I’ve had the pleasure of booking her every single time I need someone to take care of my two fur babies. She does an amazing job every time. She consistently follows directions, is always punctual, and communicates exceptionally well. If for any reason she can’t make it at the scheduled time, she always reaches out ahead of time to explain the situation and check whether the adjustment works for me. I truly appreciate the communication more than anything else. I especially appreciate how accommodating she is when last-minute situations come up. She’s always willing to work around changes to make sure my pets are still cared for. Even when I give her plenty of notice in advance, she keeps it in mind and is always happy to help. I’ve continuously booked with her because she’s the first person I think of whenever I need someone reliable to care for my pets, and I fully plan to keep booking with her going forward.
