Sam went above and beyond, even rearranging his work schedule to make sure our dogs were well looked after. He maintained their regimented routine, preparing their unique meals twice a day and taking them out for potty breaks and exercise an additional 3-4 times per day. His conscientiousness really showed in everything he did. Sam stayed overnight in our home, ensuring our dogs felt safe, secure, and comfortable in our absence. It was clear from the photos (and when we returned!) that our dogs were happy, calm, and well cared for. Honestly, I don’t think they even realized we were gone! I apologized for running low on his supplies and for him being a little stinky since his bath was delayed and she didn’t even hesitate to offer to go grab what he needed and even offered to bathe him. On top of taking great care of him, she took care of us anxious dog parents and communicated every step of the way and gave lots of updates and pictures. I couldn’t recommend her enough. About: I have worked with furry friends as a licensed veterinary technician for almost 12 years now and have had my own pets for 18. I feel confident caring for dogs at any age and varying medical needs! I now work as a full-time collegiate minister but since my previous career was in veterinary medicine, I still look for ways to work with pets! My schedule varies from week to week allowing for much flexibility for pet sitting! I like to care for pets as closely to how the owner would care for their pet! This means is the owner would rather me stay overnight at their home, I am happy to do that. I often work remotely so can spend extended hours in the client’s home keeping their pets company, especially if their pets have separation anxiety.

About: I have been taking care of my neighbors' pets for almost 10 years. I have a cat and dog at home who are 13 and 11 years old, and I have helped take care of them since we got them at 6 months and 8 months old. I am a student I'm university, and while I am home for summer and winter breaks I am able to spend as much time as you need me to with your animals. I was a volunteer at the Animal Defense League shelter, and I specifically helped to socialize aggressive or antisocial dogs. I know that every dog is different, and each will need different things in order to be comfortable, and I will make sure that they are content while I am there.
