“Rachel was fantastic with my two dogs. I'm fairly picky about who watches my dogs, as most discerning pet owners probably are, and was immediately comfortable with leaving them in her care. She was very responsive, showed up on time, and could tell she actually liked dogs, which is kind of a prerequisite. Will certainly be using her services again!”

“Excellent communication. I felt my pups were safe and well taken care of with the daily detailed updates and photos. Came back home from my vacation like I had never left. I would definitely hire again. Thank you!”

About: Hello! I've loved and taken care of animals my whole life.. from kittens and puppies to senior cats and dogs. I would love to meet and help you with your fur babies. Our pets are our family and would be in the best loving care with me. My schedule is open so I can help just about anytime with your pets and can travel to just about anywhere in the SF Bay Area. I can happily help with your pets in your home in any way you would like or suggest. Just let me know how I can help. :)

“Cloe was absolutely amazing! She watched our two active Border Collies while we attended our son’s wedding last weekend. We had total peace of mind and confidence that our babies were in the best possible care. I would definitely hire her again for sure!”

About: Hi, I'm Liliana! I've always had a deep love for animals and have 5 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and other pets. I currently have a sweet German Shepherd/Pyrenees mix named Willow, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member. I'm patient, dependable, and treat every pet as if they were my own. Whether your pet needs a walk, playtime, or just some extra cuddles while you're away, I’m here to help and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of free time during the week and weekends to dedicate to pet care. I’m available for boarding on weekdays and weekends and for walks, drop-ins; I’m flexible and happy to work around your pet’s needs and schedule. Your furry friend will get lots of love, attention, and playtime while you’re away! I live in an apartment, but I make sure pets get plenty of exercise and outdoor time. I take my own dog on long walks and to the dog park twice a day, and your pup will enjoy the same fun and routine! I also have a secure fenced yard available where dogs can play safely and freely. My two friendly dogs love having new friends over, and I always supervise all interactions to ensure a calm, safe environment. I can easily crate your dog or separate pets when needed. I care for every pet like family—with love, patience, and close attention to their needs.

“Wendy was so great with our two dogs, 8 chickens, and fish! I highly recommend her! She responds quickly and sends lots of updates. This was the best Ive ever felt leaving my animals! Thank you Wendy!”

“Diego was fantastic with our Beagle boys, Royce and Baxter. Diego went above and beyond ensuring that the boys were cared for and keeping us informed daily. Would definitely recommend and book again!”

“Jessica is an amazing dog sitter! She figured out quickly my lil guy’s temperament and they became fast friends. She made sure he was safe and that I got home safely too! I would definitely use her services again.”

“Sarah is absolutely amazing! We have three dogs, one with orthopedic issues, one that is quite exuberant, and one that is nervous around new people. Sarah was patient with our introduction routine, and put our nervous dog at ease almost instantly. She was also great with coming to walk the dogs a few times, to make sure things continued to go smoothly, before staying with them while we were out of town. Our pack can be a handful, which often makes it hard to feel like we can leave them in someone else’s care, but we were never worried about Sarah! While we were gone, Sarah’s frequent updates were so wonderful and reassuring. We could see that the pups were really fond of her company, even Calvin gave her some of his much-coveted attention! She handled all the individualized instructions with ease, and was great about getting everyone out during breaks in the rainy weather. She was also so attentive, noticing that our dog Charlotte’s brace was rubbing, and giving us a heads up. We can’t wait to continue working with Sarah in the future. She’s a lifesaver!”

