About: Hi! My name is Julie and animals have always been a huge part of my life. I previously worked as an Adoption Manager at Anderson Animal Shelter, where I gained hands-on experience working with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, temperaments, and backgrounds. Through my work, I developed a strong understanding of animal behavior, daily care routines, and how to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I also worked as a manager at Pet Supplies Plus, where I further expanded my knowledge of pet care, nutrition, supplies, and the unique needs of different animals. Between both roles, I’ve spent years helping pet owners and caring for animals in professional settings. In addition, I have experience administering medications and caring for animals with special needs, both professionally and in my personal life. Whether your pet needs extra patience, medical support, or just lots of attention and affection, I’m confident providing compassionate care tailored to their individual needs. I’ve owned and cared for many different types of dogs over the years, from small breeds to large breeds, and I’m comfortable handling pets with varying energy levels and personalities. I also have experience caring for cats and understand the importance of respecting their unique routines and comfort levels. My goal is always to make pets feel happy, secure, and cared for while giving owners peace of mind knowing their animals are in experienced and loving hands. I treat every pet like family and would love the opportunity to care for yours! Im currently a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time to play with your pups. I have open availability most weekends and can stop by after 3PM on weekdays. I give my German shepherd walks every day and lots of play time to help relieve some of his energy. Depending on you pets needs I can accommodate them any way you see fit.

About: I’ve loved growing up with dogs and cats my whole life and currently live with 2 of them and my cat (she's a queen, but loves her furry, fellow roommates :) ) I have experience with senior, high energy and large dogs. I’m happy to make drop in visits, house sit, play, give attention and take them on walks (even in Chicago winters!). I understand how much our furry friends mean to us and wanting them in the best hands while away. I take my responsibility very seriously and my passion for dogs and cats makes this a fun position for me as well. About: I have worked with, raised, rescued, and rehabilitated many cats and dogs in my 24 years of life since I was 8 years old. I am very comfortable with any kind of pet and their quicks that make them, them! From behavioral, to puppies/kitties, sick or need medication, separation anxiety, potty training, general cleanliness, bathing/nail clipping, you name it I’ve done it! I am currently in school for my bachelors in Nursing and work FT overnights at an assisted living home. So I am really only looking for some boarding on my weekends off and evening work :) I care for them like I care for my own! I currently have a disabled tripod at home and I often go on 3-4 hr cycles with her and does great! Always very attentive, alert, refilling water when needed, plenty of walks and playtime, cuddle time, and a fixed feeding schedule. And always making for cleanliness to tidy up. And if needed, extra bath and grooming time! I will definitely make sure your money is worth if you hire me! :)

About: I live on a small farm in Harvard we have horses , 2 dogs , 1 cat and a flock of chickens . I’m comfortable with all animals !! Oh ….. except for snakes :) I’m retired so I have plenty of time . Love spending time with all my animals and catering to their needs . My husband is semi retired so my availability is huge . My dogs are always supervised when outside exploring our 15 acres . They love outside time !!! They also of course enjoy their couch time .
