About: I have had cats, reptiles, dogs and fish my entire life! I have had big dogs, small dogs, kittens and geriatric animals. I currently have three dogs at home and two of them are seniors one is a little dog and one is a Rottweiler they they are on medication so I am extremely familiar with senior dog care. I currently care for one cat at home who is 2 and have three more back in Chicago two are kittens and one is 16 so also lots of experience with cats old and young. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
