“Erica was very pleasant! Seems like the kitties warmed up to her fairly quickly. She was very responsive and communicated as needed. She kept in the loop while she cared for my kitties, which I greatly appreciated. I would rebook her for future occasions”

“Hire this woman! I needed to find a pet sitter for a week very last minute and I found Brittany. I’ve never left my cat Dutch with anyone so I was definitely stressed. But I knew within minutes of meeting Bri I had chosen the right person. My cat is very shy but she warmed right up to Bri. The pics and vids I got during my time away showed how happy Dutch was with her sitter. I was surprised at how well it went. She was playing and getting brushed and petted and so obviously calm and content even though she was alone for the first time and couldn’t go outside. Bri also did thoughtful things like get my mail and take out my trash. She made me feel comfortable leaving my home as well as my baby cat. She was a great communicator throughout my time away with good updates. She made it much easier to enjoy myself and not worry about my baby. It was obvious Dutch had been well cared for when I got home. She did not seem at all traumatized by being suddenly left alone so long for the first time, with strangers and stuck inside. I think that really speaks to how good Brittany is with animals. Take my advice and save some clicks and choose Brittany. She is sweet and kind with a big heart. She is all the things you want your babies to have. Bri is the next best thing to being there yourself. I highly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed!”
“Timothy was an angel for our little guy! He was thorough, thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure our 6 year old cat was happy and healthy while we were away. Can’t recommend him enough!”

About: I have about 4 years of professional pet care under my belt and have been the go-to animal person for friends and family my whole life. I’m also in the beginning stages of my vet tech program so I bring both big-heart energy and growing clinical knowledge to every fur-baby I meet. I’m comfortable with insulin, oral/topical meds, and special-care routines so pets who need a little extra TLC are always safe with me. I adore every kind of personality: the shy pups who need quiet patience, the goofy wiggle-butts who throw their whole body into love, the sweet seniors, and even the spicy little ones with big opinions. They’re my kind of crowd 🐾 Since my vet tech program is online, I have tons of flexibility and am available 7 days a week for drop-ins, walks, and overnights. I love having extra time to play, cuddle, and make sure your fur babies feel safe, happy, and absolutely adored while you’re away! I take safety and comfort very seriously and follow each pet’s routine so they feel secure in their own space. I’m Fear Free Certified, with a deep understanding of animal body language, so I use gentle handling, slow introductions, and lots of positive reassurance—especially for shy or nervous pets. I’m confident caring for dogs and cats with medical needs and always take a calm, gentle approach. In your home, I make sure food and water dishes are clean and refreshed, including water dispensers, and I’m comfortable managing all types of litter boxes, even the finicky ones, leaving your space just as tidy as I found it (maybe with a little extra sparkle thanks to my OCD). And of course, I’ll send plenty of updates so you’ll know how your furry kiddos are doing💛
About: I have cared for my family's furbabies for as long as I can remember, as well as those of my friends and neighbors. I have also owned and cared for beta fish, parakeets and guinea pigs and I am currently raising a flock of chickens. I am passionate about rescuing from shelters and have raised puppies and kittens through their senior years as well as providing compassionate support for those that are terminally ill. Furthermore, I am comfortable providing oral and topical medications when needed. I am currently a stay-at-home wife and mom with two elementary age children and have plenty of time to love on your furbabies, morning, day and night, and take them for walks during the week and on weekends. Your home and pets will be cared for with love and respect, just as my home and pets are cared for while following your directions and expectations.
“Dorisa was great with our cats! She stopped by once a week to refresh the litter, check food and water, and make sure everything was in order. She was reliable, respectful of our home, and kept us updated after each visit. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our cats were being looked after. We'd definitely recommend her and would happily ask for their help again!”

“Fred was such a great sitter for our 3 cats! We are entirely grateful for his service and it being last minute with our original cat sitter getting sick the night before departure. Fred arrived on time and the communication was more than we could ask for. This was the first time we used Rover and I will say it will not be the last. Another mention is when Fred arrived for a brief rundown on the cats, he brought a portfolio and written notes. That is hard to come by as being organized and prepared. We were very satisfied with Fred being our cat sitter and using Rover for the first time! Thank you again Fred, you were amazing and the cats thank you too!”

“I appreciate Debbie so much for taking my last minute booking and supplying me with twice daily updates for my cat(as well as photos which are so important as a cat person). She was amazing!”

“Amy was wonderful! She even came over Christmas to check on our kitties! Updates and photos daily, our babies were taken great care of. Will definitely use her again in the future! Thanks again!”

About: I love animals and I have been around all sorts of animals my entire life. I grew up with dogs, cats, gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish. My availability is fairly flexible as I am primarily a stay at home parent. I enjoy caring for and loving on pets. I am open to caring for any type of furry critter as well as a selection of the non-furry kind with the exception of snakes. ( Sorry!) However, if your non-furry critter requires anything more than being fed and watered, such as being handled and/or cuddled, I'm sure my son would enjoy that. Just let me know and I'll bring my son along to that job. I am also willing to care for special needs pets. In addition to pet care duties, I will also bring in your mail, bring your waste containers from the curb, or anything else within reason. I will also provide pet waste pickup for an additional small fee. In addition, I will also provide transportation to your pet's veterinarian. Taking care of your pet will not only provide enjoyment for me but you would also be helping to fund my childrens' music lessons. We also know how therapeutic animals and music is for most people. Thank you for considering me to tend to your pet's needs.

About: I'm a dog owner myself and my furbaby is Alpha. The reason I'm wanting to offer pet-care is because I know how important it is to find someone who will take care of their furbaby and living them with someone who will treat them like they are family. While keeping my co-workers dogs, I make sure they are taken care of. I always make sure that they feel like they are apart of our family. Every weekend I make sure to take my furbaby out on a hike or even to the dog park. I try to get my furbaby out the house and make sure to break up the day to day routine. I will make sure that any dog that is under my care will be taken care of, just like mine own. I'm currently working a full time position from home. But I'm willing to make time on my lunch break to accommodate what you need. As for the weekend I'm free. At this time we just recently moved to the area and don't have the space to board a dog in our small apartment. But we are in the process of looking for a home.
About: Working in a groomer’s shop taught me how to safely and confidently handle dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments. I also grew up around animals and now have 2 Golden Retrievers and a cat of my own, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I have experience with basic obedience training, crate training, housetraining, and helping pups learn good habits. I’ve also cared for a variety of other animals such as cats, rats, hamsters, and birds. I work remotely and set my own schedule, so I’m home all day with plenty of time to spend with my own dogs and yours. We live on 2 fully fenced acres, so the dogs get lots of outdoor time, play breaks, and supervision throughout the day. Every pet is different, and you know your pets best. I’m happy to follow whatever routines or preferences you have - feeding schedules, crate time, training rules, meds, anything you need. My goal is to keep your pet feeling safe, comfortable, and loved just like they are at home. I do slow, supervised introductions and keep a close eye during playtime to make sure everyone feels relaxed and secure.

Hazel Green cat parents share their Rover experiences
Erica was great, and is a clear animal lover! I do not think we will ever board our dogs with a vet again. Every time we pick them up, they look so sad and depleted. Now they can stay at the comfort of their home, with someone reliable like Erica that is giving us daily updates and photos, which provides greater peace of mind.
