“Booked at the last minute, she was flexible & friendly Life saver which allowed us to go to the game without worrying about the pups! She’s 5 mins from Fiserv Stadium which worked perfectly - could not have been easier”

About: I have grown up with dogs all my life. Every time I get the opportunity to watch a fur baby, I treat them like they are my own. I have done some dog/puppy training as well, and I've always gotten great reviews on what one's pet can do by the time they go home (If interested) As of right now, my schedule is completely open, Monday - Sunday. I am in a transition period, so I would love to prioritize your fur baby. I live in an apartment on the east side, so I’m close to several parks and have access to trails, lakeside, dog parks if these attributes benefit your baby. I’m a very active person, so taking your animal on several walks a day is a treat to me!

“We are traveling and needed someone to watch Ginger for the day. Miranda calmed mom’s nerves down since this was the 1st time for this. Miranda gave us updates and the whole experience was delightful.”

“Marisa was very attentive to my pup during her stay. My dog doesn’t love new environments and gets anxious when separated from me and Marisa gave her her full attention and ensured she felt comfortable during her stay which I greatly appreciated. 10/10 recommend!”

About: About Me There’s truly nothing I love more than being around dogs—I absolutely melt for these furry friends! I’m all about cuddles, love, and full-on affection. I’m intense in the best way when it comes to giving dogs the attention they deserve. With me, your dog will be treated like family—loved, cared for, and cherished every moment we’re together. My Care Philosophy Your dog’s safety and well-being are my top priorities. I always ensure they’re properly fed, get enough rest after each meal, and enjoy just the right amount of exercise—never mixing meals and playtime to avoid any tummy troubles. I follow a structured schedule tailored to each dog’s needs, because I believe dogs thrive with routine. This way, it’s easy to keep track of their health, mood, and happiness. Why You Can Trust Me Caring for dogs is not just something I do—it’s my full-time job and my biggest passion. That means your dog will never be left without attention; I check in with them often and make sure they're doing great throughout the day. I welcome all kinds of dogs, no matter the size, breed, or age. I'm also the proud parent of a 5-year-old Great Dane named Astor. Managing such a large and spirited companion has taught me a lot—it’s not for the faint-hearted! But that’s why I consider myself truly experienced and confident in handling all types of dogs with love, patience, and skill. Boarding & Walk Policy If you're considering boarding with me, please note that I only host one dog per night in addition to my own—Astor—so your pup will get plenty of attention and space. The same goes for walks: I keep it personal and safe by walking just one guest dog at a time alongside Astor. This way, I can give each dog the focused care and calm environment they deserve. Extra Love & Comfort You'll get plenty of photos and updates while your dog is with me—I know how comforting it is to see your pup happy and relaxed. And yes, dogs are absolutely allowed on the furniture! Whether it’s snuggling on the couch or napping by my side, your dog will feel completely at home. Pet care is my daily routine—this is my full-time job and my biggest passion. My days are fully centered around the pets I care for, which means they get lots of attention, love, and consistency throughout the day. I plan my schedule based on their needs, making sure there's time for feeding, rest, play, walks, and cuddles. Because this is what I do every day, I'm always available to check in on them, stick to their routines, and adjust to anything special they might need. Your pet won’t just be part of my routine—they’ll be the heart of it. I live in apartment so there is no way for doggy’s to be escape, I always keep the door closed. Also if we go for a walk your dog will be always with leash.

“Kristy watched our dog, Beau for several doggy day care visits. She accommodated our early drop offs, and was great at communicating with us through the app. We felt comfortable leaving our dog with her as she had a calm personality and her house was dog-friendly. We're happy Beau had Cooper for company!”

“Joe and his wife were great with the dogs. They were very communicative and flexible enough to watch our girls on short notice. They did a great job and we will definitely be using their services again in the future!”

“Buster was well cared for. He had plenty of exercise and was very happy dog when we picked him up. I would use Linnea H again if ever in the area.”

“Becca was wonderful! She was really accommodating and even offered to drive our pups back to our house at the end of the day, which was so appreciated after a long travel day. The dogs are tired and happy after their day with Becca and Remy!”

