“We have never had a dog walker before, so we were a bit nervous about how our dog would do, but she was thrilled with Blake! He did an excellent job of updating us with details of the visit/walk which really put my mind at ease that my dog was in good hands. He also took the time to pet our cat, which was very appreciated! Blake has a calmness about him that the animals took a liking to immediately. We will continue to schedule weekly walks with Blake.”

After that, I make a great effort to follow the clients’ requests and ensure the best care for the animals.

About: Hi, I'm Aubrey! I have always been a dog lover, and throughout my life have been a part of the care of my own dog as well as those of family members. In addition to this, I have been dog sitting for others for over 3 years, working with dogs of different sizes, ages, and temperaments. I’m looking forward to expanding my network of furry friends here on Rover. I love to treat your fur babies as I'd treat my own! As my own sweet pup moved into her senior years, I learned a lot through caring for her and her changing needs. I know some dogs require a little bit more special attention, so please let me know if there is anything I can do to make them happiest! Currently I offer walk and drop-in services mid-day during the week, perfect for those long work days when you know your dog would love some attention during the time you're away! Please note that at this time I do not book more than 6 months in advance. Thank you for your understanding. Safety is a top priority when it comes to pet care. I always walk dogs on-leash, and supervise any outdoor time in your yard. I also make sure to closely follow any instructions you may have for your dog, especially when it comes to keeping them safe. I have experience with door dashers and will take extra precautions entering and exiting your home if your dog has this tendency.

About: I have taken care of all sort of animals for about 5 years now. I have watched after dogs and cats along with birds! I have looked after kittens, puppies, and senior animals. For some clients, I walk their dogs’ multiple times a day while making sure I leave them enough energy to play. If needed, I have given past animals their medication that is needed, however many times it is needed. For many pets, I go by their home and check in on them, give them food and water, play time and cuddles, anything to make them feel less lonely! I have taken some animals for car rides, of course, with the owners’ approval. I give animals treats, new toys, and lots of love, again with approval. I have always treated animals as if they were mine. As for any animal, I love them like you do. I will always move around my schedule to help in any way possible. I work 9-5 daily but I do not mind stopping in before or after work. If I know in advance, I can try to get a few minutes off during the day to stop in also. I can always do last-minute appointments and meet ups; it just depends on the distance. I do care for animals of my own on a daily basis, so adding in your amazing animals is no problem at all. Meeting and caring for your pets are just an added smile to my day. When it comes to watching your animals, they will always be cared for as if they were my own. I follow every instruction you leave. If you say two cups of water a day, two cups it is, if you ask, they only get ten minutes of outside time, ten minutes it is, and if you ask me to feed the birds while visiting your pets, I will feed the birds. I want your animals, even the birds, to be as comfortable as possible. I treat them exactly how I would hope sitters would treat mine. My hope is to make them feel as comfortable as possible, as if you have never left. Sometimes I do go beyond what the owner has requested. If your pet is prone to running away, they will always be outside with a leash. They will never be given the opportunity to run away. If there is anything at all that I can do to achieve this goal for you, your pets and myself, please let me know!

“Stephanie was fantastic! She took our pup Hudson for great walks over two weeks, was very responsive, and sent great pictures. Would definitely recommend Stephanie to others!”

About: Hello! Thank you for considering me as your furry friend's sitter! I have owned many different dog breeds my entire life. The past 15 years I have worked with a dog rescue, fostering many dogs and puppies in my home, raising them until they find their forever family. I'm a full-time teacher looking to care for pets during most school breaks. I love walking dogs and during weekends/breaks I am around for drop-in visits. I am willing to discuss boarding on a case-by-case basis, as I have 2 kids and a dog of my own. I also own a couple guinea pigs. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you! I am happy to walk, drop-in, or board depending on my schedule. If boarding I have a fenced in yard, and lots of toys for playing. I will make sure your pet gets some love, attention, and exercise. I can handle dogs of any size, but need to know how they walk and interact with other people/animals.

About: I am respectful, honest, professional, and eager to watch your pet!! I recently separated from the Air Force and while I was in, I was the go-to friend/coworker to watch their pet while they traveled. I was then recommended to others because of my work. I grew up with all sorts of breeds and sizes of dogs within my family (Rottweiler, Sharpei, Golden Retriever, Boxer, Boston Terrier, American Bulldog, Pitbull, Chihuahua, etc.) making me very comfortable with about any breed! I also had a cat growing up and have experience in cat sitting. Because of my recent military separation, I’m only enrolled in online college courses and do not have a full time job yet. Therefore, I have great flexibility in taking care of your pet. If they need a little extra love and attention, I am your gal! Entrusting a stranger to enter your home and take care of a loved animal is a big deal! I take that seriously and understand the risk you’re taking with choosing me. Growing up with a police officer as a father means I understand and know the importance of safety.

About: I am a professional handler and groomer. I have 5 years experience working at and managing a doggie daycare/boarding/training/grooming resort. I teach obedience classes and hold a puppy kindergarten class. I have owned multiple dogs and cats my whole life. I also have experience with lizards, bunnies, and other small critters My schedule is pretty open. Check my calendar for availability. I own a pet care busines, so this is what I do 7 days a week. I would consider myself to be a very responsible and trustworthy person. The safety and wellness of your pets are my #1 priority. I always make sure that all doors are closed and locked when coming and going and that all items that could potentially be of danger are away from reach. I own and operate a pet care business full time and offer a wide variety of services out of my home or I can travel to you. We are a very active family and enjoy getting outside. My 2 boys love to involved and are very gentle and playful. I take the dogs outside for frequent potty breaks and go for 2 long walks. One in the morning and one in the evening. I do enjoy taking the dogs to the state park if the weather is nice. I also have access to a doggy daycare after hours and take the dogs there so they can run and play for a few hours.

Laura H.
“In the years I’ve known Laura since college, one thing has always stood out: her genuine care and compassion for both people and animals. She has an incredible bond with her own pets, which she often shares with me through our (almost) daily text exchanges, complete with heartwarming stories and adorable pictures. Her natural love for animals and attention to their well-being make her a fantastic choice for a pet sitter or walker. If we lived closer, Laura would be my first choice to care for my dog without hesitation!”

She takes him for long walks, plays ball in the yard, and games with him inside. We receive pictures and updates every day. Aubrey is extremely dependable, responsible, and a super nice person. It is so nice to be worry-free when we’re traveling.”
