and soon Hawaii. During this time I have not only seen hands on other cultures way of taking care of animals but also gained knowledge as to how to better the animal care I provide to clients. As I previously stated I currently am employed at a doggie daycare. Additionally I work at a bakery as well. My schedule changes weekly so it can be hard to give an exact time frame when booking. Typically I work up to 8 hour shifts. I typically prefer to stay in clients homes to keep their pets safe and happy in their own environment. I will be there in the morning before work, and will immediately come back when I get off as well as being there at night. I try to spend as much time as possible with the pets while you are away I typically only offer staying in the clients home and I am comfortable crating animals while gone. I always keep things like medications safely out of reach and secured. Additionally upon booking I typically ask about any health notes, allergies, or special needs as well as a good contact number for your vet in case of emergency.
About: Hi I'm Matt. I'm a big animal lover, and have been in the animal field for 15yrs working with all different types of wildlife. Have experience in giving vaccines(IM or SQ), oral meds, and basic care. I have since moved onto a new adventure in lawncare. I have been around dogs my entire life. I grew up with a German Shepherd, a purebred Samoyed, and a tabby cat. Currently, I have 2 beagle-shepherd mixes, Hunter and Holmes, who are 2 of the sweetest boys you will meet. We are often outdoors taking our daily walk, hiking local state parks, camping, or just working in the yard. I have always loved being around animals, especially dogs, and find that having them brings such happiness to life. The boys and I are together daily. I currently work typically Mondays thru Fridays sometimes varied or longer hours. However, we always make time to go for a walk daily, and on the weekends typically are out exploring. Hunter gets meds twice a day in a pill supplement as well as I trim their nails and baths occasionally. I currently rent a duplex that has a fenced backyard, and also have a spare bedroom and wire kennel if needed. Typically my dogs free roam during the day, and are good to be alone overnight or up to 10hrs which can allow me to spend time with your furry friend.

Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
