“Kerri R. was excellent. I had planned to take my pup with me on the trip but a last minute family issue prevented him from coming with me. Every morning Kerri sent me an update and a picture of my Que every single day I was gone. He was walked and fed. He looked so happy in his pictures. I was relieved and happy. PetSmart will never see my Que for over night stays again.”

“Tara and her family are great!!! Tara boarded my 8 month old high energy puppy, Chantè, for a week with no problem. During her stay, Tara sent tons of pictures of and updated me on how she was doing. When my returning flight was delayed she was very understanding when I couldn’t make the planned pick up time. When I picked up Chantè I could tell she had a blast and was well taken care of. When we got home I could tell she missed her new friends!! Thanks again for everything!!!”

“We were very happy with Todd's stay at Kathy's! We were in town for the Detroit Marathon and didn't want to leave our dog alone with all of the things happening that weekend as he is only 6 months old. As it was his first overnight without us we were a little nervous but we were at ease with Kathy's updates and communication. Kathy sent pictures frequently and he seemed to get along well with their dog! We felt very comfortable with the fact that he was in good hands and would definitely recommend leaving your furry baby at her house.”
