She was very flexible and understanding even though I had a few problems with access for her that didn't get solved until about one day before I had to fly out of town. Katie was very communicative and shared lots of pictures and videos of Puddin. He was very happy with Katie's care. He looked surprised to see me when I got home from my trip! During one of the last visits, the apartment complex towed Katie's car, which was unexpected. She let me know what happened and how she dealt with it.
