“I am beyond grateful to have met Shelley. I have tried two other Rover sitters in the past and two neighborhood pet sitters. I was about to give up on finding a great sitter but decided to try Rover one more time. Shelley was fantastic! She arrived as scheduled and completed tasks. She is beyond amazing. This is my first River review, even though Shelley was my third Rover pet sitter. I didn’t feel right leaving bad reviews for the prior two sitters so I didn’t leave a review at all. About: I take care of other peoples pets like they are my own. I am committed to working because I have always grown up to have a good work ethic. I can work weekends that I do not work at my other job. I don't always work on weekends and I am saving up for college I take them out when need be, I give them as much attention as possible (especially the ones that have anxiety) and I take care of their well being.

About: I have cared for dogs in all stages of life. I really love dogs and the bond that is created between a dog and its owner. I have a border collie who needs daily stimulation and training so I would be happy to train as well. I have a daily routine with pet care as I have a dog of my dog. I think a big part of pet care is physical activity so I definitely try to do that every day. My dog roams free in my house because we have built trust to allow that to happen. Boundaries are set either at my home or a clients’ home.

“Abbi, was thorough and followed every instruction I asked her to do with my senior special needs pup. She was also extremely flexible, which we needed unexpectedly. She provided me an update and I knew my boy was being taken care of. With him being special needs I need someone to be attentive to every detail of his care, she was and she put my mind further at ease when she followed up with me without asking. We will use Abbi again.”

“Cody is phenomenal! He has a heart of gold. Cody helped take care my two elderly dogs. He has experience checking my dog's sugar, and administering insulin shots. He helped with my elderly lab who had GOLPP, and had trouble walking and was incontinent. Cody coming over and checking in and taking care of my babies, gave me peace of mind that is truly invaluable--- only a pet owner would understand! He'd send photos and video updates throughout the day :) As my two older babies have crossed the rainbow bridge, Cody is helping and taking care of my new puppy who is a ball of energy, and Cody plays with him and wears him out! I can't recommend Cody enough.”

“I have personally witnessed Alyssa watch, train, and take care of many dogs. She has been absolutely phenomenal taking care of these dogs. She is very caring and playful with the dogs making sure they all get the appropriate attention and love they need. Dogs also seem to naturally gravitate towards Alyssa and always want to be around her. If there is anyone that you want to watch your dog(s) it is Alyssa. She has a dog of her own who is incredibly well trained and the happiest and most loved dog I have seen. Alyssa is better with dogs than anyone I have ever seen.”

About: I’ve grown up on a farm since I was little. I’m not only experienced with cats and dogs but other livestock that you may also have. I currently work at aylett animal hospital as a kennel assistant. I’m currently working part time as a kennel assistant at animal hospital. So I am pretty flexible with my schedule to fit your sitting needs. I have a fenced in kennel area and two friendly dogs to keep yours company. I can easily crate your dog if needed. . .
