About: I have experience in veterinary clinics as an assistant, technician, and at the front desk for a combined 3+ years. I have done petsitting for 16 years. I am well-versed in animal body language and I have experience handling pets of many temperaments, including anxious, reactive, senior, and medically complex animals. I’m comfortable administering medications, monitoring for signs of illness or stress, and helping pets feel safe. My background in veterinary medicine has taught me the importance of patience, reliability, and attentive care, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. My schedule is very pet-care friendly, and I’m used to building my daily routine around animals’ needs. With my veterinary background, I’m comfortable handling medications, senior pets, anxious animals, and pets with special needs. About: I have owned and cared for a variety of dogs for my entire life. I have cared for larger groups of dogs of all kinds, and have cared for dogs with some special needs. I am very active and have extensive knowledge of dog friendly hikes in the area. My schedule is flexible, and I can generally make whatever your pet needs work! I have my own high energy pup, so daily hikes, play time and training fit right into our routine. I have a fenced in yard, and a pet friendly home. Although our dog does not use one, we have crates available. Walks can be on or off leash depending on your dogs skills anf your own comfortability.

About: I’ve taken care of dog of many sizes and health conditions, I have had a cat for 9ish years and have cared for friend and families dogs for years. I am a student, I am relatively free but lots of work to do! I like to go on walks already! I am able to be flexible. I know how to feed animals and care for them, can follow special instructions as I know they are important. As much as I would love to care for your fur baby at my home, I cannot.

About: I’ve had large dogs my whole life, 4 German shepherds as a kid and 2 Australian shepherds as an adult, and also several cats over the years. I have experience in dog grooming and veterinary assisting. I love animals and would love to help out with yours! I currently work Monday through Thursday so Fridays I am available for walks, drop ins and nail trimming or just a visit to break up the day for your pet while you’re gone. I have 3.5 acres of mowed lawn for my pups to run and play, and live their best life. About: My first job as a kid was taking care of the neighborhood pets. I’ve always had a close bond with animals and have experience with rescue dogs, special needs pets, and senior dogs. I have an extra special place in my heart for pitties and you can know that your bully breed will be safe and respected when in my care. I’m currently working a flexible part-time schedule so I have plenty of availability. I am available for regular weekly walks and play sessions, and with the summer months coming up I am also available for vacation or temporary sitting opportunities. I enjoy physical activity, being outdoors, and hope to spend time hiking and playing outside with your dogs. I can lift 120lbs and hold a current wilderness first aid certification and can confidently respond to any pet emergencies that may occur.

About: I’ve had pets since I was about 4 years old, and am experienced with caring for cats and dogs. Any needs they have, I will take care of them all - from simple company when you're at work, to walks, giving meds and overnight stays! I have experience training puppies too, from potty training to the classic "stay", "sit", "come", "leave" etc. commands. I have a large dog myself so size of your pet is no issue. Anything you're unsure about, shoot me a message! I work full time at a school but am free weekdays after 2pm until around 10pm. On weekends I am free from Friday afternoon until Monday morning so I can do overnight stays too if needed. Depending on the care required, I will feed pets, give them meds, take them outside, play games/fetch/etc., brush them, empty litter boxes and so on. I have had several cats and dogs of my own and cared for many more, so I am comfortable with adjusting to their different personality types.

About: ive had a couple of dog growing up in my childhood a sweet old black lab and a super crazy dingo.. in my free time after school and during summer i used to walk them, no amount of walking could satisfy my dingo.. id have her pull my bike to get all her energy out since we didnt have any closed in areas she could run off in.. ( i dont do this anymore! i realize its not very safe! she absolutely loved it for sure though) i love pups big and small old and energetic theyre all very unique and id love some new friends to get me out of the house. id ask you beforehand of course if youd be okay with them swimming, theres a pond i can bring them to after walking to cool off at. our backyard is fenced! i have two cats, so id like to know how your dog reacts around small creatures, if they cant be in contact i can always but them into a room while the dog is over. most likely theyd be outside! lots of shade and id keep em well hydrated and happy :3 i currently have been on a job hunt since what feels like forever, my schedule is very. very open.. since i dont have a car, drop off would be ideal, if your close enough to walk to i can do that too! weekends are the only time id be able to pick up your pooch my cats get their waters filled and cleaned almost daily, lots of love of course and are very spoiled. i dont have any dogs at the moment, so of course id love to chat about what youd expect and need for your lovely pup! im good with communication and friendly, special needs id be extra attentive to. im very good at remembering small things, though id still write em down incase!

