About: Background/experience in veterinary medicine. I am very comfortable with giving medication, taking care of special needs/senior pets. I treat every pet as if they are my own. I currently own my own equine business which means I set my own hours. I am a very active person so including other animal duties into my daily life is not difficult. I treat each pet as if they were my own. I would do everything I could to keep them comfortable in their own home while their owners are away. Even if that means sitting on the floor while they take a nap so they don't feel alone.
About: I have been around pets all my life. Volunteered as a foster mom for the humane society and took home pets that needed medication given to them. Been around active dogs like Dalmatians and Australian Shepherds as well as older, docile dogs. Did puppy training classes when I raised my Australian shepherd. I work full time so if you request a booking with me I may send you back a message with the hours I work during that time frame. I've also lowered my rates below Rovers "suggested" numbers and made it to where you can "potentially" book me last minute (If my schedule works for you, obviously). I would love to be that sitter that is helping out someone who maybe had a sitter cancel at the last minute or you had an unexpected event happen and didn't really have it in the budget to hire a pet sitter on top of everything else. A care summary report and photos of my drop-in visit with your pets will be sent after each drop-in. DOGGIE WALKS Walks are 30 minutes long, but can also include playtime if requested (e.g 20 minute walk + 10 minutes of play time). Meals, treats, water, and medication can be given before or after the walk if requested, just let me know and I would be more than happy to do that. A care summary report and photos from our walk will be sent after each walk. HOUSE SITTING I can care for your animals in your own home by ensuring your animals are safe and well cared for. I'll spend as much time with your pet as needed so that they have a true companion in your absence. I believe that the best pet care is done when your pet is in his/her own surroundings. I make sure gates and doors are closed and locked when needed, I follow safety checks in the home to ensure your pets are protected.
