About: Hello! My name is Ella, and I recently moved back to Wausau after graduating from college in Montana. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Natural Horsemanship, a horse-training method focused on understanding animal behavior and building a relationship based on communication and trust. My degree also included coursework in animal health, animal husbandry, and classes taught by both large- and small-animal veterinarians. My Fiancé, Cooper, also earned a degree in Natural Horsemanship with a minor in ranch management. Like me, he has spent much of his life around animals and is comfortable caring for a variety of pets and following specific care instructions. I grew up on a hobby farm and have had horses nearly my entire life. Dogs have always been part of the family, too—we’ve had everything from Labs and bird dogs to little Jack Russells! I currently have an energetic Blue Heeler who loves joining me on horseback rides and hikes. I’ve also grown up caring for a wide variety of animals, including parrots, dogs, cats, horses, fish, and even a squirrel! This experience has taught me that every animal has their own personality, routine, and needs. I started my own dog-sitting business in high school and continued pet sitting throughout college in Montana. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, horses, and fish, and I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions and maintaining your pet’s normal routine while you’re away. I follow those routines as closely as possible so your pet experiences as little disruption as possible while you’re away. I am attentive to safety and make sure doors, gates, crates, and other areas are secure, and I’m careful to follow any instructions regarding your pet’s access to the home or yard. I’m also comfortable administering medications and providing additional care when needed. I want you to feel completely comfortable while you’re away, so I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos. About: I’ve owned dogs and cats since I was very young. I’ve watched friends pets when they go out of town and I currently have my own cats and a dog! I’m currently only working part time and from home, so I will have plenty of time to spoil your pups with all the love and attention they deserve! I have a fenced in yard! About: I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and taken care of my 2 beautiful pitbulls while growing up and have 2 cats with my own family now. I absolutely love playing with any animal and I’d love the opportunity to meet new feline friends! I’m currently a stay at home mother so I’m free all the time. I can come to your home and walk your dog or watch your cat when needed, whether it’s a 1 time thing or weekly! I have 2 inside cats named Poco and Zuzi. They are brother and sister from the same litter and when they aren’t playing together, I run around the house with them and throw their toys around.

Our favorite activities are cuddling and taking walks with the cat stroller. I have had some experience dog sitting small and medium sized dogs for family and friends for days to a week at a time. About: I’ve had two dogs growing up, a mini boxer and a French bulldog. I’ve cared for them all my life. I have bathed, walked, fed, and gave them so much love. A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
