Matt is phenomenal and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment we dropped our dog off, it was clear how thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring he is. His home is welcoming and clearly set up with dogs in mind, and we felt completely at ease leaving our dog there overnight. We received great updates, and it was obvious our dog was comfortable, well cared for, and having a great time. When we picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly had been treated like one of the family. It’s such a relief to have a sitter we trust completely - this is exactly what you hope to find. We will absolutely be booking again and can’t recommend Matt highly enough!
Evie was understanding when we had to cut our trip short, shortening the boarding time needed. She was flexible as I notified her on a daily basis that we would not be starting that day. When we dropped Brady off, we were happy to see that Evie lives in a well kept house in a safe neighborhood. She took really good care of Brady, giving him daily supplements, feeding him twice a day and taking him out for walks and plenty of bathroom breaks. Brady even got along with her friendly dog, named Cupid. She shared photos and a video of them playing. She's among the best boarders we've had on Rover.
My dog, Penny, had a great time with Michelle and her sweet dog!! Communication was great, and I didn’t worry once while we were out of town. This was my first time leaving my dog with Michelle, and I feel like I’ve hit the lottery!! Absolutely, the best experience and I will definitely be asking her to sit for Penny again…I actually think my dog is a little sad to be home. I cannot be more grateful…
Above and beyond care for Princess! This sitter didn’t just watch our fur baby; they truly cared for her. Every detail was handled with so much compassion, and it showed in how calm and content Princess was when we returned. Our sweet Princess was treated like family. We received thoughtful updates and photos and videos that reassured us every day. Exceptional care for our sweet Princess. Reliable, kind, and very attentive. Knowing she was safe and happy gave us total peace of mind. An absolutely wonderful experience overall! She was punctual, communicative, and incredibly kind with our pet. Carolina was so attentive and caring with Tuna and really treated her like her own ❣️ I had to go on a long trip but Carolina's consistent updates and photos left me feeling really reassured that tuna was being cared for and was having a great time as well. Care instructions were diligently followed and her experience in caring for dogs really shines ⭐✨ would definitely recommend her boarding services and will be booking with Carolina again for future needs for sure!
My dog’s stay with Taylor and her husband was great! She sent lots of updates and photos that showed my girl was really comfortable and cared for, and they were really flexible about pickup/drop off needs. I will definitely be reaching out to them again in the future!
Zahra was fantastic in every way! Awesome communication. My anxious pup was so well cared for every day that I was gone, and she was able to accommodate me on short notice after my other sitter ghosted me right before the holidays. I will absolutely hire her again and can't recommend her enough! Your furry friends are in great hands with her -- she truly treats them as her own -- and I am deeply appreciative of the care she gave Lacey. Would give six stars if I could!
