About: Hi, I’m Eva! I’ve spent over 12 years caring for animals—everything from my neighbors' pets to my own beloved dogs and horses. I also have hands-on experience training both dogs and horses, which has taught me a lot about patience, communication, and animal behavior. As a college student without pets of my own right now, I truly miss being around animals. That’s why I’d love the opportunity to care for your furry friend and give them all the attention, love, and playtime they deserve! Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I structure my mornings and evenings around feeding, walks, and playtime. On a weekly basis, I also make time for grooming, enrichment activities, and longer walks or hikes. I love being active, so integrating pet care into my day never feels like a chore, it’s something I genuinely look forward to. Caring for animals fits into my life because it’s something I’m passionate about and prioritize every day. In both my home and my client’s home, I prioritize creating a safe, loving, and stress-free environment for pets. I always follow any specific routines or instructions provided by the owner whether it’s feeding schedules, medication, or walking routes. I give pets plenty of attention, playtime, and affection, and I make sure they feel comfortable and secure while their owner is away. Cleanliness, consistency, and communication are really important to me, so I also keep the home super clean!
About: I’ve taken care of my own dog before her passing for six years including chemo medication and other illness treatments. I also have taken care of my 16 year old cat and his medication needed and dietary restrictions. pet care can fit into my day to day life depending on the time commitment. Animals deserve our time and I would love to give mine to those in need. I cater to what the animal needs. whether it is medication, a slower walk, less overwhelming spaces, I listen to what is most comfortable for the animal.

About: I’ve worked at my mom’s grooming shop in Evergreen (soggy dog) every summer for the last 4 years, while petsitting for a lot of the dogs in my neighborhood. Personally, I have an elderly dachshund and a standard poodle puppy, so I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes. It’d be a pleasure to take care of your pets! I’m currently a student at CU, but my schedule is pretty flexible. Inquire about what days I’m needed, and I can work with you! I can’t offer my own in-home services due to my college living situation, but I am obviously willing to take care of your pets in your own home. I have a car so I can arrive fast in case of emergency, and venture far if needed.
About: I care for each pet like it’s my own, and help correct behavioral issues with kindness and compassion. Dogs are social creatures, and having my own pet during the care of yours helps with blind spots that we may have as pet parents. I guarantee your dog will want to come back. I do consulting work, so I set my own schedule and hours. I prefer spending time with the dogs than finance (my profession) and will always make time for my favorite pets! I have my own dog, Alfie, so your pet will always have a big brother to guide them through the neighborhood on walks and in the dog park. I give dogs as much independence as possible, to help ensure your dog will have freedom to run and expend energy. Follow Ami’s Petsitting Club on instagram to see our daily activities! I post pictures daily while your pet is staying with me.
About: Beginning as a volunteer and rescuer, I then moved into pet and house sitting. I continue to foster and volunteer with a local animal rescue and treasure my time with all kinds of animals. I am creating this profile to highlight my specialty services such as dog running, homemade pet food, and portraiture.** A lover of all animals and nature, I’m happiest with both. My touch and voice are gentle, and my style is consistent. Having pets of all kinds and sizes growing up and continuing into adulthood has been a sincere source of joy, gratitude, and service. In the last few years, my time spent volunteering at a local rescue has greatly expanded my experience and skill- especially with special needs animals. Special services and care that I offer include: ~applying my professional chef training to prepare specialty pet food for unique needs, allergies, anxiety, or other conditions alleviated with herbs and nutrition ~when house/pet sitting for you, I’m happy to address the refrigerator and pantries to prepare food before it spoils and leaving you a home cooked meal upon your return or storing in your freezer ~professionally cleaned, organized, and stocked kitchen for you while you are at work or away Additionally, I have been trained and actively competing in Colorado roller derby for 7 years. Using this experience, robust padding, and training, I will exercise dogs that need more than a walk to take them at their pace and level on trail runs on my roller skates. In my many years experience of doing this with several clients as well as rescue animals in my foster care, I have observed many benefits such as: ~improved obedience ~naturally filed nails ~increased happiness and smiles ~less scratching, digging, jumping, whining, barking, and other undesirable behavior ~better sleeping ~improved health and well being The majority of my time during the day is spent outdoors hiking, roller skating the bike paths, or in the garden, and I love to have the company of animals for all of it. At night, I cook, dance, and will read aloud to whoever is in the house. I find animals love this too. As a private chef, I have a lot of time outside of scheduled private events and parties. I can build catering quotes, shop online, and write menus from anywhere. This leaves plenty of time and attention for animals in my care. I like to be outdoors as much as possible and having a pet companion makes it all the more enjoyable for me. I live in a clean and cozy townhouse very near multiple parks and paths. I use harnesses and good judgment while on excursions. I am trained in pet care, proper hydration, nutrition, and herbalism for pets. I never raise my voice and use positive reinforcement and fun to enlist cooperation. Furthermore, animals that are food motivated or fun motivated LOVE me. I love to be outdoors and active but can also cuddle inside for the furry friends that prefer one or both. If your dog likes to run, good news! I like to go fast on the bike paths! Caring for your pet(s) is the highest honor and takes priority while in my care. Please let me know about special needs, but otherwise you can trust that my regular routine is to play, be outside, laugh, show kindness, and provide stellar caregiving.

