About: I was a dog walker and pet sitter in college. Since then I’ve mostly pet sat for friends. Recently started working from home and am available for more regular sitting and walking. I have a cat and an elderly/special needs dog myself and have experience caring for all kinds. I well versed in medicating, and other special needs. I work from home with very flexible hours so I am fairly available during the week for drop ins, walks and boarding. I have some weekend availability also for overnights. As a pet owner myself I know how much we care for our animals and I understand the trust it takes putting their care in another’s hands. About: I've been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember, growing up with a lovable dog named Marley (in my profile picture). At just 10 years old, I started walking dogs around my neighborhood, and that grew into a passion for pet care. About: I grew up in a neighborhood my friends used to call “the farm”. We had 3 dogs, one neighbor had chickens, one neighbor had horses, and another neighbor had goats. Along with various dogs and cats at each house. Because I was the oldest kid in the neighborhood, I was the go-to person anytime a neighbor needed a house sitter or even just needed me to feed their pet dinner since they were out late. When I got older and started driving, I began dog sitting for our large group of friends, taking care of all sizes of dogs, cats, and the occasional reptile.
