About: I am a former dog musher, I have extensive experience caring for a wide range of dogs with different needs and personalities, managing their stress and emotions, keeping them exercised, and performing basic first aid. This includes caring for everything from day old puppies to spoiled seniors! I have also have had pet dogs or have lived with pet dogs. I have experience with reactive dogs and dogs that can't be around other pets or around children. No pets currently live in my home. I am happy to do whatever you need for your pet, and on top of walking I can take your dog for a run to get some extra exercise :) I work from home, and my partner's schedule is flexible, so your dog would always have someone to give them attention. I am always available for walks. I do not currently have pets, so my home is safe if your dog can't be around others. I have a yard and I am close to parks, so walks, fetch, and potty breaks are easy.

“This was our first time ever boarding a dog and using Rover. Cher made this a great experience for us and our puppy! When we met Cher at drop off, it was evident that she loves animals and is knowledgeable about them. Her own two dogs were well trained and excited to meet and play with our puppy. Cher asked questions about his schedule and training commands to ensure consistency. When we picked up our puppy, it was obvious that he was well cared for, and he was tired from all of the play time with Cher’s dogs. Cher set the bar high for future Rover sitters! If you live in the Mt. Pleasant area or are going to be visiting the Mt. Pleasant area, I would highly recommend Cher to take care of your dog/puppy.”

About: We are a family of 2 kiddos, who love hockey and choir and bellybean brings us all the laughs and cuddles. The Family is easy-going and very understanding of life circumstances. We pride ourselves on personal attention given to your fur babies and adventures outdoors. We currently have one golden retriever who is three years old as of December 2024. She is playful and friendly, submissive and calm. Any questions are welcome. I’m home based for work and enjoy helping with projects objects within a company as a consultant. I am available for puppy attention, overnight and long-term care for dogs that are vaccinated and treated for flea and tick. We are busiest in the winter months with personal sports, and open to adventures throughout the year/day with animals included. We have a safe environment. I do keep our bedroom doors closed. If there’s anything else you’d like to know, please don’t hesitate to ask. Currently our pets are cared for not crate trained. Ing is an option however. I offer daily walks and multiple catch and throw opportunities daily.

With two kittens and a dog myself, I would prefer to provide house sitting services or drop in visits in your home. I can easily take your dogs out for a potty break, food/water break, and a walk for drop in visits. I can crate your pup as well. I am also more than happy to provide care for your kitties, such as litter box cleaning, feeding, and lots of cuddles and treats.