About: Hi! I’m someone who has been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. From growing up around dogs, cats, horses, and other animals to learning the unique personalities and needs of different breeds and species, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to provide safe, compassionate care. I currently have a spoiled 4-year-old Rottweiler who has lupus, so I’m experienced with caring for pets that require extra attention, medication, monitoring, and patience. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, recovering from an injury, or has ongoing medical needs, I understand how important it is to follow routines and provide attentive, loving care. I also have experience handling horses, which has taught me confidence, responsibility, and how to read animal body language. I believe every animal deserves to feel safe, respected, and loved, and I treat every pet as if they were part of my own family. Whether we’re going on walks, playing fetch, sticking to a familiar routine, or simply enjoying some quiet cuddles, my goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I know how much trust it takes to leave your furry family member with someone else, and I’m committed to giving you peace of mind every step of the way. I work 8-hour midday shifts, so I’m available mornings and evenings. Your pet’s routine, care, exercise, and attention will always remain my top priority. I follow each pet’s routine, provide constant supervision, ensure a safe environment, give plenty of love, and keep owners updated with photos and messages.

About: I understand how important our fur babies are to us, I want to welcome yours and put ease on your mind and there’s that they will get the care, and love they need while you can’t be there. I will love them like my own. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, so I’m able to work around your dog’s routine rather than making them fit into mine. I’m home throughout the day and interact with the dogs frequently for potty breaks, walks, playtime, attention, and naps. Someone is home the majority of the time. If gone less than an hour! I live in a townhouse with plenty of open grassy areas and a dog park nearby. We’re also right next to Kensington Park, which we frequent for walks and outdoor time. I have one Schnoodle named Boo who is very sweet, calm, and great company for other dogs. I work from home, so I’m almost always around to give your pet plenty of attention, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of love. I’m also happy to follow your pet’s normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable while they’re with me. 🐾❤️
“I was a little apprehensive about using Rover, because I didn't know the person who would watch my dogs and come into my house. But Morgan put all those worries to rest . She took excellent care of my dogs and provided photos of almost every visit, showing how happy they were and proving Morgan is a very good action photographer. I will absolutely use Morgan again. Thanks a lot Morgan.”

About: I have taken care and love dogs since I was a very young age. I am stern yet playful with all pets. I have walked, fed, bathed, and giving medication to animals before. I am a gig worker. So I have tons of availability and time to take care of your pet. I'm available daily and all week long. I live very close to a dog park as well as tons of walking and exercise room to take care of any dog that may enter my home.

About: Hi there! 🐾 I'm a longtime animal lover with over 18 years of experience providing pet, home, and child care. I recently relocated here from Washington state and I'm excited to reactivate my Rover profile and get back to something I've always genuinely loved doing! I've cared for animals of all shapes, sizes, ages, and personalities — from puppies and senior dogs to cats, chickens, fish, reptiles, rodents, and more. I also grew up in 4-H, so being around and caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I'm especially comfortable with pets who need a little extra care. I have experience administering medications and caring for senior pets, animals with disabilities, and pets with various health or mobility needs. I know how much trust it takes to leave your babies in someone else's hands, especially when they have special routines or needs, and my goal is for you to be able to travel or work with genuine peace of mind. I recently put down my best friend of 12 years, so I am newly an empty nester. I'm happy to care for your pets in my home or yours, depending on what makes them most comfortable! I work full time operating a business, but my schedule is flexible and I spend a good amount of time working from home, which gives me lots of flexibility for pet care, companionship, and check-ins. After some time away away from pet sitting, I'm excited to start building relationships with local pets and their people again. I'd love to meet you and your crew and see if we're a good fit! ❤️ One last thing - I want to acknowledge my one-star review and take responsibility for my shortcomings in my first booking with Rover. I’ve learned a lot about clear communication and using this platform, and I'm eager for opportunities to improve that score given the chance. Thank you for taking the time! I operate a coffee shop chain nearby and have very flexible hours. Tuesdays I have in person meetings from 11-3 but beyond that I design and pace my week as needs come up but am rarely tied to a schedule. A lot of this requires meetings or admin work from home. With my experience in 4H and all of the pets I have had and worked with, I am used to shifting my priorities as different animals require different attention in different areas and am confident in my ability to identify and give attention to whatever is needed.

You and your sitter can agree on a care schedule that fits your pet’s routine and the sitter’s availability. Pet Sitting can be booked as a one-time or recurring drop-in visit. If you need overnight care or dog walks, you may also be able to book House Sitting or Dog Walking through Rover with the same sitter, provided they offer those services.
Before booking, confirm:
- the timing, length, and frequency of visits;
- the care instructions the sitter should follow;
- which parts of your pet’s usual routine should be prioritized;
- how often you would like to receive messages, photos, or other updates.
Not every sitter offers the same services, availability, or booking options. Review their profile and discuss the care you need through Rover before booking each service.
If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poop breaks occurred. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available 24/7 by email or chat if you have concerns.
The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
