Cassandra was so great! We had her walk our high energy boxer while on vacation and it was a gift knowing that he was getting the workout he needs while we were away. I’d love to use her again in the future!

About: I am back from home after graduating with a Masters this summer, so I am excited to come home and go back to dog sitting, what I’ve done since I was in high school! My dog Sammy is always so excited when we go home because she gets to meet new pup friends, and we both love having more dogs around to play with. Sammy is just about the nicest dog you'll ever meet. I've had dogs my whole life, and I love taking care of all animals, rowdy or calm! We have a huge yard (and a very tall fence, so no need to worry if anybody can jump over it!) that we can run in all day, and when we're all tired, we lounge on the couch and relax. Sammy and I take daily walks, and sometimes walk twice a day, which your animal can join in on as well. I take care of pets like they're my own, I just love them so much! My house will be like a home away from home for your pet. I am home working on writing and grading all day for my winter break so I am home the entire day to care for your pup. I will play or snuggle with the pets based on their energy and preferences! They will get treats as often as you tell me to give them (I know some pups are on a diet so I will wait for you to say if it’s okay to give any treats). They will go outside as often as they need and spend all winter inside a warm living room with me and my pup Sammy

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and nothing makes me happier than spending time with them. I’m dependable, caring, and attentive to each pet’s unique needs. Whether it’s a long walk, a game of fetch, or a cozy cuddle session, I’ll make sure your pet feels loved and comfortable while you’re away. I’ll also keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages for peace of mind! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate time throughout the day for walks, feeding, playtime, and plenty of attention. I enjoy being active and spending time with animals, so caring for pets is something I genuinely look forward to. Whether your pet needs a quick check-in, regular walks, or extra companionship, I make sure they receive reliable, loving care and stick as closely as possible to their normal routine. I believe every pet deserves individualized care based on their unique needs, personality, and routine. In a client’s home, I work to maintain their normal schedule by providing feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, exercise, and lots of affection. I also make sure the home is kept clean and secure while you’re away. My goal is to help pets feel comfortable and stress-free in their familiar environment. I pay close attention to any special instructions, including medications, dietary needs, or behavioral preferences, and I provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are happy and well cared for.

About: I have been taking care of dogs ever since I was 14. I also work at The Dog Stop every day, a manager, since 2023! I understand dog body behavior, language, and injuries very well: giving medications and even hand feeding them if necessary! I do work a lot from 12/1-7 PM during the week So i would only be able to weekends! I am hoping to be more available based on productivity on this app and with all my clients! I would also be bringing my dog along for the fun depending on the stay. I treat all dogs as if they were my own; even at work. I’ve trained my dogs with obedience as well as food mannerism! No dog is too big or small to love.

