About: I grew up with dogs all my life. I appreciate what they do for me. I have owned dogs of a variety of sizes Big (Labradors - Sassie and Flounder), Cocker Spaniel (Cleo), Basset Hound (Ginger), Terrier (Kush), and Pomeranian (Foxy). I learned by caring for these dogs that the most important thing is to identify each dog's individual needs by paying attention to how they are feeling and how they interact with me and the other dogs. I personalize my care for each dog. I am experienced with: - puppies as well as elder dogs and all ages in between. - administering medications as needed. - personalized feeding schedules. - personalized walking schedules and outdoors time. - crate trained or not. I am currently a stay at home wife who has plenty of time to take care of dogs up to 40 lbs. My home is pet friendly, with doorway gates to make sure that each dog has a safe place to eat and enjoy their stay at my home. My schedule is flexible and can be changed and updated on an as needed basis, I have a back yard and a safe sidewalk that is easily accessible outside my front door. My back yard has grass and a screened in porch for those days when it is comfortable for dogs to be outside.
About: Animals have been a big part of my life since childhood. I've had dogs since I was five years old and regularly helped care for them whenever my parents were away. At one point, our family had four dogs and four cats, giving me experience managing the needs of multiple pets at once. I've also cared for my cousin's dog during a week-long stay and owned my own horse for five years, which taught me a great deal about responsibility and daily animal care. About: Hi! I'm Renee. Within the last year and a half both of our English mastiffs have passed. They have such a great life with us though and completed our family! I really want to have a dog in the home (temporarily, of course) since we do not plan on getting another one quite yet. Our mastiffs were truly our babies are were treated like royalty.
