About: I have 2 Maine Coon cats at home- and I dearly love them (more than most people) so much. I have always had a pet cat growing up and they hold a special place in my heart. One of my Maine Coons actually had FIP and was on a long journey of healing- and it now been cured for 2 years. I have experience with administering medications, and obviously am a professional litter box cleaner. ❤️🐱

About: Welcome to my profile! I grew up with a wide variety of pets, so I truly understand how each one has their own unique personality. I know how deserving of love every animal is, and I will do everything in my power to make your pets happy. I treat your pets as my own, while also understanding the need to accommodate to every pet's individual quirks and needs. I recently lost one of my pups to cancer, and because of this, I am really yearning for some more furry friends to meet. Maybe your pet can be my next friend! I recently lost my job, so I currently have a very open schedule! I do have a couple of established clients outside of Rover, but my schedule is still very flexible. I live in a condo-style apartment, so although I do not have a yard, I go on many walks each day- whether around my neighborhood or by driving to a park or beach. I also live just down the street from a dog park, for pups who enjoy socialization and time off-leash. Additionally, I have a patio space for pups who enjoy hanging out al fresco when the weather allows. My own pup is a bit of an escape artist, so I am extra careful with doors, gates, and secure leashing practices. About: I love nurturing all living things from children (although I am not yet a parent to a human), to plants and animals alike! I tend to put all living things before my own needs to prioritize their well-being. In addition, I recently took in a crested gecko and have learned so much about caring for reptiles as well. I grew up on my family farm with our dog Gatsby, our two horses Annie and Dakota, some cows and pigs and many cats. ****Happy to do house sitting, but not comfortable staying over night at others homes. About: I’ve been a dog owner and lover from a very young age. I had 3 small dogs growing up, including a chronically ill girl and an elderly animal. I dog sat often growing up and in high school, both small and large dogs. This also included medically complex dogs and elderly animals. I have taken care of single dogs and up to 4 small dogs at the same time. I am good with dogs that are high energy and very smart, and love to play with them! “Yolanda took very good care of both of our babies. As we were dropping them off one of our dogs was bleeding from biting their lip and Yolanda quickly took care of it and healed the injury. We received photos of our babies and we also had a very detailed conversation about how our babies were while in their care which made us feel more comfortable as we do have pit bulls and they have a bad stigma on them but the understanding that Yolanda and her husband have with this breed was very important and reassuring to know that we are able to trust them with our dogs.”
