My girl had an ear infection at the time of boarding as well and they did very well making sure to stay on her medication schedule. She was very calm and not agitated at all coming back from her stay. We had a huge hiccup with car troubles and needed to extend her stay 2 more nights. I am so grateful Rover led me to Noel! She and her family were so kind and welcoming, their home very comfortable and their fenced-in yard perfect for outdoor wandering. She was so gracious to accept my 15 yr old Henry with short notice and despite him having a slight tummy (or mood) issue. She cared for him so well, he was his ole' perky self when I returned. I would highly recommend Noel and would definitely book with her again!
I was nervous to leave my dog for the first time with a stranger but from start to finish Halona was wonderful. My pup also had hto use diapers last minute and we kept in contact the entire stay. I was informed with pictures constantly and I was reassured that my pup was doing well and having fun with her pets. I will definitely use again I had a great experience overall.
