About: PSA: I will be on vacation for my anniversary September 4th-7th and will be back to work the 8th! Proper care of animals is my passion, priority and lifestyle. I offer boarding, daycare, drop-in visits, dog walking & basic grooming in Auburn, Indiana and nearby surrounding areas. I take pride in giving pets a cozy and safe environment, ensuring a stress-free time for both the pets and their owners. I am a full time pet sitter, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pet! I do occasionally need leave my home for an hour or so, for drop-in visits or occasional other errands. When not supervised I can crate your pup/kitty or put them in a separate room. I do request owners provide a crate in case its needed. On a regular day to day basis, I usually let dogs wander the house freely with supervision. They are crated at night and if they cannot be supervised. Dogs get plenty of time outside to run, play and potty daily! I am available weekdays, weekends & most holidays! I keep my calendar updated so please check it out! I am lifelong pet owner and animal lover. I've always surrounded myself with many animals, taking in strays or ones who need rehomed. I have three friendly dogs, many cats, two horses and pet rats of my own. I have experience caring for many different animals ranging from hamsters to horses! There aint no pup too big or small; too young or old, I am honored to care for them all. I am happy to clean litterboxes, pick up your pups droppings in your yard and clean other animal enclosures. I offer basic grooming such as baths, brushing & nail trimming which can be added on to drop-in, boarding or daycare bookings for a $10 fee. I can pick up and drop off dogs for daycare or boarding for a $20 fee. I have experience giving oral medication, applying ointments and treatments and caring for pets recovering from surgery. I am always eager to expand my knowledge with animals when an opportunity arises! My husband and I live in a clean house outside town with a large 1 acre yard, for plenty of run and play! We're on a quiet country road, 7 minutes from the nearest vet. I do have a fenced in play area outside for the dogs and can also walk by leash. Client dogs will be brought to the fenced in area by leash to ensure safety. I do request owners make sure their pets have been treated for fleas the month of their booking. This prevents your pet from bringing them here but also protects them from the possibility of picking them up outside during their stay and bringing them home. I regularly keep my home and pets treated as well, but every family doing their part keeps their pets, other client pets and my pets and home safe. I can easily crate your pet when needed so long as a crate or carrier is provided. Animals will always be introduced slowly, with barrier (fence or baby gate) to ensure safe introductions. Dogs are never fed near eachother. I care deeply for animals and will intentionally make sure your pet is as safe and happy as physically possible! I live 7 minutes away from the nearest vet. Pets will be separated from others during meal times.

About: At Williamson Animal Care and Control I volunteered walking dogs. I also received significant training in dog behavior and dog walking. After retiring from my career, I started my pet sitting and dog walking career. I took care of a rescued Great Pyrenees multiple times during the week and frequently overnight trips for over two years. I recently moved back to the Fort Wayne area from Franklin, TN. Three of my previous dog clients have shown interest in having me come back to stay with their dogs when they’re out of town for more than a couple days. Pet sitting and dog walking are my primary responsibilities along with taking care of my two cats. I have a very flexible and available schedule. I take pride and making sure that the client’s home is as good if not better when I entered. I will walk the dog, feed or treat, make sure the water bowl is full and also if appropriate snuggles.

About: I have a natural way with animals, especially when it comes to training and understanding their needs. My dog is well-trained, not just in basic commands but also in manners and adventure-readiness, making our hikes and walks smooth and enjoyable. I’ve also mastered the balance of caring for both an energetic dog and two independent cats, ensuring each of them gets the attention and care they need. My ability to read animal behavior and create a structured yet loving environment sets me apart, making me not just a pet owner, but a true companion to my furry family. Every morning before 2 I am more than available to do drop ins other than Sundays. I do in fact work a full time job that I go into at 3. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved. I follow their routine closely, including feeding schedules, bathroom breaks, and any medical needs. For exercise, I provide walks, playtime, and mental stimulation with toys or training games. I also respect house rules, whether it’s furniture boundaries or specific care instructions. Most importantly, I give plenty of attention, whether that’s belly rubs, cuddle time, or just being present to ensure they feel at ease while their owner is away.

About: I've worked with dogs, cats, and other animals since middle school. I've done short- and long-term sitting for dogs varying from a weekend with a mixed breed rescue to a month with a purebred Australian shepherd. I owned an elderly Maltese for three years, until he crossed the rainbow bridge. Currently I do have a limit of dogs of maximum 35 pounds. I am prepared and willing to work with training routines. I studied cats extensively in seventh grade in my attempt to persuade my parents into owning one. (It worked.) As either a cat owner or sitter, I've been working with cats ever since. I have a beautiful little black and white princess named Jane, with an affinity for burrowing in blankets and stealing pens, and a wild child named Lizzie who has never met a stranger. I offer dog and cat walks, animal feeding, water changes, litter box changes, playtime, and brushing. I'm open to pets outside the usual; anything except spiders. Safety and care in a pet's home is reliant first and foremost on learning the family's routines and location of important items. Every family in every home has a system and routines in place; following those is the smoothest way to keep the animals happy and safe. In my home, I care for two young adult cats I own, as well as foster kittens. Right now, I have a group of four kittens to care for until they reach their goal weight for their spay/neuter surgeries. I do practice robust hygiene routines to ensure no potential illness is transmitted between the fosters and my cats.

