We have an American Bully and they were knowledgeable about big dogs which was very important to us especially with a bully breed. Our baby suffers from allergies, and she was great with keeping up medications and updates on symptoms. It was his first birthday not at home with us, and she went out of her way to ensure his day was special and got him special birthday treats. She made him feel comfortable, very loving and truly caring. I can tell she has a big heart, and really has a love for animals, I saw she really cared. It was so nice to see, she eased my mind, especially as I tend to over worry about him, and he was very happy with her as so were we. We would DEFINITELY rebook. Isabella took care of Archie for a day and a night, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and communicative. She sent me so many pictures and thoughtful updates throughout the day, which really put my mind at ease. Any time she had even the smallest concern about Archie, she let me know right away and asked what I preferred she do — which made me feel so respected and involved. I truly felt like Archie was in the best hands possible. Her home is beautiful, and her dogs are so sweet, kind, and friendly. Archie was clearly comfortable and well cared for the entire time. 10/10 experience — I would highly recommend Isabella and would absolutely book with her again!