About: I am a speech-language pathologist in Greenfield, MA and love working with animals on the side when possible. I started dogsitting down in Rhode Island in 2014 while I was in graduate school. I've also grown up with dogs in my life (a black lab/german shepard mix and a yellow lab). I have some experience with puppy training and enjoy going on walks with and exercising dogs. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover since I can remember. I've grown up having a dog. My first dog was a black lab/German Shepard mix named Pretina. I would play with her, take her on walks, go hiking with her, and many more activities. My second family dog, Piper, was a yellow lab who I had since she was a puppy. I helped in her puppy training and have enjoyed all the previously mentioned activities with her as well. Many of my friends and extended family have also had dogs which I've enjoyed playing with and caring for. During my undergrad career, I petsat for my professor's yellow lab and thoroughly enjoyed caring for him when I was so far from my own dog. My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering medication, though I would like to be shown how to administer it and practice with the owner before sitting for the dog. I have some experience administering insulin shots to a cat. I work in schools, so I am generally available before 8am and after 3pm on weekdays during the school year. During school breaks and summer, I have more availability. I care for your dogs following client preferences. I will let dogs out into a fenced in back yard, crate when left alone at home, keep on leash for walks, etc. as indicated by owners. In general, I would default to keeping dogs on leash during walks and not letting them out on their own unless the yard is fenced in.

About: I have grown up surrounded by all sorts of animals and have been an adoring playmate for them all, except for one of my ferrets who only liked my mother! At an early age I began to provide animal care for people in my communities and have continued to gain experience ever since. From cats and dogs to horses and geckos, I've loved interacting with so many different personalities! I am a UMASS Student who is currently figuring out her summer work schedule. As of now weekdays are when I am most available but might still have availability on some weekends! Whenever I house/pet sit for a household, I take the instructions left for me very seriously and make sure to always return to them. I like to be in touch with the family of the pets I take care of so any anxieties or questions can be communicated effectively. About: When I lived in my grandmothers house I would frequently house sit for relatives that rented out the bottom apartment. They have 2 senior dogs that needed a little extra attention and love, and a few house plants. I took care of them roughly 4 or 5 times over the years (not consecutively, so not quite an entire year of experience) so that their moms could go on vacation and recover from hospital stays. Since then, I have gone on to get a job at a Doggie Daycare facility out near Boston, where I am continuing to learn more about dog behavior and health. At my job we are trained on safety procedures & health concerns to be on the lookout for, and I have been trained to watch for body language changes. I am currently looking for something to fill my time during the beginning of the week. On weekends and later on in the week I commute to Boston for my job at the doggie daycare. I am also flexible with my weekend dates, so with enough notice I can move almost anything around. I can easily crate a dog if needed for safety of any kind. My position at the daycare is to constantly be on the lookout for changes in behavior and mood, so you can entrust that I will always have your pups safety as priority number one. I am also well versed in being able to reward the good behavior and ignore the bad (within reason) so as not to encourage attention seeking behavior, but still reward even the simplest well done tasks (sitting down/relaxing, playing safely).

About: Growing up in Vermont on a farm, I have been exposed to animals my entire life. I have been taking care of family and friends dogs, horses, cats, guinea pigs, camels (yes, camels) since I was allowed to leave the driveway on my bike as a child. Since leaving high school I took on a professional equestrian career with Wichita riding academy working with rehabilitating abused/ off the track race horses. I have just recently moved to Denver with a fenced in yard and lots of space. I have a dog of my own that is my entire pride and joy who loves spending time with other dogs. Having a fenced in yard, it’s very helpful and handy to those pups with bladder issues to go in and out of the house as needed. My home was completely childproof when I moved in and it’s so far worked for dogs as well. Huge open field located next to the house available for dogs who like to run as well.

About: I'm a lifelong dog and cat lover but started taking care of the dogs in my life (friends/colleagues' pets) in the last five years. I am gentle but firm when it comes to working with dogs and open to integrating any and all recommendations and norms from pet owners into how I care for their furry beasts! I am self-employed with a flexible schedule, I work from home about 50% of the time and am able to fit in dog care easily! In my own home, I have a large yard to walk dogs and will keep them on leash in order to keep them safe from the road. In a clients home, I am respectful of the space and abide by all safety norms and protocols with leashes, harnesses, collars, in-ground fences, shock collars if they're used etc.

About: Growing up my family had four beautiful and well trained dogs. I love to take them on long walks on the beach (literally), play, and care for them. I will care for your dog just like my own. About: I specialize in big dogs with big needs. I grew up with three huskies that required a lot of energy, so I’ve seen it all! I am my friends go-to dog sitter, and I’ve taken care of everything from 3 month old puppies to senior dogs. I volunteered at the SF Animal Shelter as a walker, and I love taking dogs to the park for fetch, runs, or just a good stroll. Overnights are O.K. and I have a truck so they can ride in the front with me if we go anywhere outside! I have patience and experience with aggressive dogs and high anxiety dogs as well. My schedule is wide open for the next two months, and I’m willing to stay over your house or have them with me. I’m often up late so I can also provide night time check-ins. I have a large unfenced yard and no pets of my own, so I can provide a calm environment for your dogs. I can drive a maximum of two dogs in my truck.
