About: I've been caring for animals since I was 7 years old, and my love for pets has only grown over the years. As an adult, I worked at an animal shelter, where I gained hands-on experience caring for dogs with a wide range of personalities, needs, and backgrounds. I do not have neighbors directly adjacent to my yard, so there is minimal concern about pets being distracted or stressed by animals on the other side of the fence. I am a lifelong animal lover and currently share my home with a senior dog, whom I've raised since she was 8 weeks old, and a young cat who has been part of our family since he was 8 weeks old as well. Having cared for pets through every stage of life—from playful puppies and kittens to senior pets requiring extra attention—I understand that every animal has unique needs and routines. When your pet stays with me, they will be treated like a member of the family. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment where they can feel at home while you're away. I personally allow my pets on the furniture, but I fully respect each owner's preferences. If your pet has specific rules, routines, feeding schedules, medication needs, or restrictions, just let me know and I will be happy to follow them to ensure consistency and comfort during their stay. I believe communication is important, so I am also happy to provide updates, photos, and messages while your pet is in my care, giving you peace of mind knowing they are safe, happy, and well loved.

She took excellent care of our Goldendoodle and our Yorkie, who has difficulty eating due to having limited teeth, and made sure he received the extra care and attention he needed. Alyssa also went above and beyond by watering my plants and promptly notifying me when one of our trees came down during a storm. About: I am open to caring for any and all pets. As someone who currently has 3 Great Pyrenees, an Austrian Kelpie puppy, and other pets, I am experienced in all areas and types. I have open availability to care for pets. I work for myself so build my schedule around jobs and appointments as needed. I am very flexible with accommodations so please reach out if you have any questions. I do not offer overnight in home care at the moment due to all of my pets at home but will gladly stay at your home with your pet. I can send pictures and videos of your pet to you and don't mind cameras in the home so you can drop in any time and see your fur and/or scaly baby.

I have a breadth of experience caring for my former pets and my home, as well as house and pet sitting for friends and for my clients. I grew up on a farm and cared for goats, horses, cows, dogs, cats, sheep, and poultry. I make an excellent house/petsitter due to my experience with and love for animals and my tidy and loving personality! ** I charge $45 / night for 1-6 night house stays, but have a sliding scale for longer sits (negotiable at the time of request). I am open to traveling farther distances for 1+ week sits. I am attending VCU for my MSW M-F from 8-4, so I have limited availability for midday potty breaks/check-ins during the week, but I have open availability most evenings and weekends. For boarding requests, my partner works from my home and is available to offer potty breaks/check-ins for pets while I’m at school. I’m happy with staying overnight for housesitting or sharing my home for boarding! I have the utmost care and respect for my clients pets and homes and treat them as if they were my own. I make sure to communicate expectations as best as possible to make sure we’re all on the same page.

About: I walk dogs for my local animal shelters frequently and i have raised and trained all of my dogs (i had 4) form when they where puppies so adults. I am a college student in my senior year, so my schedule is fairly flexible. However, my best availability is on the weekends and fridays. About: Hi my name is Joyce and I love working with animals as I have many animals of my own. I have a pup, a baby hamster, a turtle and a school of fish. I love animals and I treat them like they are my children. My skills are walking my pup (this includes a nice walk, and picking up their feces with a plastic bag), bathing them when needed, feeding them and playing with them. I make sure my fish and turtle are fed and their tanks are cleaned and up to date. I also make sure my hamster is fed and his cage is cleaned and up to date. All other animals are treated the same with lots of loyalty, much respect and lots of love. I’m currently working part-time on the weekends, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups and show them all the attention they need! I Have two friendly pups that will keep your fur baby company! But if your dog don’t get along with other dogs I can keep them separated to make your fur baby is more comfortable.
