1. Alyssa S.
“Alex has watched my dogs several times. He is always very helpful and involved with them. He doesn't just come in, take them out, feed them and leave. You can definitely tell he is an animal person. We have moved 2 hours away and hope that he will drive to watch our dogs here. We would 100% be ok with him spending multiple days in our home.”
2. Destiny W.
“Destiny lives down the street from me and she watches my dog luna while I’m out of town or working a long shift. Luna absolutely loves her and she is great with her. She doesn’t just come and let her outside and feed her but she spends time playing with her and showing her some love while I’m not there. Destiny is very dependable and trustworthy. When I go out of town she will even stay the night at my house to make luna feel more comfortable. She is such a sweet animal lover.”
3. Kitty L.
“Kitty is a dog whisperer. One of my two dogs is very shy and anxious. When Kitty arrived to take them for a walk, even after not having seen her in months, both dogs ran to her. I feel completely confident that the dogs are happy and well taken care of when I have either boarded with Kitty or had her take them for walks.”
4. Rick M.
“Rick is a kind, nurturing guy and who is passionate about animals and nature. He is intuitive, and seems to naturally anticipate the needs of the pets he's caring for. I've seen him shine with my dog, as well as with his own companion animals. He is careful and pays great attention to detail, all while keeping his focus on the happiness and well-being of his furry friends. He's a fantastic caregiver!”

6. Gabriella E.
About: I have experience in taking care of dogs, cats and reptiles. I am experienced with puppies through to senior dogs. I understand all animals have a different set of needs. I am currently enrolled in college! Hoping to make some extra money by taking care of loving animals. I want all animals to be in a safe and caring environment! I always try to go above and beyond for my animals and others. It is our job to give them what they need since they are unable to speak for themselves.

About: **Please note I am disabled and hard of hearing. I will always prefer texts over phone calls. **Check out what your babies get up to and the pictures/videos I didn’t end up sending on our Facebook or Instagram page, Zig Zag Wag pet care! I have experience with a variety of animals, including dogs and cats, horses and livestock, rodents and reptiles, and everything from basic grooming including nail trims and baths to basic behavior training. (See safety section for further details) I have experience with basic first aid. I have pretty much free and short notice availability, thought I limit bookings on WEDNESDAYS and SUNDAYS as my days off. I have a whole zoo worth of pets and need to stop by my own house throughout the day, so any house sitting will be based on regular visits. I have reliable transportation and excellent driving skills in case of needing to transport. My vehicle has a crash tested seat belt and I have a few crash tested harnesses if you do not have one, though providing your own sized for your dog is preferred. I will not provide transport for animals other than cats or dogs and cats and small dogs must be tolerant of being crated for the ride. I am great at working with your schedule with at least 2 hours notice, but Rover does not allow easy schedule changes. If you need to reduce your visits, CANCEL the booking and REBOOK with your new dates, as once Rover confirms your booking it won’t let you reduce the current rate. In your home, I offer basic cleaning services and can ensure any messes get cleaned. I can meet many varied needs and am meticulous with following your house rules for your pets. I do not offer boarding or allow client pets at my home. I will not provide food or other consumables, though I will confirm what treats your pets can have because all good pets deserve treats. I provide basic behavior assistance such as teaching your dog that jumping on people is inappropriate, basic tricks (sit, down, paw), leash manners, but I DO NOT OFFER PAID TRAINING. I am not a certified trainer in any capacity, though I have trained many of my own animals (including rats and cats!)

“Cassy has years of experience caring for, watching, and training dogs. She has handled them up to 110lbs so far, and I would trust her any day to take care of my energetic German Shepherd!”
9. Elizabeth S.
“Elizabeth had been absolutely fantastic taking care of Tater! He can be a difficult dog to deal with and she’s handled him with excellent grace. I will absolutely book her as often as she’s available!”

“Jaszmyn was so great; very communicative and really intentional with Pip!”
11. Samantha H.
“Sam has watched my dogs for years! I don’t trust anyone else with my fur babies. She will actually be watching my dog next week while I am on a trip. She is affordable, caring, and loves all animals! If you want the best dog sitter, look no further!”
12. Carly C.
“Carly C is the perfect person for you to choose to take care of your dog or dogs. She is very responsible and loves dogs ,all types. Carly currently has 2 dogs and has fostered so many more through the years ,in fact both of her dogs were earlier fosters of hers. She has taught me so much about these 4 legged loved ones and how to care for them that I just know she will take care of yours as if they were her own.”
13. Kayla B.
“I have used Kayla to help care for my dog and cats more than once. She has always done amazing when working with them. Kayla has always followed our instructions and gone above and beyond when caring for our fur babies. Whenever we need to go on vacation whether for a night or a few days I always am able to rest at night knowing Kayla is looking after our babies. I will continue to use Kayla anytime I go out of town and need a fur baby sitter. I cannot recommend her enough!”
14. Ashlen D.
“Ashlen is an excellent caregiver to my pets. She is very experienced with dogs and cats but also has been raised around farms and is familiar with outdoor animals as well. She regularly checks on my 11 month old puppy on days that I work. In addition to feeding and exercising, she works with him on commands that he learned from an obedience training program. She is responsible, always making sure he is in his kennel and the door is locked when she leaves. She keeps her appointments and is thorough in her care. Koda absolutely loves her and enjoys the attention she gives when she is checking on him. I highly recommend Ashlen as a pet caregiver.”
15. Paige M.
“Paige has been such a reliable and outstanding dog walker for my husband and I. She is always prompt and even able to help with my last minute requests. Our pups trust her! I would highly recommend using her services.”
16. Pam E.
“Pam did a great job checking on our dog. She sent pictures and text messages during the visits. We hope to use her again in the near future.”
17. Brooklyn J.
“Brooklyn J. is a true dog lover. She takes amazing care of her own two dogs Olive and Zeus. I have known Brooklyn her whole life and she is an all around exceptional human being. She is trustworthy, dependable and you will get the very best of care with her. I strongly recommend Brooklyn to care for your pet. I think you will be highly satisfied with her service to your animals. If you want the best for your pet- call Brooklyn.”
18. Alex L.
“Alex has a ton of experience caring for her own dogs and others as well. Back a few years ago, I had a Rover account and took in dozens of dogs during a period when my freelance work was sporadic. Alex actually did 90% of the work even though I was responsible for the results. Together, we earned a consistent 5-star reputation and enjoyed a lot of repeat business. (Look up Justin Lambert in Stony Point, NC) Since then, she's also studied and become adept as a dog trainer. Her own dog, Fezzik, is the smartest, most obedient dog we've ever owned.”
19. Sam E.
“Dependable, reliable, on-time. Very good service. Thanks Sam!”
20. Savannah L.
“The pictures I get sent of Binks shows me the happiest boy. He has as good of a time on his walks with Savannah as he does with me. I made the right choice having her walk him.”
