I have a large yard (a little over an acre) and a fence along the road. I own a 5 year old male German Shorthaired Pointer as well as two mixed breed dogs weighing about 15 pounds each. About a year and a half ago we added another rescue, Buckley Quinn. He is a smart but goofy boy. They both go backpacking with us and we do a lot of hiking on our local public land areas. We enjoy playing around in our yard with our limited dog agility set and learning new tricks. We occasionally go swimming but love jumping and exploring new water areas and hiking trails. My family and I would always bring in and care for fosters and strays, along with our own. Learning to train pups at such a young age has made it one of my biggest passions. She has been socialized all of her life and loves to run and play. She understands social cues very well so if the other dog is uninterested in playing she will leave them alone. If Lexus and your dog meet I'm sure they will be best of friends! Whether it's just a walk or they stay a few nights I cant wait to meet your pup! My schedule is very flexible. I am a stay at home mom, photographer, mua and an artist. I am open to last minute scheduling if needed or scheduling something further in advance. Something consistent and on going would be preferred but if it’s just a one time thing that is okay with me as well! For walks we will go on a walk around the block. If needed we will work on not pulling the leash. For a boarding visit I will get them all set up and comfortable in my house. If it’s nice out we will go for a walk and play outside. Playing indoors as well and working on tricks they know or maybe learning a new one. Potty breaks will be provided whenever needed and food will be given as directed.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life and am now a proud owner for the past 1.5 years! I’m around 1-2 times throughout a typical work day to let my puppy out. She rules this house so no furniture or beds are off limits, which is extended to all the dogs that come into my home (I’ve recently become the extended family dog sitter due to my work schedule). Monday’s-Thursdays I am home 1-2 times during the typical work day for about a half hour each time. Fridays and weekends I’m typically home most of the day, maybe running errands here and there. Allie rules the house here! She is allowed on furniture and beds and this would extend to your baby too. We spend a lot of time outside with water always available and I’m always out with her. We have tons of toys and she doesn’t mind sharing them.

Caring for animals isn’t just something I do, it’s something I truly enjoy. Hi there! I’m new to Mayville and have open availability to walk, play with, and care for your furry loved ones. I always make sure fresh food and clean water are provided, with bowls cleaned regularly to keep everything sanitary. Whether it’s brushing, playing fetch, going on nice long walks, or just giving them lots of attention and love—your pet’s happiness and care are my top priority! I make sure that my cats home environment is safe for them to roam and not get into too much mischief. Water bowls are cleaned. Food is rotated. Pee pads are changed out and litter is changed once a month while cleaning litter box out daily. I am sure that my cats live in a safe environment and are happy and healthy.
About: As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. Each animal deserves love and care! I've cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, ensuring they get the attention they deserve. I treat every pet like my own and prioritize safety, patience, and communication with the owners! I currenty works nights as a waitress and spend my days staying active and doing online college. My days are super flexible for your furry friends! I will treat your fur babies as if they're my own! Safety is the most important thing as well. About: I've taken care of animals my entire life. I've always had dogs, cats, reptiles, small animals, you name it! I have been picking up gigs dog/cat sitting since I was 12. My family, friends, and neighbors have had my help and continue to use me as their first option when help is needed! I'd love to get to know your furry friend :) I currently work part-time from 5pm-10pm Monday thru Friday for the summer, so I am available to spend the morning and midday's playing, feeding, walking, and watching your pet! I have 2 dogs (large and small) and 4 cats of my own. With this, I won't offer in home care due to the stress this can cause your pet. However, I am comfortable with leashing, caging, giving meds, scooping liter pans, and all other responsibilities that come with pet care!

About: I currently work at Hightest kennels part time. I’ve also fostered 14 dogs/puppies for Hightest kennels. I am very good at taking care of dogs at all ages. I also follow your instructions very well. I have taken care of puppies, dogs with disabilities and, senior dogs. I have potted trained many dogs and have been successful every time. I am very patient with animals. I am also going to school to become a veterinary assistant. I am currently working part-time at Hightest kennels I would be able to work after Hightest and on my days off. I usually work 2-3 days a week. I will fit pet care in whenever I am not at work. At my home I have two labs that love being around other animals. I have a fenced in area for my dogs to give them time outside. In a client’s home I want to know if your dog has a routine and keep your pet on their routine. I take my pets out many times a day if they are not in their fenced in area. I can also create my dogs if wanted.
About: I have grown up around cats and dogs my entire life. I enjoy spending time taking care of others. I am patient and compassionate, your pets well-being will be my #1 priority. I work part time as a CNA in a long term care facility. I am also attending college part time to purse a career in nursing. Over the years I have cared for numerous of my own cats and dogs. About: I’ve been pet sitting for about 5 years now! I can pet sit from anything with fur to scales! I adore animals and provider the proper care they need! As well as spoil them with treats and pets! About: Pet Care Experience: Ive had dogs my whole life and will be starting vet tech school in fall. Ive had experiece caring for various sizes, breeds, and ages for almost a year on Rover and over four years on occasion for friends and family members. I have experience not only in walking, feeding, and general care but in bathing, administering medication, and and basic training as well. I have also taken care of several senior dogs some of whom have needed help walking or supporting themselves when going to the bathroom. While I am most experienced in caring for dogs, I have also cared for over a half dozen cats via drop ins and house sittings. This means I am familiar with how to clean and empty litter boxes and I have no qualms about cleaning up any "presents" they may give me. Schedule: Im curently attending school in the spring in fall but my only job is self employed pet sitting through Rover. I have very few other commitments, especially during the summer and on weekends, so I will have plenty of time to play, cuddle, care for, and adore your furbaby or furbabies. Safety and Trust: Since I am not currently employed outside of Rover I will be able to stay with your cat or dog more than 90% of the time during a sitting. Similarily when doing drop ins I almost always can accomodate whatever time the owner would like me to come. My vast experience with dogs and cats has taught me in general what to do and what not to do which allows me to focus on learning the idiosyncrities of your pet during the meet and greet. This experience has also taught me that meet and greets are extremely important so I'm sure to always find a time to complete one with pet owners. Therefore, you will always have the opportunity to meet me, observe how I interact with your pet(s), address any concerns you may have and discuss details in person. During both sittings and drop ins I'm always sure to provide plenty of updates, pictures, and information so you know that your furbaby or furbabies are being well taken care of.
About: I have dreamed about walking dogs since I was a little girl and now I have found a way to do it and get paid! I have two Weiner dogs at my mom's house, a labordooddle at my dad's, and two cats of my own.I know and love all kinds of dogs and cats! I will care and treat them like they are my own so trust me they will get the best care ever! They may even get a little spoiled... But I can be strict if you have certain rules you want them to abide by! I have training. Please consider me when thinking about who can care for your furry children. My cats get supervised time outside on harnesses and time in the breezeway with open windows to get some fresh air. About: I have been taking care of a wide variety of animals my whole life. Growing up we had dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, goats, and a rabbit! I also currently have a Hedgehog as well! I have been a veterinary technician for a few years, and I am Fear Free Certified working on my level 2 certification for more advanced training. I especially love working with senior and special needs pets, and pets who need special care due to behavior (ex. Dog aggressive, anxiety, etc.) I have a unique bond with every pet that I meet, and I look forward to all the special connections that I get to make! About: I have had pets my entire life. I dog and cat sit for my family members and take my neighbor dogs for walks very frequently. I am a college student, but I have a very flexible schedule.
