About: Dogs are simply a gift to mankind! I’ve been around them since I was a baby, from tiny puppies to seniors. I’ve been involved with multiple rescue organizations, most recently helping a foster find her forever home in Pinellas County. I look forward to meeting you and your baby ❤️ I work remotely from a large home office that is open to the living room, dining room and kitchen with a view of the fenced yard. My girl and our guests are rarely out of sight. Even with a fenced yard, walks are daily in the morning and evening. We’re near a soccer field and a dog park, perfect for high energy pups. The neighborhood is extremely dog friendly, so if your pup is walk challenged or reactive please let me know. I host one dog at a time which I find less stressful for them while their family is away. I also do not provide daycare. Your pup is welcome in any area of the home. My own girl Willa has never been crated so if yours is comfortable in his/her crate at times/overnight or needed for when I leave the house please provide one.

About: I grew up watching friends and neighbors pets from dogs, cats, fish, birds to some more unique ones such as chickens and llamas! My sweet Nyla unfortunately crossed the rainbow bridge this July 2024. At this time I am only hosting 1-2 dogs at a time. I like to be able to give each one the attention they deserve. My home is small and cozy, I don’t have a fenced in yard but I make sure we go out for plenty of walks and exercise. I live very close to dog parks and walking trails and enjoy running so no fear of your pet not getting enough exercise. I have experience administering basic medication as needed. My goal is to make your pups stay as enjoyable as possible and help you stay at ease during your time away. I provide plenty of photo updates to let you know how they are doing. I also provide FREE pick ups and drop offs for your convenience. I have a background as a former Veterinary Assistant, making me capable of administering insulin and other necessary medications for your special needs babies, I have also worked in day care and grooming. Aside from going on a walk around the neighborhood morning and night, and we have a great fenced in backyard. I also take any dogs with permission from their parents to the Enterprise dog park. This gives them a great deal of enrichment and a great way of burning energy as well as working on socialization. All dogs in my care get plenty of love and exercise. First week having Dean help me with my pup. He has been so patient with her which I really appreciate. It’s so important to me that she feels comfortable bc she is a rescue and can be untrusting of men but she likes him. I also appreciate that he stays the full time. With my work schedule I really rely on the time he spends with my pup while I am at work so definitely recommend
So amazing! Owen loved her company and was so comfortable that when we returned he was his happy little self. I truly believe care in his own home is the way to go. His schedule was kept perfectly and he slept in his own bed. Heidi was so wonderful and kind! This was a completely stressless option for us. If I could give Heidi 10 stars I would!!
