“I just want to commend Savana for coming today to walk my puppies on February 6, 2025, even though there was ice and snow throughout the day. I assured Savana the night before not to worry about coming because of the bad weather but because of her care and professionalism, she made it to my home. I cannot say enough, how happy I am with having Savana As my Dog Walker. She is wonderful!!!!”

“Julia was terrific! She showed up for a last minute request. She was friendly, prompt and flexible. My dog was very comfortable with her at the outset. I was so impressed that since she needed to address something at home she offered to take my dog with her rather than give me less than the full hour walk.”

“Grayson was so helpful when my husband was away and I started a new job meaning I was gone for longer than usual! She helped take our dogs on a walk for about two months for five days a week. She treated my dogs well and communicated with me even when needs changed! She was great with the dogs and very trusting. If we need someone in the future, we will book her again as I knew I didn't have to worry about the pups!”

About: I am a certified Veterinary Assistant/Technician and have my Animal CPR certificate. I have worked in both general practice and emergency and are ready for all your animals needs. I am able to give insulin to diabetics and fluids to those with kidney disease. Over the years I have cared for all my family's and friends pets for weeks at a time. With every pet having the best experience and given the utmost care. I currently work part time at a restaurant a few nights a week and weekend nights. It is only for a few hours a day and I would never be later than 10pm. This leaves plenty of time to play, feed, and walk your pets! I can take them out into the yard for hours of play or I would be willing to take them to the dog park too! I am available early in the morning so if your pet is on any medication I can be there to give it to them. I am unable to offer boarding to my place of residence unless it was only for a day. I have a fenced in yard with a pool but cannot do overnight boarding. I am up early in the morning to feed breakfast to your pet and take them for their first walk/outside time. Depending on the energy level of your pet we can have a couple hours of play time. I would be there for lunch and dinner and one more walk before bedtime.

“Kimberly did a great job caring for our dog while we were at work. It was our first time having someone come to the house and walk our dog. She made us feel very comfortable that our dog was going to be well taken care of. I would definitely recommend her.”

About: I have grown up with pets in my family my whole life. I started out with cats and eventually got my own dogs and I’ve been caring for both for 30+ years. I love animals and it shows in everything I do. I have four dogs of my own and I volunteer with a local rescue where I try to foster dogs and cats and do as much as I can to help out. I have administered vaccinations to pets when needed. I have all the necessary tools to care for animals in my home. I have a fenced in yard and which I take the dogs out to play. It’s like camp for doggies! Ask any of my friends, relatives and previous dog sitting customers… I will treat your pets like my own. I typically dog walk mid-day any day of the week. When boarding, I am home most of the day and all night with your pets to take them out and feed them and give them whatever they need. I have a fully fenced in yard in which dogs love to play. The fence is 4 feet high and I can be out in the yard with them at all times to watch them play and interact with each other or I can just have your dog out in my yard by his or herself if that’s what your dog prefers. If you prefer crate training for your dog, I have crates and I have separate rooms that I can keep your loved one(s) in if he/she prefers some alone time.

About: Hello! I’m Tara I’ve been taking care of pets since I was kid. I have 3 of my own. An active large dog and two sweet cats. I’m adaptive and really love animals. I work in the film industry and have insane hours. Rover has been a life saver for me. I understand the need for sitter and how important it is to have somebody treat your pets with the same love and care you do. I could help fill in for regular walkers or give full time care at the moment. My dog blue gets walked 5-10 times a week and on the weekends we plan fun hikes. I’m experienced with pet sitting in other homes or even taking pets overnight if you’re comfortable with that and if our animals get along. My dog has insane allergies and I’m used to administering medications. I follow directions very well and promise to give your pet the care they deserve. I’ll take your pup on adventures or even just come by to keep them company and let them out. My dog is always on a leash in public places. My care can vary to you and your pets specific needs! I’m here for all the funny quirks and specific personalities of any pet. I’m experienced with cats, dogs, bunnies, and even reptiles! Heck I’ll water you plants too lol. I’m here for it all and to be the support you need in any given day. I understand how hard it is to leave your pets while you work or go away. I will give your furry friends the time of their life because I’ll love them like my own!

“It was great working with Jennifer. She really helped my dad out when he needed it. And Winner (his dog) seemed to have a great time, too. Will definitely work with her again.”