About: Hi I am Lila, conveniently located behind the gates of Hidden Valley Lake. I am a highly sensitive person who has had a special relationship with animals since I was young. I believe they are our teachers as much as we are their guides & guardians. Often when I meet a pet we love each other instantly (of course there can be some shy ones too!) yet with time, attunement, & positive reinforcement a deeper trust gets built. Even with the most secure, adjusted cat or dog, there can be a bit of extra stress while you are gone. Relationship building helps them feel relaxed and safe while their 'pack' is away’. They co-regulate with us, just as we co-regulate with them. I love learning what type of engagement/enrichment each pet loves. I am great with sensitive pets and support them. I keep you updated with photos and any observations I may have or suggestions of extra support for them. I only work with reasonably socialized dogs - if there are higher levels of behavioral issues, I can refer a good trainer in the area if needed. I sometimes work with protective dog breeds (GSD etc) but only if they are trained and friendly. I am not working with pit bulls at this time (I have met some sweet ones). I like to prioritize my time for connection with each pet, so I like to leave gaps between my visits in case more care or play is needed during my visit. For house and pet sitting, I want to spend more time with your pet and then take fewer drop-in visits, so the cost reflects this. I use positive reinforcement to create a loving secure relationship with each pet. This is done with respect for their own agency while engaging in mental, physical, and relaxation activities.

About: I work from home and host one dog at a time. My 20-lb dog Xena also enjoys visits with new dog friends. Every day, we go for an hour-long walk, and another shorter one, and I'm happy to adjust for your dog's needs. On the edge of North Davis, we're next to several paved and dirt walking paths. I work from home and am happy to give the dogs plenty of sofa cuddles and potty breaks. My 13-year old boys grew up with cats and dogs, treat animals with respect, and are excellent at reading their body language. Our house has carpeted stairs and low couches. If your dog is used to crating at night, we can keep that up. We have a fenced yard, but don't let dogs out for additional safety.

“Cecilia was amazing! She was super easy to connect with and took amazing care of our dog and house. We will definitely be asking her back in the future. Thank you, Cecilia!”

“Great job Charmaine! Thank you for taking such good care of my little love Baxter!”

About: I’ve had my precious Bella since I was in 5th grade and I’m am now in college! I love taking her on walk and teaching her tricks. She also suffers from epilepsy so I can give meds if needed:) I am not working at the moment but I will be starting school in August but for now I have so much time for taking care of some furry friends:) I have a huge fenced in yard if I am going to be taking care of your pup(s) at my home and lots of room!

About: I had a pet-sitting business as a kid starting at the age of 12. This was followed by 24 years of pet ownership (labradors) in my adult life. I have been recently pet-sitting privately for family, friends and neighbors. I am respectful of other people’s places and things. I respect privacy and discretion. I am self-employed and work remotely so pet-sitting works well with my professional and personal lifestyle. My schedule is flexible and all I require is an WiFi connection. I treat all pets as if they were mine and adhere to the care instructions desired by the pet owner. I appreciate that a pet is often considered a family member and care for them accordingly.

“Heather is very sweet and was able to take care of my fur babies practically at a moment’s notice! I’m traveling through and didn’t know who to leave them with while sightseeing.”

“Gary was so kind to Jinx (and us too!). He took our guy on 3 walks which is much better than we do!! Jinx had a great time!”

“Theo was did a great job for us for a week long stay with our very energetic dog. The dog had a recovering foot injury making the job even more complicated. Theo even went to the vet with him to make sure all was healing correctly.”

10. Lila K.

“Lila takes care of my little boston terrier, Tobi, when I leave town. She has a real way with animals and Tobi loves spending time with Lila. They play fetch, go for walks, and she helps train him by giving him treats when he comes, sits, stays, etc. Most importantly, she is on time with taking him out/feeding him in the morning, late afternoon, and evening. I know Tobi is in good hands when I am out of town, so I can focus on my business/pleasure trips. I would highly recommend Lila for anyone needing a animal sitter.”

11. Karolina C.
“Karolina has never met a dog she doesn't love. And dogs love her! Maybe it's her sweet way of talking to them that puts them at ease, or her willingness to take them on long walks, or her firm but gentle hand, but whatever it is, you can relax knowing that your dog will be doted upon. Karolina also has experience managing multiple dogs of varying sizes and temperaments. Her little dog, Xena, gets along well with other dogs. You couldn't leave your dog with a nicer, more responsive person.”