About: Ive had pets my whole life, thats the best way to put it but I really don't like the term pets , I considered them all family . I can take care of Both sick and healthy , Example if your loved one needs medication for asthma , diabetes, seizures etc. I love all animals so much That I feed 100+ birds , 25+ stray cats / raccoons n possums every single night and never miss a day , in the winter I set up a chicken coupe heater in a little part of my basement for any strays that may not have shelter for warmth plus a few beds . I pretty much work to spoil all furr babies since I have no children 😆 Due to working 3 jobs from home , my days are scheduled 24 hours prior , so please if your drop off OR pick up time changes let me know 24 hours in advance and I will let you know if I have no other drop off / pick ups or meet and greets / or work at that time and will do my best to accommodate you ☺️ I do suffer from social anxiety at times since I work from home 7 days a week and spend most of my time at home , so my communication skills aren’t top tier , please forgive my awkwardness at times in person , I’m working on it 😅 I Just joined rover February 2023 so I don’t have many reviews but I can assure your baby will be safe and loved under my care 💕 This will be an experience you and your little one won’t forget ! 5 star treatment is always my main priority when providing care for all furr babies 🔽 AMENITIES : • Breakfast in bed • Daily Room service • Toys • Treats • Blankets • Bowls • Bottled water • Outdoor 6ft splash pad • Outdoor 18ft tunnel • Outdoor lounge • Disco lights for “ PAWTY TIME “ • 100 inch projector screen that will be used to entertain furry guest with movies • (HAPPY HOUR ) Non - alcoholic peanut butter , banana , coconut milk martinis 🍸 • Homemade puppuccinos with a peanut butter swirl and a treat to top it off 🍨 ( if allowed by parent ) ! • 7 cat trees • 2 Scratching post • Full size mattress • Window view • Litter box’s FEATURES : 🥅 FENCED IN YARD ( 45 inches height ) ❄️ CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING 🔥 CENTRAL HEATING 💨 SMOKE ALARMS 🚒 FIRE EXTINGUISHER 🎥 24/7 SURVEILLANCE ‼️CORNER GUARDS FOR SHARP EDGES CLEANLINESS: I will be the best companion , maid & butler for your little one . Blankets for bedding , food bowls , litter boxes are freshly cleaned everyday, Nothing previously used from another pet , I am a clean freak so your pet will always have cleanliness to its service at all times . I want your furry loved one to get all it wants & needs and to get spoiled , as I do for my own babies. Every furry guest will leave the “ Pawty ” with a gift bag wich includes souvenir toys & bag of treats 🛍 P.S Please let me know all of your furr baby’s wants and needs so I can provide that and much more for them. ⭐️ BONUS ⭐️ - CHRISTMAS bookings🎄 , all pets will get brand new gifts to open along with my kitties that always get presents , no one will be left out of the fun A review after a booking had been completed is always highly appreciated whether good or bad to give other pet parents something to go off of Before booking with me ☺️ Schedule: I work from home multiple jobs, and on my own schedule for each , so I’m always available and attentive to all furr babies . One of the jobs is being my mother’s Home-care giver from home , so I’m always home but if I do step out it’s usually just to a local store. My mother is also a sucker for all animals and has been a pet owner for over 50 years , my brother also has had pets most of his life , so furr babes will receive triple the amount of love and care! The entire house is cleaned and disinfected EVERY single day by me , on my profile I attached pictures of the inside of my house so you can know where your furr baby will be staying , Also I do get booked from multiple pet parents for the same days at times , so if that’s a concern with you please mention it in your request so I can let you know if there will be any other furry guest here . I also can separate my kitties into their cat room which they love , if you feel your pet will be more at ease and relaxed that way .

About: I've had dogs all throughout my life, currently I have a German Shepherd and I recently adopted a Golden Retriever puppy. I've worked in the pet care field in the past as well, and I am comfortable taking care of dogs of any age. I have no issue providing any necessary medication for an elderly pup either. I'm currently available 24/7 for pet care. I keep my pets crated overnight, so I would prefer crate trained pups for any boarding visits, but I am open to discussion on the matter. I do not have a fenced in yard (yet) but I do have a lead in my back yard so your fur babies will have a safe place to go potty and get some exercise. I also have 2 friendly pups for them to play with.

About: We are a family of 4, 2 kids, 13 and 17, with a third, a short American-hair cat named Kyzya, and he’s 4 years old. We are just looking to help out some families with their kitties as well, and we only take in cats!! I’m currently working part time, about 2-3 days, so I will be able to work the rest of the days that I’m home, as well as my kiddos helping me out when I’m not able to. We will make sure your little buddies are well fed, comfortable, safe, as well as follow any other instructions you guys might give us. We also have a cat, and he’s super friendly, so we know they won’t get bored!!

About: Hi! I have been a full time dog mom to my doggos Ashee and Boomer for over 15 years! I have been pet sitting from age 15. I have been a stay at home dog mom for over 16 years now. Both my own personal dogs have been reactive in different ways. I am able to understand and care for the little details in dogs that may have the same issues. I will treat your pets as I would my own. My dogs are my top priority in life! They are my fur children. I would treat your home with the same respect I do my own. I am a home owner as well for the last 10 years in Moon Township. I have been using Rover myself for sitting services for 8 years. I am well versed in having my own house pet sitter for my guys. *Please be aware that for house sitting, constant care 24/7 are different rates and are subject to additional fees.* I am a stay at home fur mom to my pittie Boomer for the last 15 years. My daily and weekly schedule is open and flexible. I am a pet mom to my pittie Boomer. His whole world is my priority. I would solely offer client in house sitting in their own home as I wouldn’t want to bring other dogs to my Boomer.

Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Harshaville. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Harshaville.

Got specific details you'd like the dog walker to include? Message them in the app before your dog’s walk begins.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every walker on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Harshaville. On Rover:

  • 93% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 94% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 97% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