About: What sets me apart as a sitter is my lifelong experience and deep connection with animals of all kinds. Growing up, I helped my grandmother care for a variety of animals, including rabbits, pigeons, ducks, and chickens, which taught me responsibility and compassion from a young age. Over the years, I’ve raised and cared for a diverse range of pets myself, including birds, fish, hamsters, and dogs. I have a special bond with German shepherds, having raised my first German shepherd dog, who is now 11 years old and living with my parents, and “Athena”, my second, whom I’ve raised since she was a puppy, she’s currently a year old. In addition to my dogs, I have a cat “Lucy”, a bearded dragon “Kimchi” and an axolotl “Jellybean”. This variety has given me experience with animals of different needs and temperaments. I’ve also taken in and cared for lost dogs, ensuring they were safe and happy until their owners could be found. My lifelong dedication to animals, along with my experience and calm demeanor, ensures that I can provide exceptional care for pets of all types, ages, and needs. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine because I have the flexibility to dedicate my time fully to the animals I care for. Being free all the time allows me to give pets the attention, love, and care they deserve without feeling rushed or distracted. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playing, training, or simply providing companionship, I can adjust my schedule to meet each pet’s unique needs. My flexibility ensures that I can prioritize their well-being, keeping them happy and comfortable throughout their time with me. In my home, I ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all pets. Since I have a dog and a cat, I take extra care to introduce visiting pets gradually and ensure they feel secure and at ease. I keep their spaces separate if needed, especially during the initial adjustment period, to avoid overwhelming them. I maintain a routine for feeding, walking, and playtime, tailored to each pet’s specific needs, and provide plenty of affection and attention. My dog is super friendly and loves playing with other dogs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their instructions closely to ensure consistency in the pet’s routine. I focus on maintaining their feeding, exercise, and play schedules, as well as any training or care preferences the client has. I treat every pet as if they were my own, providing patient, loving, and attentive care in any setting.

“Amy and Ozzy were wonderful!”

About: I’ve had multiple pets throughout my life. Mostly dogs and cats that were awesome. I have Rover experience and am looking forward to meeting and taking care of your pet! I currently work remote so I have a flexible schedule. I’m available almost anytime to take care of your pet depending on my work travel. I’m looking forward to meeting your pet and making them feel comfortable with me. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playing, or just hanging out, your pet is in good hands.

About: As former pet parents, we understand that your pets are an extension of your family. We will care for your pup like we would want our former pups to be cared for while we were away. We love having dogs around but currently don't have one of our own. About the Home: We live in a single-family home in the Bay View neighborhood. Close to Humboldt Park where we love to walk dogs. The home has a partially fenced-in yard and is air conditioned with several windows for animals to look out of when not outside. Dogs can roam freely in the house while we are away if that is what they are accustomed to that. Our home is tri-level with many stairs, so it may not be a good fit for dogs that don't do stairs well. Our neighbors also have dogs so if your dog isn't good with seeing dogs through a barrier such as a fence, we may not be a good fit. We will also work to provide the same rules and training that you enforce in your home, ie walking habits, allowed on furniture, treats, etc. We do not allow dogs on our bed, so if they are accustomed to sleeping in the bed, we are not the best fit for your pup. Starting in January 2025, one of us may or may not be home during the work day. If you are requesting a sit that is more than 4 weeks away, we will not be able to guarantee that someone will be home during the weekday. Therefore, if your dog is not used to being alone for 9+ hours, we are not a good fit. If your sit is within 4 weeks of your request date, one of us will be home during the workday. Before taking on a new client, we will require a meet and greet to ensure both you and we (and your pup) are comfortable. This will also give us a chance to discuss any questions or concerns that either party has, to see the house, and let me know what concerns you have or things we should look out for. We ask that all dog parents be as honest as possible about their pup and how they have previously responded to being in an unfamiliar place or any other info that would be helpful for me to know while they are under my care. The more we know about your dog and their quirks the better we can take care of them. The best sits we've had are ones where the owners provide detailed information on their pup's habits and quirks. Our schedules can fluctuate, so please reach out to us to inquire about how much time we are able to be at home during your requested dates. One of us may or may not be home during the work day. We will often spend a few hours out of the house in the evenings during the week. We treat the pets we care for just like we would if they were our own. We understand that someone's pet is an extension of their family.
