She came over twice before we actually left, first for a meet & greet, and then as the date got closer she came by again to go over routines/directions. I really appreciated that second visit, closer to our vacation, to put my mind at ease. Chris was great with my dogs, and one of them has a lot of energy and some interesting quirks, but all went very well. I received daily communication and pictures.
