“We're always a little nervous dropping Echo off somewhere new, because she is high-energy and a puppy. Turns out our worries were unfounded, as Sandra and her family were absolutely amazing with Echo! She was super tired and we could tell she'd had so much fun. They treated her like one of their own dogs, made sure Echo was getting along with everyone, and even took her on a short field trip! Sandra kept us informed and was very communicative, which we loved. You can tell she's had a lot of experience with dogs, and we appreciated that she asked about Echo's schedule, allergies, and so on. She did her very best and took them earlier than planned to help us make our flight. FANTASTIC!!! We received lots of updates on Ruby's activities, how she was settling into her new space and interacting with everyone. I'm an information Mom so receiving the detailed information Debra shared definitely eased my anxiety of leaving her for a long weekend. Ruby made herself right at home and was happy at pick up. Thankful to have found such a loving and positive soul to watch over our fur baby.
She is absolutely amazing, This was a last minute booking, which was no problem for her, she even took the time to meet fireball before hand.. She sent pics and kept in touch the whole time I was gone, made my trip so much better knowing my little guy was happy and being taken care of, It was like Fireball was apart of her family. I will definitely use her again and if you have a chance you should also.. I cant rave about her and her family enough!
Our dog Sierra received wonderful care with Kristin and her family -- very easy to communicate with, and we got regular updates of how she was doing. Kristin was very flexible when some of our travel plans had to be adjusted. We will definitely book again on our next trip!
