“Arsenii was wonderful with my dog Genevieve while we had to be away for a family’s memorial. He was always kind, understanding, and sent me updates with pictures everyday without me having to ask. He also brought all her things (bed, food, toys, etc) back to my car when I picked her up, which was so generous. Genevieve also had the best time with them, and was very happy and relaxed. I’ll definitely be asking Arsenii to help out again in the future. Fully recommend him!!”
“David and his family were incredible with my Moosey. This was the longest I’ve ever been away from her and I am extremely grateful to have found care that is so considerate and joyful. Moose has a ton of energy and personality, and David and his family ensured that she was loved, exercised, and understood like the puppy baby she thinks she is. He communicated thoroughly about her day-to-day and checked in about any deviations to their or her regular schedule. He is also very flexible and understanding, which I truly appreciated before and after a long trip abroad. Though they are moving, I truly hope (and know Moose does as well) to rebook their services in the future. Amazing, loving, knowledgable family with amazing snacks! Definitely recommend.”

“I cannot recommend Melissa and her family enough. From the moment we had a meet and greet with her, I knew Watson would be in amazing hands! After dropping him off, I was updated multiple times a day with pictures, videos, and updates of him living his absolute best life. There was also so much care taken to accommodate him since he had a recent injury that he’s just out of recovery for. They took care of him as if he was their own, even going for walks in the rain! I’m so grateful to have found people so truly caring and who love animals to take care of my little guy! He is currently sound asleep after an adventure filled few nights! Isabella took care of Archie for a day and a night, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and communicative. She sent me so many pictures and thoughtful updates throughout the day, which really put my mind at ease. Any time she had even the smallest concern about Archie, she let me know right away and asked what I preferred she do — which made me feel so respected and involved. I truly felt like Archie was in the best hands possible. Her home is beautiful, and her dogs are so sweet, kind, and friendly. Archie was clearly comfortable and well cared for the entire time. 10/10 experience — I would highly recommend Isabella and would absolutely book with her again!
