About: I've had pets all through late childhood and into adulthood. I currently live in an apartment that makes owning pets difficult, but I love nothing more than to snuggle up on the couch with a fluffy friend and a book. I've been able to get my "puppy fix" by petsitting for friends and family. I'm the one they call when they'll be out of town or working late to take care of their fluffy family member. I'm looking for more dogs and cats to add to my life long friend list. I currently work full time, 1 evening a week. I don't have any pets of my own to take care of, so i'm pretty flexible when it comes to taking care of others' pets. I love taking dogs for walks or hikes. I'm available to come and visit a pet to give companionship, meals, potty breaks, etc. I have experience with puppies as well as senior pets.

She came over twice before we actually left, first for a meet & greet, and then as the date got closer she came by again to go over routines/directions. I really appreciated that second visit, closer to our vacation, to put my mind at ease. Chris was great with my dogs, and one of them has a lot of energy and some interesting quirks, but all went very well. I received daily communication and pictures. She followed the routines very well and reached out with any questions. She left the house was tidy, as well. I will be using Chris again and HIGHLY recommend her services.”

I grew up with Australian shepherds, German shepherds, cats, hamsters, and even tarantulas! In her senior years, she had both hypothyroidism and asthma so I am well-versed in giving cats inhalers and medication in various forms (via dropper, ear application, in treats, and in food). I am a dependable dog and cat sitter/caretaker because I know how much your animal means to you. I’m an extremely organized person so you can count on me to be reliable with pick-up, drop-off, and everything in between. Taking care of your animal would not be a job to me because I am so happy to do it! I work twice a week so I could watch an animal full time during three weekdays in addition to weekends. I am still more than willing to watch animal for an entire week and either modify my work schedule to be with them more, or just make sure they are set up for the days I am in office. I have a non-smoking home with one cat and two people including myself. My home would be an extremely relaxing environment for a pet and due to my flexible schedule, I can dedicate nearly full-time care to an animal. Since I have a cat, I would only really be able to have dogs stay overnight for a couple-day stint since I'd prefer to keep them separate.