About: I hope what the pets owners like is that I am verry responsible and enjoy the company of pets. I have a dogs and a cat which I treat them like family. I will also make sure that they dont feel homesick provinding them with a safe space. Last but not less important I will play with the dogs so they dont get bored or lonely. I enjoy all types of dogs but mostly a puppy or little dogs but can take care of bug dogs. I hope that you will feel okey with letting a family member eith me. I'm currently working part-time. I would have time to take care of the pups and give them lots of love. I'm also available during weekends. I think communication is key. I time to have schedule for them including feeding times and walk time. I also need list of allergies in case I make puppy treats.

About: I’ve been a pet owner my whole life. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats that I love! Any time I have the opportunity to care for an animal is a time I am grateful for! I love to take walks with my pups, play games with my cats, and snuggle with all of the above! I work from home with a flexible schedule. I have animals in my home so I am not open to caring for other pets at my residence. But I have a lot of availability and willingness to care for your pet at your home or do dog walks. I have experience crating my pets, taking walks on leashes, and play time in a fenced yard. I can adapt to your pet needs and follow all necessary safety protocols.

About: I have plenty of hands-on cat and dog care experience. Last year, I lived with a sweet cat and a high-energy golden retriever, and often cared for them while my roommate was away for clinicals. I handled their daily care, playtime, and attention, so I know how to keep pets happy, healthy, and well-loved. I’m in my final year of pharmacy school and currently have a break before my next clinical rotation. That means I’m free all day during the week and most weekends until October, giving me plenty of time and flexibility to care for your pet and keep them happy, active, and loved. I don’t currently have a home with a yard suitable for a pet, as I’ll be moving around for school this year. That’s actually why I love helping care for other people’s animals! I focus on giving pets attention, playtime, and companionship, and I’m happy to follow their routines closely, whether it’s feeding or walks. Living with a golden retriever with high separation anxiety taught me a lot about the importance of just being present and sticking to the routine established by the owner.

About: I can't remember a time that I've ever not had a dog. I can bathe your dogs if you like and do some mild grooming such as nail trims and teeth brushing if you like! I volunteered at an animal rescue for 4 years and was lead of their recruitment team for new volunteers. I have some medical experience as well! I work part time as a surgical technologist. I just graduated from college with my second degree and want to eventually do something that has me spending all my time with animals. I volunteer when I can and I also foster puppies! I will ensure that your pet is well taken care of. If there is ever a time that our pets will be left alone, I will have a plan for separation. And they will never be alone for more than 2 hours at a time. I have a 6 foot privacy fence and will send you constant pictures of your babies. I also have two dogs of my own. They are 4 and 5! I also have cats living in the home. I do have a crate available if you would like your animal to be crated at any point. I'm happy to give meds if your baby if needed as well!

About: I’ve taken care of one shitzu and terrier mix and one German shepherd which are my uncle’s pets as he is most of the time on a work trip. I would looked after them on weekends and holidays. I’m used to feeding them, taking a walk and potty breaks and giving them a bath. Right now, I’m on summer break and I am not looking for a part time job or anything so I have lots of free time to look after your puppies! I don’t have any pets at my home but I’m confident that I can keep them safe and comfortable in my home! I’ll make sure to be tailored to any specific requirements or needs of each pet!

About: I have been pet sitting for neighbors, family, friends, and referrals for 10 years. I have experience with dogs of all breeds, cats, and reptiles. I also have experience with deaf, blind, and elderly dogs. I’m currently working PRN as a nurse so I have plenty of time to hang out with your babies! About: I have a 15 year old medium sized Lab-Pit mix that I’ve cared for since she was almost a year old. I’ve also helped care for dogs of all sizes for friends and family, no size too big or too small! With years of experience giving medications, I’m skilled in administering pills, whether with treats or a more direct approach. I can read a dog’s body language to tell if they’re happy and social or need some space. I have lots of free time, I’m available all day, weekends and weekdays! I’m only unavailable during 5pm as that’s my own pets dinner time, and medication time for those who need them I am very familiar with crating, my own dog is crate trained. If need be, I can safely crate a dog if they need to settle down

About: My friends always say I’m the biggest dog lover they know! I’m super flexible with days and hours, and I get along great with all kinds of dogs. I’ve attended multiple dog training sessions with my own pup, so I’m comfortable handling different personalities and behaviors. I’d love nothing more than to shower your dog with love and attention! It depends on the week but I am mostly free when needed! The days that work best for me are mon-Friday but I am free most weekends. In my home I’m sure to take my dogs out every 2 hours. I play with my dog a ton and always take him to the dog park or on long walks to get all his energy out. I am very affectionate with dogs and love to spend time with them.
