About: I am an animal lover who has trained and cared for a variety of species since an early age. I have experience with dogs, cats, fish, rabbits, guinea pigs/cavies, chickens, pigeons, goats, sheep, pigs, cattle, and horses, though I have primarily focused on the first eight species listed. I have shown poultry and rabbits in 4-H and at national-level shows, and I have a heart for both pet and exhibition or working animals. Large dogs or creatures that need a little extra coaxing or finesse do not phase me. My current living situation does not allow me to own pets, so I am hoping to serve pet owners through Rover while also satisfying my love of animals. I am about to start my second year in Hillsdale College's Graduate School of Classical Education. I am also a mom to our two-year-old son. Although my school and family duties take up a lot of my time, my schedule is pretty flexible both during and outside the school year. I care for all pets calmly, gently, firmly, flexibly, and with attention to detail. Safety is a top concern, whether it involves making sure all doors or gates are closed securely, keeping dogs on-leash until I know them well enough, double-checking the kind and amount of food I am giving a cat, handling a rabbit in a way that protects its vulnerable spine, etc. I greatly appreciate well-trained animals, and I enjoy training them, but I am very willing to work with young and less-trained animals, too.

About: I’m reducing my current job schedule to part time as a mental health therapist in order to engage in my passions. With this in mind, I would love to direct my empathy, patience, and connection towards any animal(s). I currently own 3 cats and would want nothing but the best for them if I were to be away and so I will use this as my guide when keeping care of your pets. I have been around animals most of my life and have taken care of dogs, and cats primarily for family, friends, and strangers throughout my career experience. This is my first time on an app so please feel free to ask any other questions as it is welcomed! I’m currently working part time with a flexible schedule so I would like to say I am very flexible and can work with most schedules at this time. I live by treating others the way you want to be treated, so if I am at someone else’s home, I will be respectful on the space and property. I will be taking care of and treating your animals as if they are mine and will make sure to bring them some comfort while they’re guardian(s) are away!

About: I grew up around dogs and have often been tasked with dog sitting, walking, playing, basically anything. Most of my family are dog people, and I was in charge of a lot for my childhood dog. I work nights, so I’m available during those busy days when you can’t find the time! I’m the perfect flexible carer during this hectic summer. I am incredibly respectful in spaces that aren’t my own, and while I can’t currently welcome your fur babies into my home, I’m comfortable in new environments and taking the pups for a walk anywhere!

About: I have had dogs and cats in my home since I was a child. I have always taken the best of care of my pets. I worked for the Humane Society at one time, but my heart almost broke with love for all of those animals. I always wave and speak to animals, a little corny, but true. You will not find someone who cares more about the well being of your pet. I have also welcomed pet visitors into my classroom frequently. I am currently off for the summer because I am a teacher, so I have lots of time to love and devote to your pet! I have a fenced back yard that allows for running and playing. My own children love pets also. I have two dogs and two cats of my own.

About: I have a huge passion and love for all animals! I have my own small dog, who’s my whole world. He’s 5 years old and does everything with me. I have volunteered at vet offices and love helping and being around animals whenever I can. I love helping others and being able to provide and assist people to make their lives easier. I’m currently working in home care and have a very flexible schedule. I also enjoy jogging with dogs too. I will love your animals just as much as my own! About: I currently have 3 dogs, and a young child in the home. I have had dogs and taken care of them since I was 3 years old. Also have/had other animals such as horses, goats, cats, fish, hermit crabs, chickens, and ducks. Flexible schedule. Love taking the dogs for walks, weather permitting. Some toys and an area to run are the perfect combination to tire out your pooch. Sick pupper? Don't worry I will gladly watch over the poor thing with lots of snuggles. Have an energizer bunny? Weather permitting we will go for a long walk. Don't mind another dog in your home? I can bring my pupper with me so they can play the day away. No pup too big, no pup too small. You won't regret considering me. (: NOTE: There will be a $30 flat for any location that is over a 25 minute drive. I'm currently working full time as a construction flagger. I'm mostly available on holidays and December to April. Possible pick up and drop off for boarding available but will vary by day. I have tie outs available and 3 dogs for the pups to play with. I can easily contain your dog separately, however if they use an actual crate I recommend bringing it for me to setup in my home.

About: I've taken care of 3 golden retrievers, for decades. I have a dog ramp, dog treats, leashes, toys, and like our furry friends to have a very comfortable and fun time. I've taught dogs to hold food on their nose, roll over, play hide and seek. It's been fun. My schedule is quite flexible. Willing to consider anything. I am a musician and as such have open day hours most of the time. Walking dogs, checking on them, letting them out, taking them to the vet, playing with them, it's all good. I have a basement which is uncarpetted and warm, a very big yard with very minimal traffic , a local park, and 2-4 housemates who all like and own dogs.

About: I've worked as a vet assistant, at a pet store, volunteered at a animal shelter and have been dog training, grooming, walking and pet/dog sitting for years. This is what I do for work so I am able to be with your sweeties as much as possible! Feel free to reach out to me! I always monitor and take as best care of them possible. Excercise when they need, rest when they need, potty, food etc. if your pets have a schedule I'll stick to it. If not well then tell me what you'd like and call it done!

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I have helped family and friends by watching their animals while they are gone. I enjoy spending time with animals. I work full time. I am mainly available in the evenings and weekends. My work schedule can vary some days and I may be available during the day. My children love animals, if appropriate I would love to be able to bring them along at times to help teach them responsibility and to give your pet extra attention. Please know if you are not comfortable with my children coming that is perfectly fine and I will come on my own. I am not available to care for pets in my own home. My dog does not always get along with other animals. I can dog sit in your home.

About: I love animals! Dogs are my favorite, especially big dogs! Their love is unconditional so I try to match their excitement to meet a new person they wanna love! I have had animals all my life, from dog/cat to exotic to farm animals. I love them all and am willing to help with whatever you'll need! Cats, rats, dragons or fish/axolotl's. Ive even fed roaches to a lizard petsitting a neighbors house! That was icky but i did it🤣 I am a stay at home mama, my kids are in school and so when my farm chores are done, Id love to take care of your babies to earn extra mula :) Who wouldnt want to get paid to play with animals?🤣 One of my dogs is super protective so Id have to go to their home, but I could play, throw the ball, go for a hike etc. Whatever the owner tells me the dog likes, we can do! :) I dont mind. Ive had a great dane that fetched three times just wanted to cuddle and Ive had german shepherds who fetched a million times and didnt want cuddles! So whatever the owner tells me, ill respect of them and their furbaby🫶🏼

About: I have grown up on a farm my entire life and absolutely love animals. About: My animal experience began as a child, having MANY cats, dogs of various sizes, bunnies, hamsters, Guinea pigs, turtles, and more as pets! As an adult I now have Siberian Huskies, German Shepherds, and a few large breed mixes. My boyfriend and I also raise Siberian Huskies and GSD’s. I currently have dogs, cats, a tortoise, and a few different wildlife species. In terms of professional experience, I have been working as a veterinary assistant for the past ten years, and am currently a veterinary surgical assistant in Jackson. In my “spare” time, I foster animals for JCAS and do some wildlife rehabilitation work! I am comfortable caring for all species of animals, with any special need! Pet care is literally my entire life. I work ten hour days as a veterinary assistant, and then come home and take care of the animals at my home. It’s my passion and gives me purpose. I care for other peoples pets as if they are my own babies. I follow instructions well, so will be sure to perform appropriate tasks and feedings exactly as the pet parents prefer.
