“Briar did an excellent job bonding with my shy spaniel Lita, and what’s more, she managed to help Lita feel safe and entertained with outings and car rides. I’ll certainly rely on her services the next time I have to go out of town.”

About: I have taken care of other peoples pets since I was a teenager. I have done drop ins and over night care for dogs and cats! I know fur babies are family and I take very good care of them. I have two dogs and four cats of my own! I would love the chance to let your pet get out and potty/stretch during the day or evening while you’re away. I am currently a stay at home mom. I have a lot of free time during the week as well as weekends. I can be available during the times of 8:30am-7:30pm or additional times if needed! I can let your dogs out to play and potty in your yard, if you don’t have a fenced in area I can put them on a leash and walk them. I can accommodate most things, just let me know your needs!
About: As an animal lovers, I promise to treat your pet like my own. They’ll be in good hands with me for the duration of their stay. My dog has a strict routine as I believe taking care of pers works better with a specific schedule. He wakes up, gets fed, gets taken out, is given treats, among everything else at the same time. Every day. I work from home and that makes it easy to adjust our schedule. My dog gets taken out early in the morning and fed. After he then gets taken back out later that morning. In addition, we spend some time outside in the afternoon during lunch. In the evening, he’s fed and taken back out for a bit. Later at night, he’s taken out once more and given a dental treat before bed time.

“Linda is my go-to dog and house sitter. When planning a trip, the first thing I do is try to get on her calendar! She always goes above and beyond when staying with Harley, and makes my being gone so easy and worry free.”

“This was my first time using Rover. I was on the fence with having someone stay in my home to take care of my pup, but Raina was great. My home was still neat and clean, my baby girl was happy. I will definitely use Raina again.”

“Jessica was wonderful! I came back home to a dog who’d been well taken care of while I was away and a house that was almost exactly as I’d left it. Jessica was also incredibly communicative and I could not be happier with her services while I was away!”

About: I have been around animals my entire life. I grew up with dogs and cats and when I was eight years old, I started riding horses. I’ve loved animals in my entire life and work at a shelter. My mom also did pet sitting through Rover and I have helped with my whole life too. I am currently working two part-time jobs and I am in school, but I only work weekends and 440 7:55 AM on Tuesday and Thursdays and only go to school 9 to 4 a couple times a week so I will have tons of time with your fur babies! I have worked with dogs and cats my whole life and am I very trustworthy honest person. I have handled tons of different types of animals and I know how to do most things that would be needed. I’m good at following instructions and sending tons of pictures because I grew up helping my mom with her dog business!
“Christina is fantastic! Quick to respond and very friendly. She sent lots of photos and kept me updated during the visit. I will definitely be booking with her again!”

About: I've always loved animals and have tons of experience with all kinds. Right now I have a dog, a cat, 3 lizards and several aquariums so my experience is varied. My dog is a purebred German Shepherd so I have good experience with larger breeds. I work full time during the week, so my availability will mainly be on weekends. I do sometimes have Fridays off so I may be able to accommodate certain Fridays. Due to having a cat and dog I will not be hosting animals in my home, however I would be happy to follow any instructions set out for me in caring for your animals.
“Kelsey was absolutely amazing. She was in constant communication with me while I was out of town and send me pictures the whole time. I will certainly be booking with her again! Thanks so much Kelsey!”

About: I pride myself that I’ve trained from a pit bull/rottweiler to my current pet a yorkie. All have been off leash and excellent at recall, I enjoy the process of watching them get excited about learning a new trick! I am studying to go to law school so my days are filled with practice problems and dog walks already, why not add to it! I am a very particular pet owner myself and also become anxious leaving my beloved family member with another, I’d ease that anxiety with love for your animals! They deserve a fun vacation too!
“Bryan was great with my dogs. Constant communication and pictures/videos sent without me asking. Would 100% use him again for house sitting and other services. Fantastic experience.”
“Chelsea is an amazing and professional dog sitter. She made the extra effort to gain our rescue dog’s trust before we left town with get to know visits. While we were gone she gave regular updates and photos. I always felt confident and secure leaving our dogs in her care. She is transparent and trustworthy. My dogs were secure and happy on our return.”

About: I’m a current cats owner myself and grew up in a family that raised dogs, so I’m comfortable caring for both and familiar with their needs. I’m currently a nursing student at VCU and work part time; however, my schedule is very flexible and accommodating to meet your pet care needs! I follow your pet’s routine closely: feeding, cleaning, playtime, and companionship, while keeping them safe, comfortable, and well cared for in their home at all times.