About: I’ve taken care of animals ever since I was a teen. I would volunteer to care for pets all the time. I have taken care of all kinds of pets such as dogs, cats, bunnies, guinea pigs, salamander bearded dragon and chickens. Tell me what their needs are and I will make sure fur baby is well taken care of. It’s my responsibility to make sure that each fur baby is happy and safe. I know how important dogs are to our lives, so it's my duty to make sure that your fur baby gets to experience the same kind of love and care that they're used to at home. When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It's a great way to make sure that we're all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. It gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your fur baby and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it's always great to chat with owners to learn more about your fur baby. I am available to care for your fur baby all day as my main focus is caring for fur babies! I work from my home part-time so I’m always available to provide love and attention to your fur baby. I have a large fenced in yard with plenty of room to play and 1 dog to keep your fur baby company. If needed, I have the ability to crate your fur baby.

About: I have been pet sitter for several years. I absolutely love animals of all kinds. Growing up, I have had many dogs, cats, hamsters, birds, rabbits and fish in my life. I had 2 Cockatiel birds that had babies and I helped raise them. There is no animal, big or small, that I don't like. I have had experience with Great Danes to Yorkshire Terriers. I love going on walks with them. I have a nice size yard for them to stretch their legs and I also live near a dog park to take them to if they are known to be friendly with other dogs. I have also had plenty of experience with cats, some of which were friendly and some not so friendly. With me and my family, animals are our family, not just pets. We treat all animals with care and respect and love them as if they are our own. There is nothing more fulfilling in life than an animal in your life. ***Just recently, I was asked if I had any special experience handling Pitt Bull terriers. I do not have experience with pure bred Pitt Bull terriers and have had mix bred pups in my care. I am putting this information out on my profile in case anyone else is concerned about my experience with them and only wants experienced Pitt Bull handlers. ***

About: I've grown up with cats and dogs my entire life and know how important it is to keep them in routine. I am experienced in crate and pee pad training, medication administration, and have even dressed and cared for wounds. I am a full-time student and have a lot of time at home. I love to take study breaks and take a walk with my pup and would love to add in more with yours! I am unable to board at my house, but am more than willing to drop in or stay at yours. Whatever makes you and your fur baby most comfortable!

About: I love dogs, big and small, and enjoy building relationships based on love and trust with dogs I meet. My friends know how much love and attention I show their dogs whenever I visit, and frequently have asked me to care for their dogs while they're away, whether it's a week or longer vacation, an overnight trip, or simply needing someone to feed and/or walk their dog either as-needed or on a given schedule. I have experience with older and special-needs dogs, and have given dogs eye drops, given pills and liquid medications (including dogs who weren't eager to eat), and I've even given IV infusions to one dog I was caring for. I work fully remotely so dogs in my apartment are almost never left alone, and if they are, it's never for more than 5-10 minutes at most. My schedule is very flexible, so if your dog needs to be walked at exactly 8am, noon, 4pm and 8pm, I can generally accommodate that or any other schedule. I try to maintain consistency with how your dog is cared for by you, so if you allow him or her on furniture, he or she is welcome on mine, but if you don't, I'll make sure he or she stays off mine. If there's a specific route you'd like me to walk your dog on, I'm happy to follow it, and I'll follow any and all instructions you provide related to treats, feeding, etc.

“Lauren is fantastic! She is genuine and reliable and just a really great person. She was able to book last minute after my original sitter cancelled. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and will absolutely be having her watch my pup again. It’s great to feel free to travel and know that your pet is well cared for. My dog loves everybody, but he really took a shine to Lauren, probably because of her calm and kind manner with him. She sends pictures and updates, so you know your pet is in good hands.”

“Siobhan is a wonderful person, and pet owner and responsible pet caregiver. I believe she is the best possible candidate you can find for a Rover.com pet caregiver! She is thoughtful, knowledgeable, kind, and pets and animals just love her. You have my full support for her candidacy and employment. Please reach out if you need further support for her application!”

Tara L.
“Tara has raised the most precious, well-behaved dog I have ever been around in my life. Her attention to detail for her own dog's needs and love for dogs in general is incomparable and anyone would be lucky enough to have her help. If she has long days she'll always make a point to give her dog enough exercise even if it includes not giving herself enough time to make dinner. Being an avid hiker as well always makes her pup happy as she has a lot of insight and access to many hiking trails and lakes. Hiring her to watch your dog will probably make her just as happy to spend time with your dog as it will make you happy in the level of care she will provide.”

Jennifer P.

“It was great working with Jennifer. She really helped my dad out when he needed it. And Winner (his dog) seemed to have a great time, too. Will definitely work with her again.”

Patricia I.
“I left my little love one with Pat and he was so happy with her. We don't have to worry anymore when we need a pet caregiver. Thank you so much Patricia, we love you!”
