This was my first time using Rover or parting with my dogs for an extended period of time. Emmarose was wonderful walking me through the process. Also, she was great with my two dogs, even one who is a very timid rescue and unsure of people. During our meet and greet, he immediately warmed up to her and allowed her to pet him. My other dog, who is a social butterfly, sprawled out on the middle of floor like she was home. I received several updates while away for 6 days, and both looked like they were having fun. Additionally, I appreciate everything being ready to go when I went to pick up my dogs, though they didn’t seem ready to leave her lol.

Karen was a cheerful & fantastic sitter for our doggo over the long holiday! Her dog Sadie is so cute and sweet and Vinter got along just great! They became best buddies and I know Vinter will miss her! Karen was attentive to our dogs grooming needs and maintained his regular ear cleaning and made sure he had daily exercise and outdoor time in her large fenced-in backyard. Karen made sure Vinter was comfortable in her home and gave him lots of snuggles and attention and sent daily photos and updates so we knew our boy was well cared for and content while we were away. Vinter is looking forward to his next dog-cation in a beautiful and loving home.

April provided the best and such a great experience with my furbaby!
