About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life, growing up caring for friends’ and neighbors’ pets—from dogs and cats to birds, fish, chickens, and even llamas! My sweet dog Nyla crossed the rainbow bridge in July 2024, and caring for other dogs has been such a meaningful way to continue sharing that love. About: I have taken care of dogs, cats and even exotics ever since I was a child. My major in college was Biology and my first job out of college was a Zoo Keeper. I then became a dolphin trainer working and training several types of dolphins, river otters and pelicans. The past two years I have been a Vet Technician working at a large animal hospital. Animals are my passion in life so any chance I get to be around them, I will! I am currently a full time student again and also working four days a week. Any free time I get I enjoy getting outside or relaxing. I am mainly free on week nights and some days depending on class schedule. I will not be watching pets in my own home due to having a cat myself that gets stressed around other animals in his own space. I will watch other's pets at their home and follow their instructions as given.

About: I grew up with all sorts of pets I took care of. My grandparents owned a vet clinic that I worked at as well as attending dog shows. Animals have been my life! I am a Full-Time student at SPC with all of my classes being asynchronous and online. This means I can drop by anytime you need to check in on your pets or take them for a walk! I work best on strong guidelines on your pet’s routine as I don’t like to change something they’re used to! A good “about me” for your pet is amazing too!!

About: I've been caring for animals my entire life and have experience with both dogs and cats of different sizes, ages, and personalities. I've owned three dogs, two of these dogs I had throughout my childhood and one is the dog I own currently and currently own two rescue cats, and I've also cared for family members' and friends' pets while they were away. My experience includes caring for dogs ranging from 30-pound companions to large breeds such as Golden Retrievers and Dobermans. What sets me apart is my hands-on experience caring for pets with medical needs. When I adopted my rescue cats as kittens, both required medication and extra attention during their recovery. One had a respiratory infection, and the other was treated for a UTI. These experiences taught me patience, attention to detail, and the importance of closely monitoring an animal's health and behavior. Animals truly hold a special place in my heart. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every pet in my care with the same love, compassion, and respect that I give my own. Whether it's playtime, walks, cuddles, medication, or simply keeping them company, my goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. One of my lifelong dreams is to open a nonprofit animal sanctuary and continue helping animals in need. At the moment, I have a flexible and open schedule. This means I can fully dedicate my time, attention, and energy to caring for your pets and accommodating their needs. I will take the time to understand each pet’s individual routine and needs by asking pet parents how they typically care for their pet. I believe every pet is different, so I make sure to learn any specific instructions, preferences, or important details before providing care. I never assume I know what’s best for someone else’s pet and always follow the owner’s guidance closely. My goal is to provide consistent, personalized care so each pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while their family is away. In my own home I will still ensure I follow the owners guidance of their pet and ensure they are happy and comfortable in my home with my dog and cats!

Although I’m new to Rover, I’ve been around dogs for years and have experience caring for my own Rottweiler mix, Luna, as well as two Labrador Retrievers. About: I work full-time from home, I love the outdoors, music, and dogs. I grew up having dogs and my boyfriend and I do have a dog together. He loves other dogs! He is very friendly and not aggressive at all. He enjoys having company! I can do weekdays and weekends. Our dog loves dog parks, I have no problem taking yours along with us! I do require the use of a crate for when there is no one home, it just ensures that both dogs are safe and not getting into any funny business - especially with one being in a new home. Also, please be transparent about your dog's energy levels. Since I do work from home, knowing your dogs typical temperament is extremely helpful to ensure I can properly care for your pup! Have no fear, your pup will be well taken care of! It fits pretty seamlessly. My son is at school most of the day and the flexibility in my schedule allows me to give your pet the attention and care they deserve! I rely heavily on the direction of the owner. I think it's best to keep the dogs schedule as similar to what they experience at home. Of course I use my own experience and judgement situationally, however, I have found consistency is best.

About: I will treat dogs like part of the family, I am free at home and I have time to engage with the dogs not only watching them. I can take them for long walks and provide love and care. I am doing it for love and not only for money, I can’t have my own dog for now so I want to enjoy them in my life as much as I can without a commitment for now. Be sure that your dog will be in safe hands and will not feel left alone. I prefer small to medium dogs because my apartment is not so big but enough space for one small or medium dog.
